    This experience has been a disaster. I called Alvic's almost two weeks ago after being referred by the manufacturer's warranty center as the authorized repairer. They said they would show up three days later and would call the night before with a time window. No call was made. I called Alvic's repeatedly the day of the appointment. The line was repeatedly busy or went to voicemail. I left three messages asking them to call to find out the time window as I my wife and I planned our day around it. After not getting a call or the technician showing up by 2pm, I drove a half hour to their office to find out what was going on. The person in the office tried to reach the technician but he did not pick up her call and was not taking messages. She said I would be the first appointment the next day. The evening of the first appointment I got a phone call from the technician asking me to describe the symptoms. He diagnosed the problem over the phone, said he would order the part and it would take 4-5 days for it to come in. It is now 11 days later. I called yesterday to check on the status. The woman answering the phone said she would check the manufacturer's internet site to check on the part status and call me right back. It's now another day later and no call. I called today and they said no one present knew the status and that one of the owners would call me tomorrow. I'll send in a follow up note when this is resolved, but up until now, this has been the worst customer service I've had for any purchase of any kind in decades. I'll also be sending a note to the manufacturer as this reflects very poorly on them.

    Cone Appliance Repair LLC
    Cone was recommended by Samsung and they scheduled a repair appointment, but never showed up. Cone did not return 2 phone calls to understand why there was a delay in their service appointment. After calling back Samsung customer service we were informed Cone did not want to perform the repair since the oven was out of warranty. No call to tell us they would not show. Total lack of professionalism

    It went great. First was a service call to see what was wrong. I ordered the part and he came back to install. Charges were for service call to determine what was wrong + labor to install new part. Also, gave advice to us needing to install a new water valve under sink for water to refrigerator. Wonderful experience with Carl.

    It took him less than 5 minutes to diganose the problem with ice maker.  He had all the proper equipment and parts with him in his truck.  He was able to resolve the issue within 45 minutes of showing up.  Overall he did a fantastic job, he was very knowlegeable and a great guy.  He showed up within 30 minutes of me calling him.  I would highly recommend using him.

    Excellent service!  Arrived on time and went right to the problem.  Explained that this was a common problem and pointed out that there was a "spare" door catch built in (part of being able to change door direction).  Repair was quickly done (swapped catches), no problem.  Great news was that he didn't pitch a "replacement" part as I believe other repairmen would.  Overall, great experience.  Will definitely be using him in the future.

    I called the number I found on your website foir GE Repair and it was not a working number. I went to the Yellow Pages and found the correct number. I first got someone that spoke broken English, then got cutoff?, called back, got someone I could understand well, but she insisted our unit was not still under warranty, even though we were looking at our warranty as we were talking to her. She said the service call would be $79.85. Turns out, it was under warranty, and the service call was $108. But we were so happy he knew what he was going, and that it was under warranty, that we didn't quibble.
