    I submitted a quote request thru Angie���s List, Shannon called me at 8 am next morning and had tech (Jason?) at my home that afternoon. Tech was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions. After a few days the fridge was making a knocking noise. I called them and same tech came out and had to melt ice off the coils (?) due to fridge not cooling for days prior to repair. They were very responsive, I will definitely use them again (hope I don���t need to though :)

    I placed an inquiry through Angies list. Don called back the next business day, asked a few questions, suggested he order a part and call back on Wednesday. On Wednesday he called back promptly, and asked if that day worked for a service call and replacement. Don quoted me between 10-noon and arrived at 11:00 on the dot. He was professional, cautious and to the point. He even suggested I keep pets out of the way for their safety, a point I hadn't thought about. He was direct, and focused on the repair, without small talk or chit-chat. He finished up, cleaned up and provided us with some important education to increase the longevity of the appliance. If you want a professional company with little chit-chat and all business, Don's your guy!

    Appointment window was between 9-11. Don was here at 9:30 and quickly diagnosed the problem I asked him if it needed a new compressor and he said all it needed was a relay and to have the coils cleaned. I appreciated his honesty. He was very friendly, and professional. I am very pleased with the service and price and highly recommend this company

    Art was very responsive to my phone calls regarding a broken refrigerator freezer and offered helpful suggestions for me to self-diagnose and fix the problem myself. Unfortunately, those self-help efforts failed and required a service call. He was on-time and diagnosed the problem as two broken fans. I placed a deposit for the repair and he ordered the parts. It took about 4 days for him to return for the repair. This was longer than what I had expected and freezer items continued to thaw. He retuned and completed the repairs which included repairing a clogged drain line as well as replacing the fans. Total cost of repairs was $335. However, 3 weeks later the the refrigerator started making noise again and completely broke - this time with no cooling in either the refrigerator or freezer section. I decided to replace the unit rather than attempt another repair.

    I don't often write reviews, but these people deserve one written about them. First I must tell you that I am anxious when I need repairs done in my house. You never know who will show up at your door and what the end result will be. This was NOT the case when I randomly called A DiChristopher appliance repair (based on all their wonderful reviews on Angie's List. When I called them, a woman by the name of Allison answered my call and was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. She subsequently arranged for the service tecnician to be at my home two days later. A gentleman by the name of Don called me that morning to provide me with a two hour window of when he would arrive. He subsequently called 10 minutes before arriving to keep me abreast. Don was professional, careful, knowledgeable and kept everything neat and clean while he worked. He did his job quickly, yet thoroughly. No costly additions or surprises... just great service. I was impressed by the entire process of hiring this company from beginning to end. Thanks Allison and Don for making this an unexpected enjoyable experience.

    Terrible experience. First service call to determine problem. On/ off switch broken. Ordered part and they made second service call. "Repaired" problem. Didn't check that all was working. I immediately realized new problem-timer wouldn't move and dryer wouldn't shut off. Dryer kept running. I called repeatedly to get it fixed. Required a third service call. Serviceman didn't show because problem with office schedule. Had already paid in full. Scheduled another service call. When serviceman came out, he couldn't fix problem they created. Couldn't get another service call since they said no one could repair it. I asked for reimbursement. Was told they would mail me a check. Never mailed to me. Waited 3 weeks. Ultimately I went to the store to get the check. Communication with the office was terrible throughout these months. Very frustrating experience

    I did not "use" DiChristopher because he told me how to fix my problem over the phone. Evidently my issue was a chronic problem for Samsung refrigerators. They had the opportunity to make money with an easy service call - but, instead he was kind and professional enough to help me solve my problem myself. I was extremely impressed and will use them for all my appliance repair needs in the future. One easy phone call and they have a customer for life.

    Sears Appliance Repair
    I contacted Sears online and it was very easy to schedule an appointment for the next day, with a 1PM-5PM time frame. They emailed me right afterwards to confirm the appointment and also sent a text message the next morning. That was the last we heard from them. I took the afternoon off work to wait for them and they never showed up, never called. I finally called them around 6PM to see what was going on and was told they were too busy today and couldn't make it and would need to reschedule. I told them no thanks, I would not do business with a company that does this to customers.

    Rodney ordered the part and came and installed it quickly when he received it. Only had to pay one service call fee as he could determine what was wrong over the phone unlike other companies. Excellent service and always quick response.
