    Mold Solutions & Contracting, LLC
Ben extremely professional, pleasant, and efficient. Took extra care to make sure the front gutters were done first, to free up parking spaces. Work was over and above what I expected! I would recommend him without any doubt or hesitation! Unfortunately, his work ethic is very hard to find here in Florida, especially in such a young man!!

    Splash Proof
Absolutely terrible. Hired them to clean and seal my roof, driveway, walkways, pool deck and sidewalks at a cost of $11,000 and paid a $5500 deposit. They were unable to clean the driveway or sidewalks so we agreed to remove them from the project. Then they were unable to clean the pool deck but insisted it was ready to be sealed (see picture below). After going back and forth they agreed to remove the pool deck from the project which meant the only part they actually completed was the roof. They demanded another $1200 for the roof ($6700 to clean and seal a roof???) which I refused to pay. Upon further inspection they did not replace a single cracked roof tile (the contract called for them to replace a certain number of cracked tiles) and to add insult to injury here we are 1 year later and the roof is dirty again already.

Grime Fighters of Tampa Bay Inc
Excellent result. Grime Fighters did not use chlorine bleach to clean the moldy tile, which I was very happy about -- no smelly chemicals, no bleached burned shrubs and the roof looked brand new when they were through. They also did the driveway and sidewalk at the same time with a spotless outcome. It's been months since the cleaning and the results have lasted longer than any previous cleaning. Highly recommended.

    Westchase Roofing Services
This roofer came recommended from several coworkers. Initial contact was a bit challenging. It took 3 calls over 2 days to get a response from someone who could schedule an appointment for a quote. We initially quoted 4 different companies and decided to go with Westchase because of their all inclusive pricing plan for wood replacement and a solar powered attic ventilation fan. The price we were quoted was the highest, but not by much. We were told by the representative that it would be 2.5 - 3 weeks lead time when we signed the contract. At the beginning of the second week, we had no contact so we called to get an update on the status. Again, it took several calls to the main line to get a response at which point we were told the scheduled start date had been pushed a month to the right. We expressed that was unacceptable, especially given that we would have never known unless we called. Later that day, we got a call back stating that the start date had been moved a week to the left (now a month from signing the contract, instead of 2.5-3 weeks). Once work was due to start, the dumpster and materials were delivered the day prior. The crew covered essential items around the house to prevent damage (A/C, plants, etc). They used blowers to clean off the roof which made quite a mess in our and our neighbors' yards, but that was promptly cleaned up. Work was completed by 8PM that day (1450 sq ft house). The crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up nails around the property. Overall, we could not be more pleased with the roofing crew's professionalism and quality of their work. The administrative side could be a bit more responsive/punctual. We'd hire this company again, but I'd make our expectations a little more clear.

    BMCI Contracting
at 61 years old, this is the first time I have felt the need to review a company. This company is totally unprofessional, they called me to set an appointment which was for April 9th 2018. 12-2pm. At 11:32 on the 9th, the rep Spencer, called me and said he would be at my house at 2. I was thankful as I was still sleeping (I work nights and usually sleep 5am to 1pm). the rep asked me what I was looking for and I told him a new roof and was looking for inexpensive. he seemed irritated and said he is not cheap. I was open with him and told him I had 2 estimates and was surprised by the variety of not only price but measurements and I was looking for accurate and fair. he said he would see me at 2. at 1:42 I received an EMAIL from Spencer saying "Sorry I missed you no one came to the door. I knocked and knocked your dogs were barking, but no one should up" APPARENTLY HE HAD LOST MY PHONE NUMBER FROM EARLIER? i replied via email at 1:59 pm "I guess you went to the wrong place I am home and I don't have any dogs' to my surprise the next email from this company came at 2:08pm from a different email address A DO NOT REPLY ADDRESS which just quoted my street address. I crossed the street to my neighbor who was sitting chatting with his friend in front of his house, they told me no vehicles had been in our small cul de advice to this company: if you don't want to give an estimate, be honest and upfront with people so as not to waste their time AND give your industry a bad rep. advice to customers :. DO YOU REALLY WANT DO HAVE A COMPANY THIS UNRELIABLE WORKING ON YOUR ROOF? lucky escape for me

