    I have been leasing for over 15 years and I always feel horrible after leaving the dealership until now. I did everything over the phone and internet and the person assisted me throughout the entire process was Maurode Desrosiers. I highly recommend going to him and this dealership. The only time I had to visit the dealership was to pick up my new lease and it took less than 30 minutes.

    I was left 3 1/2 hours on the side of the road. A single mom alone in the dark from 5:45 to 9:30 pm at night. Finally Geico called and cancelled them for lack of response time. Then Geico called another company who arrived in 15 min. Dispatch girl was extremely rude. I would Never recommend this company. Read on Yelp where many others call them the worse company ever.

    After my daughter was stranded on the side of the road on I-95, I searched for a reputable auto repair shop on Angie's List for AAA to tow her car too - we were both from out of town. I found it in Neal's Autohaus! I met Neal in the morning and informed him how my car's daughter's car suddenly stopped working. He had the car up and running again late in the afternoon after he initially received the wrong belt from an auto parts place. He was honest and professional. He didn't charge me for services that didn't need to be done. His motto is, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."

    I am very particular about the balance and alignment of the car. ��AMF can do high speed on car balancing which most shops can't do. ��They are very careful and the alignment rack guy hits it perfectly every time. ��I have almost never needed to take a car back once it has been serviced. ��They are never going to be the cheapest service, but they might be the best. ��I have used them for tires and quick repairs for nearly 30 years and they probably the only shop I would recommend to anybody. ��Frank and Steve are both very good at what they do and know tires. ��There are an infinite number of tires to look at and they know what works well on your car for price and performance. ��Anybody can sell a tire, but they know how it will hold up over time for each type of car.

    Consumers Beware! I brought in my 2004 Acura RSX for an oil & filter change. I have used them before based on the reviews from Angies list. The staff was very professional and courteous and they performed the service in a timely fashion. They are definitely more expensive than other repair shops, but I don't mind paying more for an honest shop (which I thought A&H was) that guarantees their work. When you take your car in to them for repair or service they will also look and check for things that may already be a problem or will be a problem soon. If it's not something that has to be done right away they list these recommendations on your bill. In my case, the recommendations were to change the transmission fluid, brake fluid, front brake pads, and one that I did not expect. They recommended that I have the rubber boots that protect the ball joints replaced ($255.00) as they had tears in both of them. I told them I did not have the time to deal with it that day and would bring the car back. The next day I was talking to a friend about this and he suggested I take my car into his mechanic for a second opinion. I did not mention anything to the mechanic about going to A&H. I just asked him to check the brakes and to look for any obvious problems. I had to leave the car so when he called me back to tell me the front brake pads should be replaced, I told him to go ahead and take care of it. He also told me that he did not find anything else wrong with the car (how often does that happen). It's at this point that I asked him to check the ball joint boots. He said he would take a closer look at the boots and call me back when the brake job was done. He called me back a bit later and said everything was fine and he did not see any tears in the boots. So, the bottom line for me is: Don't blindly trust the reviews you read on here. It really is a shame that A&H does this. The problem is they sneak it in with other things that are or could be legitimate problems. But think about it, do you really know if everything they are telling you is the truth? Unless your a mechanic, check it yourself (if possible), or get a second opinion, you really don't know.

    It went well. The car was finished within 45 minutes and checkout was relatively fast ie. 5-6 mins. I also had a walk through with the detail specialist. The shop is busy but clean and relatively efficient. Price is my only issue with the service, however, the shop made an effort to ease cost by discounting the price $20.00. Overall, the experience was a good one.

    Everything went pretty smoothly.  I was told the repairs would be completed the next day and they actually took 2, but the amount of work and the quality of the work they provided was more than worth the extra day's wait.  We also had a small dispute regarding the cost, but the staff worked with me and honored the pricing which tells me they will always go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Everyone was very friendly and professional.  I will definitely recommend their shop to anyone looking to get their cars serviced.

    Went to 60 Minute Auto Tint for 3m Crystalline window film installation on my convertible.  Stay away VERY FAR AWAY unless your comfortable with paying top dollar for inferior installation and workmanship.
    1st warning to turn away should have been the $200 deposit they asked for to order the film.
    2nd warning was when they asked me how to lower the top and wouldn't let me into the install area to show them citing insurance regs. 
    When I did receive the car there was a considerable amount of water / bubbles on floor mats and water stains throughout my interior door panels which required a considerable amount of my time to clean up.  Now 2 plus weeks have gone by and there's a number of bubbles and dirt marks that's showing between the glass and film.  Currently working through 3M to have a reinstall done under warranty by a premier 3M installer as I wouldn't trust 60 Minute Tint to reinstall.  Saw from another reviewer on a different website that after 3 reattempts to have window film reinstalled by 60 Minute  Auto Tint it's still not installed correctly and now body molding has razor cuts in it from removal process.

    Not only did the appointment process go extremely well, Carlos their tech was early.  Yes, early!  He called to state he would be there earlier than our appointment and he was done before I knew it.  My car hadn't been cleaned in over a year, had been used as a "moving truck" and was in dire need of attention.  He provided the services without missing a beat and made my car's interior and exterior look like new.  That's a lot to attest to with a 12-year old car!

    We really don’t have any dislikes. They were pretty quick with the service. The cost was covered under warranty. We took out the extended warranty so it pretty much covers everything. The last time we were there 2 of the workers were arguing with each other.
