Not well. I won't do a business with a company that is not transparent about pricing. If I know what I need they should be able to provide an estimate. I wouldn't buy a new appliance if the salesperson told me we'll see what it costs when we deliver it to your house.

Requested a quote and got someone who barely spoke English to call me, had to have everything repeated multiple times, not very reassuring if they outsource/pay badly enough for their appointment booking.

Called and luckily a technician was in the area so they got to me within minutes of my call. The awesome technician diagnosed, explained and then replaced the faulty part. The price seemed very reasonable for tge fast and friendly service. Could not be happier.

A Arnie's Dependable Appliance Repair Service Inc
Called and got reassurance technician would come Monday afternoon (as desired). He showed up on time & courteously put booties over his work shoes. I was a bit concerned when he said a new pump could cost $600 (thought he was going to go straight for the, 'you NEED new pump'. Found he was just letting me / us know worst case scenario. Disclosed that if he was able to flush whatever was (hopefully) obstructing, cost would be $95. He alerted me to open ventilation as the clog/ resulting water might smell up the house upon being flushed in to a shop vac contraption he'd brought in (again, courteous). He wasn't satisfied until he had flushed the line, seemingly twice, found a small shard of plate on which obstructions must've been hung up. After removing he took time to wait for dishwasher to run through two drain cycles to insure it was thoroughly draining (i.e. NOT a problem). He was in our home nearly an hour and was reassuring in his level of competence and ability to 'fix' rather than 'replace'. We've used this same kind / competent fellow back when we were renters and our fridge ice machine was laboring. I would look this fellow up for ANY appliance glitch . Think the 'deal' is that if you don't have the work done you pay $39(?) service call, if you do, he'll have already quoted the outsue THANK YOU!

    Sears Appliance Repair
They came out something happen with our dryer and they had to clean the lint out they did a very nice job. They said if we needed their services again and I think we did call them again for something else that was unrelated to the dryer and they came and did the work and I don't know what they did and I think they did a good job that's all I know.

Couldn't be more pleased!  Fred found the problem (a loose wire) within minutes.  He repaired and taped wires that had been left bare by the company who had repaired the thermostat last November.  He cleaned the sump filter (?) and showed my husband where it was, why it was important and, along with a second sump filter inside,  how to trouble-shoot these.  He was friendly, helpful, courteous and, joy-of- joys, charged us $40.  I mentioned to Mr. Glock that the last time I'd chosen a plumber on Angie's List (Rosenfelds) the receptionist failed to mention a 'trip' charge (of some $35 over and above the routine service call) and, when I complained that this hadn't been mentioned until the service man was in our home, refused to waive it.  Today's visit has insured that we've got ourselves an air-conditioning/heating guy we'll use in the future.  THANK YOU, Mr. Glock, for restoring our faith in repair/diagnostician folks!

    Mr. Appliance of Tampa Bay
It was a waste of money. He walked in and said that my appliances were broken. He said it would take another $400 to fix them. He was a nice guy and he was good with his job but he told me what I already knew. He was very knowledgeable but he was very overpriced on the repairs.

Another Sure Bet. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. We have used them on other occasions and the work was always done right and on time. Great people to do business with. With Jim Howard Plumbing and Erwin Electric I don't ever again have to worry about Plumbing or Electric repairs!

The technician was prompt and courteous. He found the issue right away, had the part on-hand and replaced it.  The service was quick and cost was reasonable. I really appreciated how fast he diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and tested it. I would definitely recommend Better Homes A/C & Appliance Inc.

    Appliance Repair Specialists
A couple years ago, I contacted this company from Angie's list and have called upon them whenever appliances in our properties need repair. They have always performed superbly. On this occasion and by coincidence the washing machine, refrigerator and dish washer needed repair. I called and was scheduled an appointment within a week. Two technicians arrived as scheduled and immediately knew what and how to repair the items. The washing machine had a bra underwire lodged between the inner and outer drum. Refrigerator had water building up on freezer floor and was leaking. The dish washer side brackets were not mounted correctly which made the door opening loose. Completed all repairs were expertly and expeditiously. The technician were courteous and professional.
