    Mold Solutions & Contracting, LLC
Ben extremely professional, pleasant, and efficient. Took extra care to make sure the front gutters were done first, to free up parking spaces. Work was over and above what I expected! I would recommend him without any doubt or hesitation! Unfortunately, his work ethic is very hard to find here in Florida, especially in such a young man!!

    A.J.'s Services
Arik and his staff were very friendly and easy to work with on this job. The rain kept us playing phone tag, but I appreciated that our job was rescheduled as soon as possible. Arik responded to each phone call/email in a timely manner. The work was done completely and clean-up was done as well. I would definitely recommend this company for their commitment to service and their customers.

    Roof Rx
Well, an inspector came out and inspected our roof. So now I know not to get any of your services because all we wanted was our gutters cleaned. He was a nice guy but we aren't going to pay $700 to have the roof maintained when we are getting a new roof in 2017. When the gutter guy was finally scheduled, he came to our front door and my husband told him to clean the gutters. I really don't know if they were cleaned because he never told us he was done. We did have a group of workmen here working on a kitchen renovation but that's not an excuse for leaving without notice. When the company finally called to see if we wanted to schedule the repairs and I told them no, they seemed a put off about it. We purchased from you on 10/10, the inspector came on 10/13 and the gutter person came on 11/1.

    King's Pressure Washing
This was my first time using King's, my prior gutter cleaning service person retired. I read the reviews on Angie's List and decided to try Richard's company. I was very impressed with his professionalism and honesty. I had replaced my tile roof a little over a year ago, and did not want anyone up on the roof. He was very accommodating while discussing everything over the phone. He was going to come over and give me a quote, explaining that if we agreed on the price, he could do the work that day. He used a ladder to go around the house and check all the gutters. Only one section, above the pool screen had debris in it. I paid the minimum charge of $98.50, which was worth it to me, considering he could have said they were all full and charged a lot more. I wouldn't have known any better, since I can't get up on the ladder myself. He was able to clean it out using a ladder, so he didn't go on the roof. He also used his blower to clean up a lot of leaves on my screen, which was great. I will use him every year and plan to also use him for power washing my sidewalks and driveway after the rainy season is over. Highly recommend Richard!

    Brooks Pressure Washing LLC
Awesome job.  Will use again.  Purchased on Christmas Eve.  Responded on Christmas Day.  Service provided day after Christmas.  When done, he ran hose water through to ensure everything flowed as expected.  Nicely done.

Grime Fighters of Tampa Bay Inc

They did a great job from start to finish.  Showed up quickly to quote & as soon as job was complete, I had a copy of my paid Invoice via email.

Prompt and professional.  Covered my shrubs to prevent damage prior to beginning work.  My roof looks like new again.  They managed to get all the debris and several small branches off my bird cage that were an eyesore.  My flagstone deck had rust and mildew stains.  While it is virtually impossible to remove rust stains from stone, they have been substantially minimized.  Deck looks great again.

I had received two other quotes and Grime Fighters were the most reasonable (and they included free driveway/walkway cleaning).  Thanks to the previous Angie's List reviews, I felt very confident in hiring them.  I will definitely be calling them in the future.  Great Job!

Called ahead was on time. Did job quickly and cleaned up. Offered suggestions and reduced bill as back gutter really did not need to be cleaned after checking gutter from roof. Found owner, Paul,  knowledgeable and will hire him again next gutter cleaning.

