I have been going to Dr. Timothy Mark for 12 years. He is very friendly and thorough. He isn't the type to see a patient for 10 minutes and say see you next year. He listens to my concerns. He has learned that I am a proactive patient, and I will do additional reasearch and I will question him. I can go in with my list of concerns and so far the communication between associates has been good. If I have a concern that he can't treat himself he will refer me.

She's excellent! She is prompt with her appointments and she's thorough in her evaluations and guidance. She is quite knowledgeable and skilled. She listens to us when we talk about issues and she responds with solutions. We've been very pleased with her.

I visited this office on two occasion. The first time, I saw the nurse practitioner who was AWESOME. She listened to my concerns, and took the time to educate me. The second time, there was a scheduling error and I had to see the male doctor. He made me uncomfortable. Not because he was a man, but because he had no regard for what I was telling him, thought I was lying, and hurt me while performing a pap smear. I would definitely go back to see the Nurse Practitioner!

It went very well. The office environment is very nice, and I did not wit long at all before seeing Dr. Heroux. She was great. I felt that she spent sufficient time with me, and I felt very comfortable. She did not rush me, and she answered questions I had. She is friendly and explains what she is doing as she works.

X-rays were immediately taken - Doctor Blanchet ordered an MRI.
MRI facility faxed report to Doctor's office but I never received a follow up call to schedule appointment and follow up treatment based of MRI findings.
The admin staff billed the wrong insurance company as well(United Insurance instead of my insurance company), which I became aware of by the MRI facility.
Interaction with doctor was OK, somewhat hurried for a first time visit, but neither the doctor nor their staff called me to follow up after the MRI results were received.
This was a killer considering I'm a younger patient whose foot issue is hampering me in activities and affecting performance. I had several sport activities that were scheduled, made the doctor aware of it, and was awaiting their feedback from the MRI and treatment protocol before determining if I'd participate in these events.
I decided to go with another provider. It wasn't worth going back to this provider after the lack of communication - Dr. Blanchet was nice enough, but the fact that there was no sense of urgency or follow-up processes in place really soured my belief that I was in good hands moving forward.
I requested MRI results and gather the X-rays from Dr. Pan/Blanchet's office and spoke with the desk staff - it didn't dawn on them to ask why I wanted them or was going to another provider. It was strange - it was as if no one was and quot;on the balland quot;, especially when a patient was in and is now asking for their X-rays and MRI findings and walking out the door. in fact, the MRI report said to and quot;follow up with the patientand quot; after 1 week, which had already come and gone.

He was really there for me. He prescribed the correct antibiotic when other doctors couldn't figure it out. He was diligent and found out what was wrong. He explained why it happened and gave great advice to prevent future issues. Since I've taken his advice, I've never felt better.

Dr. Dowie and her team are top-notch! She has an holistic approach to medical care, and she truly listens to her patients. She is acessible by phone and email throughout the week and weekends. I love that she is mentoring medical students -- they can learn so MUCH from her!

I had a Mammogram and it show a lump in my left breast. I made an appointment at Doctor Gardner office for a biopsy. Doctor Gardner and his staff found two smaller lumps around 1.5 CM in size. The Doctor took a biopsy of the lump and fluid from the two smaller lumps. The lab report show I had stage 1 cancer from the two smaller lumps the Doctor and his staff had discovered. Doctor Gardner is one of the top surgeons in Palm Beach Gardens trying to convince the local hospital to implement and quot; IOERT the new gold standard in the successful treatment of cancer.Under a newly approved clinical protocol, physicians are treating women with low-risk, early-stage breast cancer using one procedure.
Previous studies have shown that a two-minute dose of radiation is likely as effective as the six-weeks of radiation treatment that is currently recommended after a lumpectomy. This same-day, same-procedure model allows surgeons to perform a lumpectomy and then deliver an intense, two-minute dose of radiation to the lumpectomy site. Patients also receive nodal assessments on the same day and will receive standard anti-hormonal longer term and are sent home the same day without being scheduled for any additional surgeries or radiation treatments.

I called his office to try and also get an appointment for my husband. I put on hold for more than 10 minutes, and when the receptionist came back on the line and I commented that was an unusually long hold time she was very rude to me.

I was very unhappy with my last visit to Dr Novoa and generally neutral at best with the care he has offerred over the past two years. On my last visit, I had complaints of chronic lower abdominal pain with occasional short chest pain. He did not palpate my abdomen or do anything else substantial. Since I had a complete physical coming up in three months, I suggested that he do my chest xray now just to rule out some possibilities with respect to my chest pain. He agreed to do that and it was negative but, among other things, I believe he should have suggested it. I left feeling that my visit was a waste of my time. When I got home, I thought about the possible causes of my complaints and concluded that I needed to see a GI specialist which I proceeded to do. He immediately suggested an endoscopy which revealed Barrett's disease, a precancerous condition of the esophagous. Dr Novoa was aware of my GERD condition but never related my symptoms to it. If I hadn't taken the initiative, I wouldn't be aware of my Barrett's condition and be able to take appropriate steps to keep it from progressing to a cancerous condition. Needless to say, I now have a different primary care physician.
