ASmooth Coast LLCMy neighbor recommended Smooth Coast LLC to repair my 10' sliding patio doors (two 5' panels). The patio doors were so difficult to open that I'd have to buy a new patio door handle every year because it would snap from the stress of the heavy door. Mike and his helper were so clean cut, dressed professionally, and very polite. They arrived on time (actually a little early but they called first to make sure it was OK). After assessing the door for about 30 minutes Mike explained what he wanted to do to fix it and what the cost would be. It was very reasonable. They got to work right away. I had already moved much of the furniture out of the way but they moved a couple more things to make room. I noticed they showed great care with the items they moved. They put down tarps to protect the floor and used a dolly to bring in their tools. After 1.5 hours they called me over to try out the door. Whoosh! I just can't believe how beautifully it moved. I was thrilled! He had an electronic pad that listed everything that was done in detail. I paid them and the invoice was emailed to me right away from that electronic pad. They cleaned up and returned everything they had moved. You'd never know they were even there except for my perfectly working sliding doors. I'm very pleased and highly recommend Smooth Coast LLC.- Julie K.

AMaster PainterMy wife and I were so pleased our daughter and son n law hired them to paint a rental house inside and out. They did a great job there also. The guys were attentive to detail. They had to caulk hundreds of feet of battens. Wore me out watching them. Nice guys, trustworthy and very fair price. Our house is a beautiful white farmhouse with a galvalume roof and huge porches. ACreative Remodeling of OrlandoWe are extremely pleased with the job done by Creative Remodeling of Orlando! We had a few estimates for vinyl siding done and really wanted to see how the pricing of the Hardie Board compared since it's a better quality product and looks SO much better. On the Hardie website we found the referral for CRO and called for an estimate. Mark came out and was very patient in spending all the time we needed to get our many questions answered. He came a second time to go over even more details and we did not feel rushed. We were pleased to learn that they also did windows and decided to do that at the same time. What a pleasure to have just ONE company do all the scheduling and planning. The windows are great and went in easier and quicker than I thought they would. They are a 100% improvement from the original single hung, builder grade we had. The guys who did the windows and siding were always prompt and professional. If we had a question, they quickly got an answer. (A great upside to working with a small company!) The owner, Mark, either came by the job or called daily to make sure all was going well. We found the small difference in price of the Hardieboard to be WELL worth the improvement in the look of the house!!! If you think you can only afford vinyl PLEASE call Creative Remodeling and check out the Hardie board first!!- Lisa S.

AS & W Kitchens IncI had 3 quotes on the job. Unfortunately, S&W's quote was too high for this job. I'm sure they provide great design and superb quality, but since their quote was $10,000 compared to $3500-$5000 on the other 2 quotes, I can't justify the expense for this secondary shower. If you need a designer and have a bigger project, then you may want to call them for a quote.- Stassia P.

The father and son team were exceptionally helpful in explaining the replacement needs as well as helpful service I could do in the future.
