This dealership "Napleton Northlake Jeep" is the worst dealership I have ever been to. To start with they lied about their inventory and after traveling an hour to get there, what I was told was in stock on their lot, was not in their inventory at all. After dealing with several people including their Sales Consultant who also played games, I asked to speak to the Sales Manager and again they just had me wait there, they gave me the runaround after which he never showed up. A lot more happened while I was there but I will not go into it. When I got home I called to talked to the Manager they told me he was busy and he would return my call never to hear from anyone again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

They gave me a payment I could live with easily. The salesman Rafael was enthusiastic, knowledgable and professional.
They asked me my needs and heard my responses other places didn't. I met the finance people who explained my contract to me.
I would send my Mother to this dealership

I brought my 1980 Porsche (52,000 miles) to Braman with the intention of trade in and cash purchase of new Porsche. Previous cash purchase from them in 2001. The salesman was arrogant and rude and suggested that I sell my old Porsche on E-Bay, would not even look at the car to consider a trade-in. As a result, I cash-purchased my new Porsche elsewhere and received a very fair trade-in for the 1980.

Called dealership looking for vehicle to replace older model.  Salesperson responsive and next day available to look at vehicles and assist in purchase.  Extremely efficient.  Unexpectedly fair trade-in towards gently pre-owned vehicle.  Overall an excellent experience.

The ABSOLUTE worst experience in test-driving/buying a new car.  I wanted to buy a new Kia, the sales person took me on a test drive, immediately on pulling out of the lot the low gas alarm started ringing; I wasn't sure we had enough gas to make it back to the dealership (we did) but a constant ringing reminder that we're low on fuel doesn't make for a happy test drive.  Back at the dealership, the sales person took my car keys and registration to get a "trade in value" for my current car.  He was gone for over 45 minutes leaving me and my 8 year old child alone at a desk.  No one checked on us, we were thirsty and there was no water cooler or vending machine, no one offered us water or anything.  The sales person finally returned and presented a ridiculous offer.  First, the "list price" at WPB Kia was 8,000 OVER MFLP, they add some crazy things to the sticker price like some kind of all weather coating (?).  The agent came back and told me that my car could get a trade in value of 10,000.  Wow!  In reality I'd be lucky to get 5,000.  Even with the trade-in I'd be paying more than sticker plus tax.  THEY TAKE YOUR KEYS!  They didn't return my keys after they appraised my car.  I refused the deal, they brought in the "Manager" and he started talking hard and fast.  I had a hungry, thirsty, kid.  I wanted to pay cash for a car, he wanted to talk financing.  Finally, after asking politely three times, I stood up and said, at the top of my lungs, "PLEASE GIVE ME THE KEYS TO MY CAR."   In short, go to any other KIA dealership to buy your car.  Do your research here and use Consumer Reports.  Know the numbers before you go in and demand your keys back after an appraisal.

They contacted me more than I had contacted them. They were responsive to my needs and queries. I would use their services again in the future if needed.

They were very unethical. They use the bait and switch method in sales and I would not use them again in the future.
