This was a terrible experience.  He came without the minimal amount of materials he would need to hang the television.  He had to leave for over an hour to go get the materials, which took up more of my time.  When he returned, he charged me an extra $50 for supplies.  He did not provide a receipt, and first demanded cash.  He then proceeded to hang the tv without even asking me where I wanted the...

I contact Terrence via email call me right away, he said he would call back to schedule an appointment. I didn't receive a call for a week, so I call him back. after that he came right away spent the half the day installing the TV and hiding the cable, which made things look more ascetically pleasing.

He was very prompt and did a very good job.  He had to do a lot of extra work and he went out of his way to do it.  He charged me more than $99, but frankly he asked for less than what he should have gotten, so I gave him a little bit more than what he asked for.  He is a good guy.

A/C for community clubhouse would not come on. The obsolete breaker had burnt out. Within 2 hours of arrival, technician identified problem, offered different options, procured the replacement parts, re-wired and installed them in a new panel.
