  Owner is on time and friendly and quoted about the same as other companies. Owner's brother appears to be the lead of installs. So much for the good. Now the bad. Untruthful statements were made about the time they would be arriving for project. Multiple excuses were made and each were different. They were supposed to arrive at 8:00 am and eventually arrived at 11:00 am. I was even told that they were driving up to my curb at 10:15 but that was not true. Because of the late start time, they were rushed to get the project completed. They made multiple mistakes that I'm going to have to live with such as placing a down spout directly behind an AC drain allowing no way to drain the water away from the house. They placed, and connected drain spouts directly up against the house so that it has already created a trench at the house footing about 6 inches deep after only one rain (I'm not sue what I can do about this issue). They ended down spouts to short so they are high from the ground. They placed no extensions on most of the down spouts resulting in water flooding the house rather than being moved away from the house. They did not place splash guards on areas where the roof valleys come to a bend in the guttering resulting in water flow that just pours over the gutters and onto the ground two stories below. They did not clean out the existing super gutters on the existing lanai as agreed. The yard is littered in sharp metal waist and screws, a variety of large and small items. Cleanup was basically non-existent. From my upstairs windows you can see where they pulled the existing metal facing from the house and have it pulled away and looking terrible. This looks awful and is allowing water to run into the structure of the house. This is the second day since the gutters were installed. We are going to Home Depot today to see what we can buy to attempt to keep from having our house further damaged due to the shoddy work of this company. This is additional expense and work that should not be required by me, the homeowner and customer.

  RA Ford III Inc

  Had a little difficulty pinning down a date to perform the work and it took 3 work days to get the two day job completed because they were pulled off of the job to deal with an issue with another customer. Was a little leery about using RA Ford but he did have good reviews on Angies List. The original soffit was not properly installed when we had the house built in 1997 and it was years before we realized we had a problem with sections lifting in high winds. RA Ford recommended that the only solution was to remove and replace. I was not disappointed with the work. The three man crew that Robert Ford sent out did an excellent job removing our existing soffit and installing a new one. The finished job looks great. The crew was very professional,. They were careful not to damage the many plants located around the house. They removed all debris. In two days they were able to remove and replace all soffits. I highly recommend RA Ford for any soffit work. I am sure he also does excellent work with siding.

  A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions

  The gutter started leaking and there were 3 cancelled follow up appointments . On the 4th appointment someone came and said the owner would get back to me. No one ever called and it's been months. The gutter now has 4 wide open cracks and our lawn under the gutter has eroded. Can you please acknowledge and fix this problem. I will provide a rating at a later time. I would like to see if they respond to my review. I had to rate a C (fair) before I could submit this review. Thank you.

  The Roofing Company

  During the process of replacing my gutters, the company performing the gutter work told me I needed to have a roofing company assess my slipping drip edge, possible roofing problems, and some fascia issues (they believe there was rotting involved). I called The Roofing Company on a Friday and was told Chris, the owner, would be able to come out Monday morning to take a look and give an estimate to replace the drip edge. I was told I did not need to be home for him to take a look at the issues, but I made sure to be home anyway so I could explain the potential issues as they were relayed to me by the gutter company. Chris arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. We walked around the house and I told him what the gutter company had told me - that they did not feel comfortable installing the new gutters until I consulted with a roofer because there was rot and the drip edge had slipped down. Chris thoroughly investigated the possible issues and told me that while he could definitely do the work described, he felt it was actually in my best interest (given the age of my roof and other factors) to go ahead and have the gutters installed as-is. He said that he actually did not see any sign of rot and showed me evidence to prove his point. He also said that while it did seem like the drip edge was slipping down in a few places, that through the process of installing the new gutters the drip edge would then be secured in place. I loved that he was so frank with me and told me that he could certainly give me a written estimate, and could even try to sell me a new roof, but that he felt more comfortable as not only a business owner and professional, but also a homeowner himself, that the new gutters would be fine installed as-is, and it would be in my best interest to instead save that money I would have spent on somewhat-pointless repairs and put it toward a new roof in 5-7 years. I truly appreciated the time Chris spent with me explaining the process and giving me some solid advice. He could have tried to sell me many different services, products, or even a new roof - and I would have probably gone for most of them given the fact I do not know much about roofing. I know when the time comes for me to need a new roof, I will most definitely be giving Chris at The Roofing Company my business!

  Called and left a vm on Sunday, Provider return my call on Monday, and they did the job on Tuesday!  I have used this provider 4 or 5 times over the past 2 years to clean my gutters.  I have a lot of trees on my property, a large deck area with a pan roof, and a free standing building that is built into my screen enclosure, which traps a ton of leaves/debris.   The same individual has been at my house each time, and each time he does a thorough job.  Each time he has also done a walk around when the job is complete, to show me trouble spots, and make suggestions on how I can keep alter or repair my gutters, to keep them clean.

  The entire process from quote to installation was wonderful.  The gentleman that came out to give the quote was punctual, and took the time to measure the entire house rather than just doing an estimate.  He explained the proposed layout of the gutters as well as the materials being used.  Approx 3 weeks later, the crew came out to install the gutters and they were extremely efficient and thorough.  The gutters look great - you can barely tell they are there (which is the goal!)  Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install gutters on their home.
