    We just bought our new home and were deciding on what type of furniture we wanted. We found Jati Furniture on the Web and liked what we saw. Visited their showroom and was very impressed with the quality of the material. Also the cost was impressive. I spoke to the Mr.E and told me all about the craftsmanship behind the product, which I found interesting. My wife and I liked the furniture, but unsure of what arrangement look good in our patio, they helped us pick out some furniture that filled out our space and gave it some character. What a great Service! We had Delivery the same day even though they were busy to accommodate some family that was coming to town that same weekend. THANK YOU! Now our Patio looks like a showroom and have a great conversational piece when we have friends and family over. Really happy with Jati Furniture, recommended if you want to get some quality good looking furniture at the price normal people can actually afford. I will be back!

    We have dealt with Slone Bros. since 1994 and have always been satisfied with their service. Their prices are fair for the quality furniture they sell. Their staff has always been very helpful and professional. I have quit even shopping for furniture anywhere else in the greater Orlando area. I live in Winter Garden and they are in Longwood, but it is worth every mile of the drive.

    We wanted the best bang for our buck, but that would last. We shopped at every furniture store in the Orlando area that had a good rating with the Better Business Bureau. We got good quality and it was the biggest bang for our buck. Good Value for the money. I think there was one piece that came broken, but they took care of it.

    We chose a bedroom suite for our second home from our local Badcock, which is near our primary home and work. We asked if they could deliver to our second home, 26 miles away. There was never a question that this would be an issue. After discussing the delivery dates we decided not to purchase the set. On our way out the sales person asked asked me to come back to the check out desk and stated that she had spoken to someone and could deliver Friday the 20th after all. So we decided to go ahead with the purchase. I was told we would receive a phone call the day prior with a four hour window for delivery.
    The day before no phone call came, I called and spoke with the sales person and she told me they would call the next day and give me a window for delivery. I explained that would be fine just please give me a 1/2 hour courtesy phone call before they showed up. At about 2pm I called to follow up as we had not heard from them and was told the truck had not showed up yet and it may be a late delivery. Again, I told them no problem. At about 3pm they called and said they would be leaving Winter Garden in about an hour but the dresser was damaged during shipment and I could pick it up next week if I would like. I was perplexed that they were telling me that I would have to pick this up after paying for delivery due to their truck damaging the dresser. The sales person was no help and stated that they could deliver the set in a couple of weeks when the dresser came in or I could take the delivery today and pick up the rest myself. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not one available.
    About 20 minutes later the Logistics Manager, Max, called me and basically told me the same thing. I had to pick up the dresser next week. Additionally, he said that I lived too far away and he shouldn't have to deliver that far away anyway. He did offer for me to come in and personally cancel the order but I had to come to the desk.
    At this time I had them deliver the bed and nighstands and mirror. I hope that they come to their senses and deliver the dresser when it comes in. To be continued.
    UPDATE: After a couple of phone calls and speaking to a couple of managers at the corporate office Badcock agreed to deliver the dresser at no additional charge. I would still not recommend this company as a consumer should not have to go through this to simple purchase a bedroom set.
