AWarren Builders, Inc.Excellent! Matt did the work while we were away. Provided us with daily texts and pictures of progress. Very satisfied with finished product. So much so that we retained his services when remodeling a section of our downstairs. This project required removal of existing cabinetry, laying of ceramic tile, plumbing and installation of new lighting. All of which was done in a timely, professional manner. His services will definitely be utilized in future projects. Highly recommend as he is very reliable, affordable and truly cares about achieving customer satisfaction.- Allan H.

ASwift Home RenovationsSwift Home Renovations is by far the most outstanding company we have dealt with in the Atlanta area. From the first contact with Jorge Zumbado until the job was completed, we experienced only professionalism and efficiency. Amazingly, our large deck job was completed in one day by four very hard workers. Supplies and dumpster were delivered on Monday and job was completed and furniture replaced on Tuesday. ATotal Home RoofingI want to start by saying that I am very happy with the workmanship and materials used; they did an excellent job. We are out of town owners of the property and I was very concerned that I would not be able to be present when the work was done. I was told I would have the name of my 'supervisor' and contact informaton on the Thursday before work was to begin. The work was going to begin the day after Labor Day and that may have contributed to some of this; but I was never called. I finally called their office on Friday to ask what was going on. I was told the work would begin on Tuesday and that I would get a call when the workers arrived at my home. I finally called at about 9 AM on Tuesday and the office said that I was supposed to get a call when they arrived at the home, but I did not get a call. They told me my supervisor was Juan and they gave me his phone number. I called him and he was not at the house yet. I asked him to keep me appraised of the job during the day. Again I got no call. Throughout the project if I had not called I would have no information on the progress. I arrived at the property on Thursday night so I could pay them on Friday morning. I met Juan early Friday morning and told him I was not happy that he did not keep me updated on the progression of the job -- especially since I made that known to everyone I spoke to that I was concerned I was an out of town owner and could not be present. He said he understood and was sorry. The work was spot on, and the area around the house was cleaned up. I have no complaints regarding the workmanship and from this perspective, I would use them again. I'd have to think about the lack of communication though; I was disappointed from that perspective.- Roseanne R.

They're very professional.They landscaped the backyard.They totally excavated the whole deck and put in a new deck. They out in new footings. The deck was enlarged. Underneath the deck, we did a water proofing so we can relax. The patio, there's a new patio underneath which was expanded.There are drain tiles; my back yard is crisscrossed with drain tiles.They built a retaining wall with stones and planted, of course, shrubs and bushes chopped down all of the old trees.They planted new trees.- ANSAR A.

ARichard Lopez LLCAbsolutely wonderful! By the 2nd day, I was so ecstatic how wonderfully that they were doing. Very trustworthy and honest. It shows in his expertise that Richard is a 4th generations painter. If you have been thru painting before, then you know not all are as skilled and not all have the art of their craft down to the "T". But this man and his team has the "it" factor. They did an excellent job!!! If I could rate higher, I would. My home is beautiful and I am a real tough one to please. Just absolutely the most professional company! There were no shortcuts and no rushing!!! They used the best paint available. Our home looks like it is new! Inside and out. Lines are so straight that I am in awe! Baseboards are beautiful. All the doors look new. The walls look new! He doesn't stop until he is satisfied and he has high standards. I give them the upmost respect for having such a love for their craft. Let me add, they even watched out for our rescue dog! Spoke to him everyday and always made sure that he was ok. The pool deck looks brand new and that speaks volumes from where it was. I would never consider using anyone else! You won't be disappointed! You get everything he promises!- Cathy G.

He made certain my lawn was not torn up, the drainage issue was covered and he gave suggestions that helped me gain the covered patio I dearly wanted. Tiara, their office manager was also on top of every need. Unless you think this might be a one off, I have used A. Certified Screens for over 20 years. I got several quotes, Southern Screen was significantly less expensive, very prompt work, professionally performed, I cannot say enough great things about this company. I usually only deal with people I know so I was a bit nervous but was more than pleasantly satisfied!

FMy mom and I moved to a new home about 2 years ago, and have been wanting to get a metal roof. We had a company picked out, but wanted to shop for options. Paul Stahlman came out with National Homecraft and Solar Shield Roofing. He showed us examples and proceeded to tell us why their roofing was better. The cost was more, but he also said they could do a roof over our patio. Part of the reason we decided to pay more was because 0% financing was available. We didn’t run our credit with any previous companies until we were sure what company we would use. Paul ran a hard credit check on both my mom and myself (of course lowering our credit score as expected) and we received approval for $5000 more than we even needed. We signed the contract and were told they would be out soon. We spoke to Paul a couple times on the timing of when the job would begin, and were looking at the week of Christmas (because he said they don’t stop working and this would be a great week to do it). 31 days after signing, and just a few days after speaking with Paul, we got a letter in the mail cancelling our contract with no explanation. When we called Paul, he said there was nothing he could do, it would cost us $5000 more to complete the project as the parts cost more. How funny that we just so happen to have approval for $5,000 more than the original quote. This company obviously has no value in their customer service, and simply wants to squeeze out every dime they can from their customers. Now our credit has been hit, and we still don’t have a new roof. We’re going to be saving to pay in cash with whatever company we choose, so this deceitful behavior doesn’t happen again. If you don’t mind paying more than the job is worth, and getting screwed over, this is the company for you.

ADwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him.
