  Company was on time and timely loaded the truck. All furniture was wrapped which prevented damage. Delivery at new home was prompt and furniture removed from the truck and placed where requested without issue. Price for move was reasonable and the crew was friendly and courteous. This is the second time I have used small movers and will use them.

  They came as soon as they got a crew together. They jumped right in & never skipped a beat. Even when they had to move a double-decker fully stocked Snap-on mechanic���s toolbox! They were my saving angels, did a fast but professional job & everything got to my new home without any damage. And even though they knew I was in dire straits, they did the move at a reasonable rate & did not try to gouge me. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

  Very satisfied with the services from Mini Moves. The only complaint I have is that a few of my boxes were mangled upon delivery and the tv box was upside down in the delivery truck when the box clearly stated ���this side up���.

  1 SMOOVE MOVE

  Excellent! They communicated with me before they arrived, were friendly, yet professional, and were extremely careful with my belongings. When it began to rain, they stopped working and stopped the clock so that my belongings didn't get wet. I was NOT charged for time they spent at my home waiting for the storm to pass! I am very happy with my decision to hire them and will definitely call on Smoove Move if I need a moving company in the future.

  If you want to be charged $265 for gas from there location, have almost every piece of furniture either marked, scratched or gouged out and be told that you should have removed the doors because it's your fault that they destroyed your doors and door frames (brand new house I might add). If you would like to be shaken down for A tip ( in my case $180) or they won't unload your furniture, and then deal with A company that refuses to honor your claim, well then, this is the moving company for you. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

  Terrible. The guy who came to our house promised us several things that never were done to protect our valuable furniture. He told us they were much better movers since they took the time to wrap all the furniture and then in the new house unwrap the furniture. Sounds great right. Total friggin lies, nothing was ever wrapped and they destroyed my precious grandfather clock and even took photos before they left, promising that somebody would contact us about it. Later we found another sofa that was manhandled and a part of the wooden foot cracked and fell off. I have tried to contact them and they have not responded. We found out the hard way, movers down here are about the worst quality profession there is. In Florida, anybody can get a truck and start advertising they are a mover. Good luck.

  Goodfella's moved my mom from her 3600 sq. ft. home which had 5000 sq. ft. of things to a 1600 sq. ft. some. My dad recently died and she has had a tough time. As a result, she was demanding, unreasonable, sometimes angry, and sometimes upset. The entire team dealt with it with a great deal of patience and professionalism. They still managed to get their work done despite what they had to deal with. Misty, the owner, went out of her way to make sure that the move was successful against all odds. She even refused the extra money I offered because it was over the 'no greater than' amount in the contract. This was THE BEST customer service I have EVER had. Not just from a moving company but from any company. There is no need to compare 3 or 4 moving companies. Just call this company. You won't be disappointed.

  Easy Rider Moving

  I purchased some pieces of furniture, and Easy Rider Moving was referred to me by the store manager for the delivery. I called to set up the delivery, and spoke to the owner himself. He was very pleasant to speak to, and accomodating. His crew showed up on time. I was concerned because I live on a second story, and the building does not have an elevator. All the pieces were padded, and his crew was very knowledgeable on how to maneuver the stairs. Everything was delivered in perfect condition. I was very pleased with their service, and definitely plan on using them again.

  Everything went smoothly and very well. Owner Misty with assistants James and "Z" did an excellent and efficient job for us. They were careful, friendly, helpful and hard-working - didn't even break for lunch although we offered to provide lunch and beverages for them two or three times during the full day's move. They arrived right on time and were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Misty called us prior to moving day to address any concerns or questions we might have had. They eliminated a lot of the stress that comes with moving, especially for anxious seniors like us. Have already recommended them to two former neighbors who will both be moving at the end of November.

  The service providers were lovely. It went well. The communication in advance was less good, and I was not happy with the last minute change in what we had agreed on payment. Hard to rate as there are people in the office - more difficult - and the people who come, and the latter deserve high marks.
