AUltra Beauty Inc. SkyFlex Skylights and Solar FansThe only company, of the three I contacted, that responded to my query. I am fortunate the others did not respond because I don't think there could have been a better company to do business with. The owners showed us all the skylights they had to offer, the pro and cons of each and did not high pressure us to purchase any specific product. Installation was prompt and professionally done and the installer cleaned up what little dust he had created. Take my word for it, you will be wasting your time trying to find a Skylight provider and installer as good as Ultra Beauty Inc. The Gaffka family are great people and they know how to make customers happy. I will definitely put my reputation on the line to recommend this business.- Ron S.

AGrimes Overhead Door Services IncTo start with, I called on a Friday at 9:00am, it was a pleasure to talk with a person and not a robot telling me to press 1 for English. Once I explained the problem, her husband said he could be here at 9:30am and indeed he was. Mr. Grimes found the problem, installed 2 new sensors and at my request he inspected the motor, the gearing and the rest of the system. The job was complete within 35 minutes. I will call them again, if and when needed. “Grimes Overhead Door Service” provided very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable service over all. My neighbor had a similar problem and Mr. Grimes gladly took care of his problem as well upon finishing mine.- Dutch H.

APrecision Door ServiceI am so impressed with the professionalism of this company. From the salesperson , to the office staff, to the technicians/ installers, it just can’t be beat. Initially, Technician Alex Wheeler came and gave a professional, no pressure estimate for a new door and opener. Everything was completely transparent, with an itemized estimate detailing every single part to be used. He took the time to explain what I did need and what I did not need. I had three other companies come out and give me an estimate, and none were as professional and efficient as Precision Door Service. As funny as this sounds, I actually felt like I was in a TV commercial because their trucks are properly marked and all of their employees wear professional looking uniforms, and actually seem to care about your needs. This company actually sends a text with a photo and bio of the technician coming to your home, with a link to track their location prior to their arrival. After comparing companies, I knew I had the right company for the job. Amy, their Installation Coordinator, called within days of me signing a contract and took care of all of the permitting. Super efficient. The installers, Anthony, Daron, and Austin showed up on time and executed a flawless installation. Super friendly, took their time, and even swept / blew the garage and cleaned the new door and windows. The new garage door and opener work perfectly! So quiet. It’s not often in this day and age to get the type of service with no weird vibes and feelings like you may be getting ripped off. Precision Door sets the bar for a perfect experience, and I would absolutely recommend them for any garage door needs you may have.- Richard G.

APrecision Door ServiceI am very impressed by this company. They serviced my automatic garage door opener on a Sunday, which surprised me. The technician came as scheduled and resolved the problem for no charge (Precision had installed the opener two years ago). I agreed for him to perform maintenance service for a nominal fee. What I really appreciated was the follow up call on the next day to make sure that everything was operating properly. I highly recommend this company.- Frank W.

AQuality Garage Door ServicesThe first guy came and reset the gfi and hunted the motherboard might be going out. Then said I needed a torque spring in the door. The second guy came the next day due to the same issue, replaced the motherboard and out in the torque spring. He came back the third day since he noticed the motherboard was not new. The third day the motherboard was replaced with a new one. The fourth day the third guy came and replaced the motherboard and Motörhead again still same problem and said it was an electrical problem. I called an electrician who replaced the gfi And added an outlet above the garage door opener.. The electrician did not find any Issues on my end. I called them back and the repair man came in with a new garage door opener, rewired the garage and replaced the door opener. Everything is working now! The door opens up with no noise and it is not as heavy with the new system. It was not a cheap deal but the owner gave his word and did the right thing and worked with us. Thank You!- Sandi J.

APrecision Door ServiceWoke up and discovered that I could not get my garage door opened. The coil had broke. I called Precision Door for a service call at 9 am. They texted me to let me know who would be coming by and when. By noon, they helped me get the door open so that I can get my car out of the garage and by 4 pm my door was as good as new. I can't say enough good things about this company in particular the guys they sent over. Alex was terrific. He diagnosed my issue immediately and gave me a price with options for door repair and/or replacement. I chose repair. Teddy was the repair tech and he was equally as impressive; professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I recommend these guys highly!!- Joseph F.

AExcellent service providers. They came on very short notice on the same day my spring broke and rendered the door inoperable. The father and son team were exceptionally helpful in explaining the replacement needs as well as helpful service I could do in the future. Awithin minutes of requesting a quote I was contacted I the company. technician showed up inside the window of our appointment. Anthony was very polite and very knowledgeable. even though I was prepared to pay for other parts, Anthony evaluated the situation and did not upsell me things that I did not need. He lubricated my existing rollers and even offered to help me program my remote to my garage door opener. I would highly recommend this company.

AThe process after the initial contact with Dave Sipos from Sawgrass Plantation was one of the easiest and most professional renovation I have ever taken. I have been in the construction business for a long time and dealt with many contractors. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. Hurricane Irma came to visit us in september 2017 and left behind a house that was gutted to the studs. I met with many contractors in the area and some were quoting lower prices, but there was something I couldn't put a finger on with Dave Sipos. Now that the work is completed the finger was trust, loyalty and professionalism to his client. The entire house was rebuilt with the exception of the main foundation, outer cinder block walls and roof. But the space was transformed from a 1959 beach house to a modern 2019 house on the beach. Foundations were refortified, interior walls were removed, a bath was expanded, the wiring, plumbing, HVAC and all respected trades were brought up to code and approved every step of the way by the county. The cabinets and counter tops were made to order, the moulding details were perfect, the bath and shower changes were spot on and the materials vendors provided quality materials. There was also a refurbishment of the 60 year old terrazzo floors. Just beautiful. We are so happy that we went with Sawgrass Plantation. The staff including Terry, Scott, John and the many others were a pleasure to meet and work with. This is a small narrow street with 8 homes but all the neighbors were impressed with the accountability, workmanship and ownership of the project. They also appreciated the road access not being blocked during the work. If we had to do this all over again we would choose Dave Sipos and Sawgrass Plantation Ent. for our contractor. Thanks Dave.