They arrived promptly and initially attempted to get to my lanai gutters on the opposite side of the house near the garage.  I told them it made no sense to walk across the entire roof when it was accessible (as other Gutter Cleaners had done) right near the lanai.  I was watching as the first person walked on my concrete tile and heard a crack.  I asked if he had just cracked my tile and was told NO, it was just the tiles moving, but that there were some hairline cracks which wasn't unusual for a new concrete roof just over a year old.  I had looked it up online and it did state that due to contraction/expansion etc, it isn't unusual to find hairline cracks on new roofs.  They did ask me to sign a service order and I was hesitant due to the language, but my gutters were so clogged I was desperate to get the work done.  While they did seem to do a thourough job of cleaning the gutters, I did have to do quite a bit of raking and picking up of debris and leaves, something I had not experienced with other Gutter Cleaning Companies.
I called again a few days ago to schedule a gutter cleaning.  Paul responded promptly and had an opening on the 5/16.  I asked him to email me his insurance certificate, which is common practice and I have never had any contractor refuse to provide me a copy.  He refused to send me a copy, but said he would show it to me, and had already done so.  (I know I asked him about it the first time and he said it was in his truck, but have no recollection of him showing me.)
He emailed me his work order which has the following language below, that he required I sign.  I made changes.  I noted next to CRKD Tiles > Hairline Cracks, I crossed out the part stating he could photograph my home and put up a sign (my HOA doesn't allow signs and I feel it's an invasion of my privacy and security issue to have my private lanai photographed).    I also circled the second paragraph below and put a note "Except Negligence on part of Aall Bright, its agents or employees" and initialed the changes.
    Work Order Language:
    COMMENTS:              CRKD TILES
I understand and approve that said property may be photographed for use as a display in advertising, and a disposable sign may be placed temporarily on the property.
Furthermore, I accept all responsibility and liability, for occurrences or incidents and for the condition of my property and surrounding areas, and damage that may become evident, or a result of the cleaning process.
****I arrived home to find the envelope I had left with the work order and a check.  The check was still in the envelope and Paul wrote "I'm sorry I don't accept alterations to service order - I would need a signed copy w/out changes to provide service.
    I sent the following email:
Your language stating any homeowner is responsible and liable for any occurrences or
incidents, no matter what is an unacceptable statement.  As a person with
a business degree, former owner of multiple businesses and a corporate credit
manager, I am familiar with these types of clauses.  I?m sure a lawyer at
some point has informed you that even with the language and a customer
signature, it does not absolve your company in the court of law for
negligence.  If your employees were drunk, high or disregard general
safety guidelines, or used faulty equipment, which you do not mention you have
any policies in place or that your employees receive regular safety training,
you would still be open to litigation.  Knowing that it would be difficult
to monitor what someone does on a rooftop, must give you some false feeling of
    protection against claims.
Also, making a generic statement of cracked tiles on a new roof just over a year old,
is also unfair.  I heard a cracking when your employee was on the roof the
last time and you said that was just settling and there were some hairline
cracks, due to normal wear and tear.  So it leaves me with the conclusion that you are
not confident that you and/or your employees are skilled at providing this service.
While I know you are trying to protect yourself as a business owner and the nature of
your business can be a dangerous one, that is the reason for G/L and Workers Compensation
    Insurance.
Needless to say I would never hire this company for additional services..

*** Update:  Had my gutter contractor here to inspect gutters installed last year and he offerred to clean the gutters.  I asked him to check for cracks and take pictures of the roof tiles on that side of the house.  There are no cracked tiles, so I find it odd that Aall Bright would put cracked tiles in the comments of the contract.  Is that a pre-emptive strike just in case you crack tiles?  Yes, if people don't want their contractors to take any responsibility or liability whatsoever, you are the contractor for them.  Hopefully this review will get people to read the fine print.  One final note, I never said don't clean up the debris that my lawn guy will get it.  That is a ridiculous statement, and I had never had anyone previously who cleaned out my gutters leave the debris behind.

He was on time, worked the whole time he was here.  Asked any questions he had concerning whatever he was cleaning.  Cleaned up after himself before he left our house sparkling clean

While my husband was deciding whether or not to allow them to do the work the guy pointed to the window with the tile around it and said if that tile breaks they would not be responsible for fixing it. There were 4 guys and my husband mentioned that we have a cat that is skiddish so to just watch out for him when going throughout the house. The guy said that it was not his problem it was ours. Then the guy said forget it and walked out. My husband asked for the signed receipt back and he said he ripped it up, so my husband said to give him the ripped up receipt and he said no and packed up his stuff and left.
