    A Bow-Meow Affair Inc
We have used Sue's services for over twelve years and cannot recommend Bow Meow highly enough. Whether for a long weekend or a couple weeks, their kind care and attention to detail is evident in the not-so-mad cats we return to ... along with clean bowls and litter boxes and a note to fill us in on any happenings while we were gone. The comfort and confidence offered by Sue and her team is priceless, and we are grateful.

    While You're Away
We got them through Angie's List.

They come five days a week. They are consistent, dependable, and they get along well with the animals. They appear to be genuinely interested in the animal's welfare. They are flexible. Both my wife and I work, and sometimes we have to call them, and they are always available.

They are perfect the way they are. The price appears to be the going rate around here. The rate is $25, but because we buy in bulk, we get a better rate. You can buy a book of 30 visits for $20.

Lucky Dog Daycare & Resort of South Tampa
Our dog barely walked out alive! There were 2 dogs killed here over the last couple of weeks. More than half of the staff has quit and there is over 15 pending lawsuits. High risk of death or your pet being attacked. Stay far away!!!!

Sue was awesome, as always. She promptly returned my phone calls, left us a detailed note on how everyone did during our vacation and contacted us with any questions she had. One of our dogs has a tumor on her eyelid and Sue was attentive enough to call me to to ask if there was any ointment she could put on her eye or if she needed to do anything for the dog as I hadn't left any specific instructions. Sue really cares for her four-footed charges and definitely goes out of her way to love and spoil them. She is always reliable and responsible. We fully trust her to care for our dogs and our home while we're away.

    Precision Dog Training LLC
The training went well. The results were what I expected if not more. Marcus was enrolled in a "training camp" so he was gone for a month. Amy picked Marcus up at the beginning and delivered him back at the end. During the month I received text messages with pictures attached and a video. On return day Amy spent about two hours spelling out the philosophy behind her methods and what was needed for Marcus to retain what he had learned. Amy is a very professional business woman. At the beginning of discussions there is a determination of exactly the results that are wanted from a client perspective. Then there is a discussion of what she believes is doable.

    COUNTRY CHASE VETERINARY
The surgery on my pet for removal of a tumor on hind  leg, ear, side and a skin tag on front leg. I was given a low and a high price but the vet assured me since the difference in prices depended on how long the actual surgery would last everything could probably  be done within 40 minutes so I should  figure on the lower price.  Part way through the surgery the vet tech called me to tell me quote "we are $1100 into the surgery and are still on the leg tumor......we should be able to do the skin tag and the tumor in the ear, but if you want us to do the side tumor it will cost a few hundred dollars more".   I told them to finish what  they were doing and leave the side growth for a later date.   The vet  Dr. Smith called me to say the surgery went well and that she got all the tumor. I elected not to have the tumor's tested because it was so expensive.    Within two days after surgery the wound on the leg was leaking through the bandage so we took him in.  They re-bandaged it and actually charged me.  Another two days and additional leakage.  My husband took him back and was told by the vet that the tumor was growing back to which my husband responded "how is that possible when you told my wife you got everything."  She told him he could always go somewhere else, which was the wrong thing to tell my husband.  He told them he thought they traded ethics for the almighty dollar.  Told them his wife liked this place but he never did.   They re-bandaged the wound and was going to charge again but he told them to talk with me when I got back in town.  The next day my dog was restless and panting horribly.  He took Satch to Blue Pearl and they said they didn't see anything growing back.  Recommended Tramdol. They re-bandaged the wound..
Realizing this was going to take many more re-bandagings I made an appointment at Countrychase to learn how to do it right since I was being charged each time I went in. All of which should have been considered follow-up visits from a surgery they performed.    When I arrived I was talking to the receptionist Donna and told her about my husbands experience over the week-end, when all of a sudden a woman I had never seen before came out and berrated me to keep my voice down.  I asked her who she was and that I wasn't being loud I was only talking to Donna.  She told me she was tired of my attitude and that of my husband and I should leave.  I pointed out I had an appointment and was intending to keep it. She made other comments accusing me of things I said  which I never did.  She actually told me if I didn't leave she would call the cops.  I managed to keep my appointment and the tech's showed me how to bandage my dogs leg and was charged over $60 for that plus some wraps. Because they were angry with me and my husband they were willing to leave us and my dog to our own devices without ever having finished with his surgery follow-ups. They didn't even care that my dog had staples going over 1/2 way around his leg. This proved to me they had no concern for my pet that they had been treating for over 7 years.
As I was leaving Donna gave me my records and to my astonishment and horror found out they had actually re-stapled his wound on the day my husband took him back to re-bandage the first time. According to my records there is no mention of any pain medication given to re-staple wound.  I'd also like to mention in my records there was absolutely nothing of the surgery itself in those records.  It wasn't until the vet I have now requested them that I actually received them.   I wonder why they weren't included in the intial records.  I wonder!!
I posted photo's of his leg on Facebook and everyone was appalled.  If there was a place to post photo's here I would.  My name is here so feel free to go and look at the pictures.  I believe I've posted photo's in other reviews I've written both on Yelp and Yahoo!
Countrychase claims I have no trust in my vet........a silly statement when I have been going there for over 7 years and recommended the place to friends.
I now have a new vet and I'm completely satisfied.  I've invested between 5 and 6 hundred more with my new vet trying to correct the horrible job Countrychase did.
I will never recommend this place ever again.  I am sad that the one person I depended on there was Dr. Boston.  I told the woman that came out I wanted to speak to her and she said everything she told me was authorized by Dr. Boston.  How sad she would allow someone in her establishment speak to a loyal client like she did.  I believe her name is Jennifer and she is the office manager.

    Home Services Etc

The service that Richard provided was super.  He did everything that he promised.  His follow-up emails with attached pictures were complete and clear.  He even noticed one of our finicky small lights that we had to light a palm tree was still on during the day.  It completely put us at ease, knowing that he was checking on the exterior of our home.  We will definitely use Richard for our next vacation.  His price for us was fair, adjusting his cost due to having the exterior checks only this time.  He even provided transportation to and from the airport (separate charge), which was extremely convenient for us. We found Richard to be professional, prompt, and trustworthy, and very personable.

It went very well. They're very friendly there. It's easy to get an appointment. I thought the price was pretty much in line with other vets and they offered to give me an estimate before anything was done. I also scheduled a teeth cleaning for May.

Sue provides care for our cat with the cleaning and feeding.... plus interaction with Sebastian.   It doesn't end there....if we have a special diet at the time, Sue takes care of it.  If we have a special request, Sue takes care of it.  We are so pleased with the care and service provided that we always call Bow - Meow without hesitation. I would highly recommend Sue and her team if you really care about your pets.  I know of none better.
