    I was very pleased to find and hire Palm Beach Clock Repair to effect repairs on our Grandfather clock. I found them on Angie's List, read the reviews and called for an appointment. I spoke with Steven, who, lucky for me, offered a time later that same day. He and Jim arrived right about the time we planned so I was happy with their punctuality. They were very friendly, courteous and efficient. Jim took the clock apart and then Steven proceeded to examine, clean and service the mechanism of the clock. Once cleaned, it was reassembled perfectly and they left with it in perfect working order, cleaning up their work space once finished. As they worked, we chatted pleasantly like new friends.They did a good job for a fair price and I got my grandfather's Grandfather clock working again. Yes, I recommend this company!

    They were very prompt. They had only 7 clients after 2 years in business, but are also working full time. I expressed concern about this, and they told me they were being very selective. After reviewing their references, I told them I wanted to go ahead. They were making arrangements for cleaners and landscaping but were a few days late calling me. Finally I got an email (with only 10 days left in town) that they "felt horrible and had prayerfully decided it wouldn't work". I talked to Suzy and told her that this was very unprofessional, and they should have told me at the beginning when I raised the concern about their limited client list. They did not update their website or otherwise indicate that they weren't accepting new clients. Stay away from these people!

    From start to finish my experience was phenomenal. Guardian was timely and responsive to all my communication. The install team did an excellent job. The product appears to be first rate and just received its first test by Irma. No rattling or any issues whatsoever even with relentless winds for 12+ hours.

    My salesperson arrived on time and emailed me the estimate within a day or two. I found the salesperson condescending in both person and via email. Questions I asked were responded to in a timely fashion yet we responded to rudely. The cost for all items was significantly higher than the other two estimates I received.

    I am reminded of that scene from the movie "Apple Dumpling Gang" where they put the fire out with gasoline. Then they try to put it out with sand. Only the sand is, of course, gunpowder. James threw me a life preserver made out of lead. He threw me both ends of a rope. I can not say enough bad things about his company... But I can sure try! James refused all of my (I thought) reasonable suggestions for how to proceed with the noise complaint issue. To the end! I needed his assistance, not his direction. In actual fact, his direction was just awful. I followed it, to my detriment. Now I am worse for having done so. His answer to everything is "call the cops." The cops's answer is, "Your building manager should handle this." James actually called me a liar. But I do not lie. The worst I have ever done is omit self-incriminating details. Which I won't do here! If I were to admit I could do some things better, I would be remiss to add that the NUMBER ONE thing I would have done differently was never call James, or ask for his help. He is unyielding, uncooperative, uncompromising, and very unreasonable. Nothing is ever his fault, and everything is always yours. Even his responses to criticism are infantile. If you called me a "jerk", I wouldn't bristle because I know I'm not one. But if you call him, "**** on a boar" (which I did), het gets his panties all in a wad. If you google that plus J & L, you'll find other reviews in which I did so.

    Mike Watson at Mangrove Property Management currently manages two of our rental properties in the area. He runs a full service management team of the highest quality. He has orchestrated everything we need from finding and securing a tenant to replacing appliances to fixing a gate. I appreciate how dedicated he is to providing a quality experience for both the tenant and property owner. He also provides professional reporting and frequent communication. Thoughtful and prompt, Mangrove Property Management makes owning a rental property so much easier!

    Gutters were not clean out, I did not realize until it rained and the gutters were overflowing from front and back of the house. Windows were passable. Company kept billing me and no attempt to correct situation. Chip would not even speak with me directly, only passing information through a young girl. Finally after a year of back and forth, told the girl I would pay for the windows but not the gutters.

    My initial call was promptly returned and an appointment was set up. On the day of service they called me ten minutes before arrival and arrived at the initial appointment time. They were very professional and knew exactly what they had to do to correct the problems. Everything was completed within ten minutes, and they considered this more of a courtesy call and they did not charge.