    Westfall Roofing
This roof job went very well from start to finish. Frankly, working with contractors is not a favorite chore. In order to make it better, I selected 3 roofers from Angie's list. Westfall was chosen because my salesman, Eric, took the time to go over all possible expenses. I did not want any surprise charges or to bust my budget. So, we reviewed any possible additional charges and cost them out. This worked out very well; we were significantly below the amount I budgeted for this project. The crew was arrived early; they worked fast and hard. I am very satisfied with the results--and relieved to finally have my roof replaced. It's always a pleasure to work with contractors--like Westfall, that have these high standards of professional ethics and technical competence.

asper put a new roof on our house. A month later we had a leak. Called them and a couple days later a guy just goes on top of house and says he just put some sealent down and that should do it. Do not try at to detect or fix it really. Irma comes and, of course, leak is not fixed. Call them repeatedly and they keep saying that this will not be covered because it is Irma damage and have no idea when they will come out. After 2 weeks with no response and more heavy rains coming, we had no choice to put on a blue tarp. Finally, they come out and say they will not do anything because we put a tarp up. Our warranty is voided. After going to social media, they say your wife is making it bad for us so we will fix it. Four months later went into attic to get something and turns out we still have a leak. Storage stuff is wet and full of water. It had just rained a little while ago. They come out and again will not do anything, citing that the roof warranty is voided due to the past blue tarp usage, despite having a repairman (Ricardo) attempt to fix the leak again. But, this time, they claim it's due to the water coming in at a different location than Ricardo had in his notes - a vent pipe area about a foot away from what he claimed was the leak area.

If I could give this company 10 stars it would not be enough. I was ready to hire another company, but never felt convicted it was the right choice. I was googling their number, when I came completely randomly, upon Summer Breeze. I read the reviews, and gave them a call. Eddie came the next day, and within 1 week, I had a beautiful new roof! They were so kind, fair and easy to deal with. I wish every home repair was like this! I knew right away I was making the perfect choice. I got a very fair price, all wood replacement included, wind mitigation report, wonderful crew, and Vinny, the project manager checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. I did not have to pay one cent until it was completely finished. Francisco, the gentleman in charge of the actual roofing project was so lovely and caring. They cleaned up everything to perfection, got the inspection done, and it was all done in the blink of an eye!! Summer Breeze uses top notch materials, and I have honestly never seen a better looking roof. The price was exactly as quoted, and this company was a joy to deal with. I felt no pressure, only cared for. This was a difficult decision, until I came upon Summer Breeze. I wish they could do all my jobs for me. They went above and beyond in all aspects of my project!! I give them my highest recommendation, and deepest thanks for the way they valued and treated me as a customer. I would not even consider anyone else if I ever need roofing again. The BEST OF THE BEST!!!

    Krystal Klean Pressure Washing
Justin did a fantastic job with cleaning. I was somewhat concerned since the price was competitive and in addition most of the roof cleaning was supposed to be done from the ladders without walking on the roof, but results were above expectations. I would definitely hire again.

    Designer Gutter Co
The team arrived to my home for the project. It took about 10 mins for it to go south. The team didn't examine on how the gutters were secured. One of their team members took a crowbar to remove the gutter from the fascia. With this approach, he broke a 1.5 ft piece of the corner fascia. They stopped the project and stated that it was wood rot and cannot continue until wood rot is fixed. Well, I'm not a handy person at all; therefore, I outsourced work projects to professionals. I called two different companies that specialize in wood rot repair and both came to the same conclusion. The fascia board did not have any rot and the problem was the lack of inspection of the gutter. They should have seen the nails that were holding up the gutter and used a hammer to remove each nail. $200 was the cost to remove the gutters and fix the fascia board to my home. The fascia repair was completed on 11-18-17 by a different contractor. Last week, Stan N (sales person) came to my house and stated the team that caused the damage was new and inexperience. He examined the fascia board and stated that wood rot was not present at all. The only thing that he could do is remove $48 from my $495 quote. The discount is for the labor cost to remove the gutter. He couldn't give me more because it wasn't his call and this project would be in the red with a complete $200 discount. As I mentioned to Stan, I'm not trying to make a profit with Designer Gutter at all. I just wanted new gutters in my home. What is right is right. Their company made a mistake and should take complete responsibility for it. If this was complete wood rot, we wouldn't even have this discussion at all. I tried in two separate occasions to reach out to Tom with zero call backs. The extremely polite admin stated that he doesn't come to the office that often. If it was my company, I would be on the horn to answer any issue.
