    Miller & Sons LLC
It went extremely well. Scheduling was a bit slow but that was due to Hurricane Irma that hit shortly after I signed the quote. Miller was all over the state of Florida assisting with clean up after the storm. However, once on site, the team did an amazing job with the tree removal. They were here for about 5 hours and cleaned up after the tree was removed. It looked like nothing had happened once they left. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend Miller for any job, large or small.

    ATi Services of Tampa Inc
I wish Angie's list would allow me to give a grade of higher than A as ATI once again provided an outstanding service. My wife and I decided we were going to put our house on the market and called Jack about a month ago for an estimate for carpet and painting. He responded quickly and within a few days we had a quote for services. I let Jack know that our timing was probably Dec 2015 to get the work done and then we would go to market in Jan... And that was our plan, until we met with our realtor who advises us to go to Market sooner since houses are selling at a good pace in our neighborhood. The realtor suggested that we use people she knows for the work. I told her that the only company I would allow to do the work is ATI and her response was - what if they can't get you on the schedule due to the short notice -- my response was simply - if that is the case, we wait to go to market. I immediately contacted Jack the evening of Sept 29, explained the situation and urgency and within a few hours he told me he would have his team there on Thur Oct 1 to start. On Oct 6, the realtor came by to the see the progress and her and associate were amazed that it all got done and looked great. She said at that point - what was the name of that Company again! ATI of course. The entire team made up of Jack, Joe, Charlie, Trae and Ryan and be carpet guys once again came thru for me. For anyone considering hiring ATI - I will tell you the entire group is simply the best. They all take great pride in their craft and enjoy what they do and the company they work for -- they are a real pleasure to be around. They are very professional. When the realtor was leaving she said to me - you and your wife did a great job -- my response was that the only thing I did was hire ATI. One last comment - when the realtors first saw our house - they commented on several features they really liked - French doors, Hardwood in the dining room and living room, paint job on the outside of the house, home office and of course our very cool garage floor ---- everyone of these improvements was done by guess who - ATI.

    David Spence Inc.

As a professional in the health care field, I am very familiar with the importance and value of customer service. I can say without reservation that David Spence and his staff are among the best I have dealt with when it comes to this area. In my experience what separates an average business from an excellent business is what happens after the sale/job is complete. After having my garage door "stick" when opening and closing 6 months after the install, I emailed DSI and received a response the next morning from Kristy Mahoney. She said she would have Sean come out the very same afternoon to fix this. Despite a major rainstorm, Sean showed up as promised with a smile even though he had been working all day and it was already early evening. He promptly identified the problem and corrected it with some sanding and repainting. He left saying to "please call back for anything you may need". I got a follow up email the next day from Kristy to make sure I was happy and to see if there was anything else that can be done. This type of service unfortunately has become rare nowadays but I am very happy to see DSI takes pride in this area. The quality of the work itself was outstanding as I had some water intrusion related problems that quickly resolved after the waterproofing work was done. David used high quality product to ensure long lasting results.  In summary, DSI represents what is right and how good business is conducted. David even spent a significant amount of time with me in person explaining in detail the nature of the job and answered all of my questions with a smile. I will definitely use DSI for any home repair/construction related needs in the future and can feel confident in saying you will be just as satisfied if you decide to use them as well.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON MY DRIVEWAY!   BOB CUSTER QUICKLY RESPONDED TO MY CALL.  HE  CAME OUT THE SAME DAY, SIGNED THE STATEMENT OF WORK, AND HAD LEON AND MICHEAL WORKING ON THE DRIVEWAY -- ALL IN THE SAME DAY.  LEON CALLED BEFORE COMING OUT.  HE WAS PROMPT AND CAME OUT EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD.  BOB CUSTER ANTICIPATED THAT THERE MIGHT BE SOME PATCH WORK TO FOLLOW-UP THE CUT.  HE REASONABLY PRICED ANY PATCHWORK AT $100.00

GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL!    I HAD DRAWN A DIFFICULT DESIGN ON THE DRIVEWAY WHICH INVOLVED A SEMI-CIRCLE AND HORIZONTAL LINES COMING OUT FROM EACH SIDE OF THE SEMI-CIRCLE.  THIS WAS NO EASY TASK, SINCE THE DRIVEWAY WAS OLD AND HAD CRACKED IN A NUMBER OF AREAS WHERE THE DRIVEWAY WAS TO BE CUT OUT FROM.  LEON WAS VERY CAREFUL AND PRECISE.  HE CUT THE PATTERN OUT SO WELL THAT HE DID NOT DISTURB THE CRACKED AREA OF THE DRIVEWAY.

