  He took over installation after our contractor didn���t complete work. Jake immediately called me and came out to meet with us. He completed the job and did an excellent job doing so. Always kept us updated, sent photos. Best flooring contractor we have come across! We are using him again to replace our lanai flooring and have highly recommended him to others!!

  We had vinyl plank wood flooring laid throughout the entire house and they did a beautiful job. They were professional, gave great suggestions, kept us up-to-date & pricing was good. Jeff, the Owner, was a wonderful person to work with and very experienced. His Installer, Steve, did a wonderful job. He was very meticulous on how he laid the flooring & it came out beautiful.   Oleg did an excellent job even with Hurricane Irma on the way!! He was on time, helpful reasonable priced and went above & beyond when a problem was found. The bathroom turned out great! I love it!   Working with Laura and her team has been wonderful, she is very organized and very professional, and we will definitely use her for future projects. Initially we called her not knowing much about what we wanted done with design, and how we could make our poorly designed and outdated kitchen much more functional.   RIM was referred to me from a friend. When the owner showed up we went over the work to be done( removed old tile in guest bathroom, replaced vanity, and toilet, re-tile shower and floor). He took measurements and ask me and my wife a few questions. He even made some suggestions me and my wife would have never thought about. Later that night we received our quote by e-mail. The price was a little more than we thought but we had a good feeling about him and had seen his work before. The work was scheduled and completed the following week. The tile work turned out flawless. The amount of preparation that went into this job was incredible and the end result was better than we could of imagined. RIM definitely takes pride in putting out the best product they possibly can. We will definitely recommend them to any friends or family.

  Dan Burch (Owner of FSCS) is an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning he was a great communicator and had great ideas for our project. He listened to our wants and needs and incorporated them into the real life challenges that come with any renovation. He put together plans and drawings that helped us visualize the final product. Of course there were challenges along the way, but Dan kept us in the loop, we solved the issues and the job continued moving forward. I do recall my wife and I could not seem to agree on interior paint colors. I can't even begin to tell you how many samples Dan had painted on the walls. He was extremely patient and understanding throughout the entire project. We look forward to starting our exterior improvements early next year with FSCS. Thanks again!

  Masterpiece Custom Homes

  The project was beautifully executed.  It started out with our wanting to make a fairly small change in one wall.  It ended up with making that change, changing doors, ripping out the carpet and replacing with tile, adding cabinets and desk areas, and repainting the house!   And on top of that -- we created a wonderful, wonderful home office for the two of us!!

  Contract, estimates, change orders, and payment processes were professional.  Quality of the work was excellent!  Nick and his crew cared about doing a good job and they were meticulous.  Nick did not push to increase the size of the job, it just happened as we talked more about the possibilities.  We were enthusiastic about what we were seeing and wanted to take advantage of having Nick and his crew around so we could get more of what we really wanted for our house.  We are very grateful for his insight.

  HOME DEPOT

  They were wonderful! They were here when they said they would be. They were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. They even moved furniture when they laid the carpet, which was fabulous! They had to haul the appliances and carpeting up stairs to our condo but they did a great job.

  Innovative Construction

  I manages a mobile home park and a lot of the people in the park are elderly and they need help finding someone to fix a leak in her floor of her mobile home. The leak destroyed the whole floor. I found Innovative Construction and they were excellent.  They installed a whole new floor and they painted the walls. It was expensive but I think the insurance paid for it. They kept in touch with me which was important. He did really well.
