    Our existing fence was old and had rusted and broke at the concrete footings. It was unsafe and falling down. We called Dale to give us an estimate and price out two different styles of fences. We ended up choosing a style that matched fencing we had on the the side of the house. Everything progressed quickly from there. A week later Dale was installing the new fence while we happened to be out of town. Having used Dale for numerous projects in the past we knew he would complete the project correctly and totally trusted him to troubleshoot any issues that may arise while we weren't there. Our experience is that Dale always completes projects as if it were he were working on his own home. He does things right and always follows through on whatever he promises. He is up front, honest and dependable. While we were on our way home, Dale sent us pictures of the completed fence and it looked amazing. We got home a couple days later and it looked even better in person than in the pictures. We both commented that it looks like the fence had always been there and blended seamlessly with the older fencing. Dale is a consummate professional and we highly recommend him for any project.

    Ross Services
    Initially, my experience with Ross Services was a very good one. The salesman did a nice job explaining the product and assured us that our satisfaction would be guaranteed ��� something I was glad to hear for a $22,000 project. The work included a new travertine patio to replace the old Chattahoochee, a refinishing of the in-ground pool and spa, and a new metal fence with two gates on each side of the house leading into the back yard. The patio work was done mostly in one day in March with multiple workers on site. The fence took a couple days but the work wasn���t done���due to permitting issues���until over a month later. It was after this initial installation that the problems began. There were issues with some of the travertine not being placed evenly, and even more seriously, one section almost immediately began getting moldy. I called our sales rep and after some back-and-forth some of the tiles were replaced; but the problem remained. When we set up the project we were repeatedly assured that there would be no drainage problem but it is apparent that this was not addressed in the quick work that was done. Nor was the repositioning of the electrical box and the air vent for the pool. (These last two issues were quickly fixable and so were actually addressed over the next few days.) No attempt was made to determine the cause of the drainage problem or why the tiles in one area became moldy right after installation. The feeling I got was that once the initial work was done Ross really wasn���t that interested in fulfilling the rest of their satisfaction guaranteed claim, especially if it meant having to re-do some of the initial work. Also, some of the pool tiles were also not level and so the waterfall between the spa and the pool slants and only works on one side. In addition, the salesman told us he would extend the patio on one side an additional foot or so with any leftover pavers free of charge. We noticed that instead of doing this, the company actually removed the extra boxes of pavers that were leftover and wouldn���t make good on this offer. As to the extension of the patio that we did contract and pay for, in the work crew���s haste, it forgot to put down a lining between the ground and the new pavers, and so there is a constant problem now of plants growing between the tiles. Ross���s response was to tell us to just use Round Up on the on the patio once a week! We soon realized that this kind of inattention to detail in order to get a particular part of the job done in a rush proved to be Ross��� calling card. They were on to another project... The fence construction also proved difficult and frustrating. The subcontractor was not very cooperative or willing to address flaws in workmanship. The gate and surrounding fencing on one side of the yard was not measured properly and so was not level, which was obvious to anyone looking at the fence. That meant that screws were sticking out when they should have been fully screwed in. This may have contributed to the top rail there being loose and not fully secured. As such, it now comes apart rather easily. Every time we contacted our sales rep at Ross we got the runaround. While he was a nice guy, he would repeatedly assure us that he would take care of our issues and someone from the work crew or the fencing company would call us and fix whatever the problem was. This rarely happened, and after another couple of weeks we had to call again. We���d be told the same thing but nothing ever happened. I must have been told 6 or 7 times that the ���fence guy��� would take care of the installation problem at the one gate but only once did someone come out and then he just looked at me incredulously and said to fix it meant having to redo it, which he seemed to think was just asking too much; i.e. he just wanted to make a simple cosmetic fix rather than fixing the structural problem. This is similar to the response I got regarding the moldy pavers. Due to this continued unwillingness to complete the project satisfactorily, we have just thrown up our hands now since whatever Ross says it will do doesn���t end up happening ��� including a promise that the finished patio would be pressure-cleaned before a final walk-through -- a walk-through we ask for but which was never scheduled. My final impression is that Ross wanted to get the main job done quickly and rely on quick fixes when there were any problems in their workmanship. They offered a same-as-cash deal through Wells Fargo, and once that contract was signed and they got their money from Wells Fargo, they seemed to lose interest entirely in fulfilling their customer satisfaction guarantee. I had high hopes for this company and their initial service appeared promising; but when you get down to it, they relied on short cuts and took the path of least resistance in the hope that this would be enough (or maybe that the customer would just give up). In short, when it came to providing a satisfactory conclusion to a very expensive project, they weren���t willing to go the distance.

    He was extremely slow in responding and I made several calls to him. After finally giving me a pricing he waited another two weeks before calling and saying my job was too small and he was too busy. He told me to get a refund and hung up on me.

    Murph came out and quoted a small fence job I needed done. 10' of chain link and a gate.
    I contacted 3 company's, he was the 1st to respond. The 2nd company thought the work I needed was to small and chose to charge me a large amount to do the work. The 3rd company....never returned my calls.
    Murph quotes a price I thought was more then fair and he told me the work could be completed within the week.
    True to his word....he came out, did the work and it looks great.
     I would definitely use him again for any/all of my fence & railing needs.

The workers were friendly, did a great job and always cleaned up after themselves. The workers also pointed out existing problems on the property that I wasn't aware of and they were skilled enough to work around them and come up with solutions without delaying the project. I was very pleased with the end result.
    A few months later we were hit by a tropical storm and small part of the fence was damaged by flooding. Creative Metals came out the same day I called and fix the whole problem within 24 hours for a reasonable rate. Not only do they do a good job with the products they install they stand by them with great customer service.

    It went very smoothly once I got the okay from the homeowners association.  Sergio is very professional and takes pride in his work.
    The  biggest problem and this was not due to anything the company did, was getting the city inspector out here to okay the job!  The inspector claimed he came to look at the job and the plans weren't there but they were so the inspector had to come out after the weekend was over which was not a problem for us at all.  If you want a job well done and quickly I would highly recommend this company.
