Jeremy is a nice guy. He missed our initial appointment but mistakes happen which I understand. After the initial appointment, Jeremy was going to follow up with me on the following Tuesday or Wednesday to let me know if the film made sense for our windows. I didnt hear from him Tuesday or Wednesday so I sent him an email on Thursday. No reply. Then I called him. No reply. I followed up the following Thursday to give him one more shot at my business and the office manager said he would call me back by close of business. No reply. Now Im searching for another provider.

I had to get a towing truck come get my car because the transmission on my Lexus 2004 car was on its last legs. Murray Motive was very quick to call he towing company and pick up my car as soon as I called them. They called me throughout the days that they were working on the car and gave me constant updates which I appreciated. I had more problems with my car than the transmission but I appreciated how Chris from Murray Motive took pictures and sent me diagrams for the problems to make sure that I understood. I felt that Chris was very honest and straight forward with their diagnosis of the problems with my car in telling me what was really critical to fix vs things I could do later. The cost of the transmission parts and labor cane within what we found on the internet. All in all I was very pleased with Murray Motive and will take my car there again if I have issues.

Pat Murray, the owner, is beyond honest. I had an inspection done just this afternoon on a used vehicle I found on Craigslist and was about to purchase pending the results. I am out of state (Chicago) and arranged for the seller to bring the vehicle in to Murraymotive. Pat didn't require the very reasonable $99 payment for the inspection until it was complete. Fifteen minutes into the inspection he concluded the vehicle had been flooded and ended the inspection. He then called me long distance to inform me of the situation. I thanked him for saving me from this mess (see attached photo he emailed) and was ready to give him my credit card info when he said there would be no charge. WOW, he gets my highly earned respect. Give him your business please!

I'll start with the only negative, however, it is a HUGE one! I just purchased an 04 Hyundai Elantra for my niece for $1600.00. I noticed the radiator had a minor leak and the a/c wasn't cooling well. I brought the vehicle in for service. An hour or two later I had a tech call and give me the bad news. The head gasket was bad. A test they performed showed this. Also, the loss of radiator water and the a/c cooling problem he suspected was due to this. Repair for this would be over $2200.00. I told the mechanic the repair was not an option since the car was not worth the repair and I did not believe this was the issue to begin with. I used to build hot rods and am very familiar with auto mechanics. The engine was not overheating or emitting steam from the exhaust and there was no water in the oil. The water loss was due to the leaking radiator. These are "tell tale" signs of a blown head gasket. It made no fiscal sense to spend $2200 to repair a $1600 car. He kept recommending I do the repair and warned me of the problems I could incur. Finally, I insisted he do the work I had asked for and I would take my chances or I would just pick the car up. The repairs I requested were completed and I came to pick the car up the next day. When I went inside, I GUESS HE JUST WASN'T GOING TO GIVE UP. He stated; "Hey just to let you know the car was hard to start this morning probably due to water leaking into the pistons". I just smiled and said; "OK." This was on 4/20/17, almost a year ago. Well, how are things with the car. No overheating, no hard starting and NO BLOWN HEAD GASKET!! I have not had to add an ounce of water to the radiator! So whether it was due to ignorance or worse, to cheat me, it was recommended that I have $2200.00 in repairs that were not needed! I came to this business due to Angie's List ratings and if you remove the issue with the head gasket I would have been very satisfied with the repair, the time taken and the cost. It is of little consolation though if you get great service and price for a repair THAT WAS NEVER NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!

There were some easy to diagnose failed parts. Those got replaced without issue. I picked up the car, and there were still some issues with cooling and the front end of my car was shaking. The cooling issue was looked into with diagnostic appliances. Needed to replace the compressor. To resolve the front-end shaking issue, they found a different blower motor which was better balanced, and the shaking went away. This had resolved all issues at this point. They lent me a car free of charge or hassle for the duration of the repairs, they were very thorough with their explanation of what they wanted to do to figure out the issues and the same for repair price and process explanation. I was very thankful for the professional service and support. The prices were very reasonable, as well.

    Safelite AutoGlass
WARNING ABOUT SCAM ARTISTS. After AUTO GLASS AMERICA replaced my windshield they failed to honor a warranty failure. Luckily, my insurance covered the repair but the service and professionalism by Jesus and Safelite was night and day. Safelite process was fast and efficient. The pre-service contact was outstanding and innovative. The actual install was above reproach. Jesus confirmed the Auto Glass America installer damaged my car when they did the install and failed to connect the windshield heater back up. He also said he had seen the type of damage before and if it had happened on an Safelite repair, it would have been covered under a material failure warranty.

They called me midday to tell me that water pump needs to be replaced as well. The price for timing belt and water pump was almost the same as at the Dealer, which always replaces both as a timing belt package. But at the dealer, I would have gotten genuine parts.

A's across the board. I would use them again. The service rider was very pleasant and professional. It was a free oil change and they took care of me. It was good service and it didn't take long. Easy peasy lemon squeeze.

    Hyundai of Newport Richey
I was very satisfied. To me it was only $157, but it was under warranty. I was told it was like a $1,600 job that they had to do. I was very satisfied with them, I was very satisfied with the person that helped me with it, to get the car in and all of that. I was able to get it in the same day. My interactions with them was very good, excellent. The work turned out very good.

    Zeigler Transmissions
I found the positive reviews were correct. These guys are honest and straight, as well as polite and helpful. They assured me the brakes were good for many more miles. Told me they weren't specialists in European power steering, and referred me to a nearby shop who could handle it. They said they'd found the area of the leak on the transmission, but it could have been one of two sources, close to each other. One was a Servo mechanism of some kind (which would require removal and replacement) and the other was a hose connection, right next to it. But they'd examined the hose connection closely and found they were able to tighten the bolt fastening it, a full turn. It was possible that might have handled the leak. I was told to drive it for a couple days, then bring it back to see if there were any signs of a leak. I came back, they told me "No more leak" (which agreed with my checks with the dip stick) and that was that. Total cost zero $. They could have done a number of things to develop business but instead, they proved to me that they can be trusted.