VERY CLEAN, COURTEOUS AND COOPERATIVE.  I HAVE A LARGE WALL OF CEDAR BOARDS NEAR THE AREA TO BE CUT  WHICH HAD RECENTLY BEEN STAINED.  AT MY REQUEST, THEY COMPLETELY COVERED THE WALL WITH A TARP AND SEALED IT ALL OFF WITH TAPE.  WHEN THE CUTTING HAD BEEN COMPLETED,  LEON AND MICHEAL REMOVED ALL THE DEBRIS AND SWEPT AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP BEAUTIFULLY.

ADMIRERS OF THEIR WORK.   I HAD A LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR OUT TO THE HOUSE.  HE WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THE DRIVEWAY HAD BEEN CUT, HE ASKED FOR THE NAME AND NUMBER OF FLEET CONCRETE SO HE COULD USE THEM.  OTHER VISITORS WHO HAVE BEEN OUT TO THE HOUSE, HAVE ALSO BEEN IMPRESSED WITH FLEET CONCRETE'S WORK.

BOTH MICHAEL AND LEON ARE HARD WORKERS AND VERY HELPFUL.   LEON IS A REAL TREASURE.  HE REALLY     TOOK THE  TIME TO DO IT RIGHT.   I REALLY APPRECIATE THEIR WORK..

The engineers came out and surveyed the foundation of our home. We need six piers put under the house and other repairs. They seemed very patient and knowledgeable, taking time to answer all our questions. We will consider using them in the future.

    O & A Renovations
Oscar Vargas came to our home at the end of March after my wife found his company on the internet  to discuss what needed to be done to make the pond operational.  He provided an estimate of $1500.00 and stated he would begin work on 10 April 2013.  He never showed up.  On Sunday 14 April he called and said that he would begin work Monday morning.  We stated because he did not show up as promised we called another company for an estimate and did not want his services.  He stated that he had already procured the liner and would like to do the work. We consented and he came with his helpers on Tuesday morning to begin the work.
My wife called me at work somewhat upset because they had ripped the liner while installing it, but pulled it above the water line.  She was not happy with the way they were placing the rocks because the black liner was showing in several places. Mr. Vargas left and returned with several additional rocks and stated the cost would be an additional $200.00. At that time my wife also discussed the possibility of adding a UV light to assist in making the water clearer.  He said he could purchase and install it.  That was an additional $500.00.  Prior to purchasing the light he asked if we could give him $1000.00 in cash to defray some of his expenses. On the way home I stopped at the Credit union to obtain the cash.  What I did not know at the time was the labor he used were Illegal Aliens.  I figured that out when he told my wife that he needed to pay his men.
When I arrived home at about 4 PM and inspected the work.  I saw that the extension cord to the pond was simply laid over the paved sidewalk from the socket on the side of the house and exposed all the way to the pond (about 10 yards).  I told him this was unsatisfactory and he would have to bury it.  He said he would return in the morning and do that, which he did with the assistance of another man.
The UV light appeared to be installed ok but I later learned it should have been placed vertical, not horizontal  to make it more efficient. All appeared to be done correctly until the next day.
On Thursday evening after the work was finished and he had been paid, we noticed that the water line on the pond had gone down about 3 inches.  At this point my wife was so upset she called Michael at Pondscapes in Tampa.  They originally put the pond in and we should have called them to begin with,
One of Michael's men came over on Friday and discovered that water was leaking from the PVC pipe that carried water from the lower pond up to the waterfall.  This pipe had not been correctly glued and therefore was leaking outside the pond.  Once fixed the pond no longer leaked.
We learned a good lesson from this fiasco. Once of which is to deal only with reputable companies.
It was obvious that Mr. Vargas knew nothing about pond construction or repair and I highly recommend that he and his company do not be used in the future.

    GATOR EXTERIOR METALS
Paul is friendly and communicates well. All the workers were professional and I couldn't be more pleased. Removing the spa was a nasty job involving sledge hammers and a concrete saw. Everything was cleaned up and Paul was concerned the job was done right. Would be happy to work with the group again. The spa was not part of the original job, but Paul took it on as it really needed to be done before the roof went up. The original estimate was adjusted fairly. I wasn't in a hurry and needed homeowners okay so we had to wait for okay. He was seven hundred dollars less than another Angie's List companies.
