    The limousine experience for my daughter's birthday went excellent from the moment I made the call to ask about their services. I called many companies & this was the only one that answered & actually talked to me without sounding like they were sick & tired of repeating the same information to people. I received the exact Limo I was promised. It was gorgeous & classy. The driver (Blake) was very punctual, very well dressed and super nice...and on top of all this, they were the ones with the best price. My daughter & her friends had a blast.     We had previously used this business in June of 2015 and were pretty well pleased with his service. They repaired a slideout on our motorhome and were able to get our extended warranty company to pay for the repairs, so it didn't cost us very much at all. It did take about 6 weeks, which upset our travel plans.

    So when we were told by Winnebago, that the sealants on the rig needed to be re-applied, we went back to RV Mobile Service. We were quoted a price that was about half of what Winnebago estimated, which was good.

    They wanted to be paid up front, so they could pay their employees, they said. Based on our previous good experience with this company, we happily paid them $800. This was when we dropped off the RV, in November, 2015.

    November dragged into December, and then January. The work was not done. We took the RV out to use it for 3 days in January, and then took it back and left it once again with them. We finally got tired of waiting and picked it up in February. At that time, our tow bar was gone off the back of the RV. We were told that the owner had "borrowed" it to show to another customer. We later realized that all our towing cables, the keys to the RV, and several personal care and cleaning products from inside the RV were missing, as well.

    Then the owner got very sick, and spent several weeks in hospital and rehab. We exchanged many text messages back and forth with one of his employees. She said she had the tow bar in her van, also a refund check for the work we had paid for. We set up a time and place to meet her to retrieve both items. She stood us up. We set up another meeting, but we were stood up again. This went on for  nearly a month. In all, we were stood up SEVEN times! Not once did anyone call or text us that they were not going to show.

    We finally drove out to the place of business one last time and we were able to pick up our tow bar and all the cables and keys. No replacements for the personal care or cleaning items missing from the inside of the RV, however.

    When we asked about our refund, which had been promised to us, we were told that everything had been turned over to the company's CA to"sort out". No idea if we will ever see our $800. And the RV still has to have the sealant re-applied.

    this was the 2nd project within a year that Wayne and his team have done for me.  Last September they installed a dock with boat lift.  Well done and was the envy of the lake.  Another neighbor is using them now for their dock.  A year later we love it and use it often.  This summer we decided to have them install a carport.  Doug was able to design and install exactly what I was looking for and we are very pleased.  We plan to use them again for another similar structure on our property.  The crew is very polite and work hard.

    Action Boat Repair Inc.
    I have a 17ft center console bay boat.  I've been a loyal customer of Action Marine for more than 2 years.  They've always done good work.  I've used them for multiple repairs some small some big.  I'd say over the past 2 years i dropped about 3k at action marine.  My only complaint is their timeliness and reliability.  On some occasions my boat would sit for weeks before they got to it.  They are off site a lot of the time working on other boats.  Last night was "the straw that broke the camels back".  I had arranged the day before to drop my boat off for some clutch work(again) and we agreed on 5pm.  i texted him 45mins before to verify he would be there.  he asked me if we could push the drop of to 6pm and i agreed.  at 6pm i pulled up there was nobody there which isn't rare.  i waited till 6:30pm and texted him again he said he would be there in half an hour.  at 7pm i texted him again because he hadn't shown up again.  he said he needed another half hour.  at 7:30pm i texted him one last time and he said he was on his way to the shop.  at 8pm after 2 hours of waiting i gave up and left.  i got a text at 9:15pm.  asking where i was.
    I understand that a small boat like mine doesn't make these guys a lot of money. They work on HUGE yacht which is where the money is.  But I've ben a loyal customer for years all i ask for is a call or text saying "hey I'm not bona make it back to the shop tonight lets do it tomorrow".

    So, when I was able to pull over I called the company.  At first, it kept saying "mailbox full", which is pretty crappy for a business.  When I reached a woman, I told her one her drivers almost ran me over and she rudely asked "well, ma'am, how is that even possible"?  I started to tell her what happened and she just said "he will be fired immediately" and tried to hang up. I then told her I was calling the police.  I asked her if she needed the tag number and she "let" me tell her.  I told her I truly hoped he had no passengers in the car.  No doubt in my mind that nothing came of this complaint.  She was rude and obnoxious and basically just wanted to get me off the phone.  I would never recommend this company to anyone EVER!

    Chuck and Patty are wonderful. They spent time over the phone and in person answering our questions on multiple occasions. We finally decided on a Moken 12.5 Angler kayak and are thrilled. They really have the customer's interest in mind and want their customers to be happy. We would highly recommend someone looking for a kayak or supplies visit their shop.
