    Richard A Jones Electric Inc
I called a number of folks on Angie's list for my job, and these are the guys that not only promptly answered their phones, but gave me a call back. Scheduled a consult, and they even sent me a reminder which I appreciated. The consult was very quick and easy and our guy came out on time. It dosen't hurt that I understand some electrical, but they didn't talk over my head and gave me some food for thought on things I didn't necessarily think of. And as always they were open to any questions I may have had. I was given a couple of differnt options which came in email a few days later which also made me feel they weren't just pushing for the most expensive thing. I took my time and thought things through since they give you 30 days, I took a big chunk of that. Once I decided, I gave them a call and I belive I talked to Richard at the time. So I went with a little less expensive option which for now is probably for the best. Later down the road I certainly can upgrade the system which I just might we'll see how it goes. Once the order was in the wait was on (it's Florida after all!) and they had a que so, thats just the way it goes. A little confusion on delivery dates, but we got that taken care of. I'll take the blame for that because they called me and I looked at my phone and didn't recognize the number (oops). Anyway come install day, it was seamless. The 2 gentlemen that came to do the job were absolute professionals. They rolled my generator back, and the electrician go to work putting in the port. We had some discussion on placement beforehand, and the install took a couple of hours. Before I contacted these guys it always amazed me that people would advertise on angies list and then not bother to call you back. Or you get told your job is "too small". Seriously who does that?? Sad!! Thankful that they weren't like that and even though my job was tiny, they were happy to get it done. Would I use them again? Heck yeah! They're definitely my electrician of choice now!

Unlike most of my neighbors who hire our local handyman to replace smoke detectors (11 in my case), I decided that hiring an electrical contractor was smarter, and well worth the small increase in cost. After all, it's my life and home at risk. Being in South Florida, we're used to contractors who don't do what they promise and, worse, doing a lousy job. I hired Kasper Electrical because shortly after I entered my data on Angie's List the owner telephoned me with a quote. (One of the other contractors called about a few hours later and the other did not call at all.) And then talking to the owner he helped me see reality about what kind of smoke detectors (no BS sales pitch). And then his electrician showed up and without making a mess handled the whole house installation. The best part (besides having updated detectors) is the numerous usage tips the installer told me while working. Turns out I didn't know what I should have known about the usage and care of smoke detectors (and some of my friends don't either).

    Richard A Jones Electric Inc
I really liked the electrician who came out to my home. I felt very comfortable having him work at my home. Ultimately, all went well, but the wet space box installed is what I'd consider very cheap, feels very fragile. No options for that offered. Overall very pleased with the work, but for the 2 things done it was very expensive.

    Daughtry Electric Co
He arrived about one hour later than agreed to start. However, he was willing work on the weekends which is critical for business operations. The second day he was on time. I found Tim Daughtry to be knowledgeable of the electrical demands of particular equipment, honest, efficient, neat and easy to work with. The job took 9 1/2 hours.

Holy cow! What nice people! In this day and age (sorry, sound like my grandfather) it's difficult to find companies that send employees to your house that are polite, professional and punctual. Bryan Barton's employees are all that and more: they also leave the site cleaner than when they arrived. Barton was hired by the contractor we used to repair some damage done to some wiring when we had a roof replaced. If my friends or family ever need a great electrician, I will refer Barton without hesitation.

    Fanman Inc
I am proud to so that I wrote the original review of Fan Man back in 11/2015. He did a great job then, and he did a great job again. He removed the Living Room fan that has hanging and straightened out the wiring that had been done by the previous home owner. Wires for the Living Room lights were somehow tied into the ceiling fan so when I turned on the fan... there was a mini light show!!! John straightened everything out including a similar situation with my back-yard flood lights. He installed GFIs in my kitchen, bath and laundry room to bring everything up to code. He also clean-up the wiring for my patio light/fan switch. I have been in PBG since 1988 and have not come across a better skilled or nicer guy than John the Fan Man. He is first on my list every time !!

    AB Power Electric Corp.
We are so very happy we use AB Electric. This was not the first time we used them. We also used them in our previous office. The work was done very well and on time. The price quoted was fair and was never adjusted. I will continue to use them for work and in my personal residence.
