    We called this company because we saw their great van in the parking lot of our condo.  We liked what we saw.  We took a picture of the van and save the info.
    A couple of weeks later I looked it up in Angie's List.  Also wento into their webpage.  Sent them a message.
    They called us back and we made an appointment.
    From the moment we saw Paul at our door we felt comfortable.  He was proper, professional, knew his stuff.  He was also friendly but respectful.  He spent quite a while with us.  We felt we could trust him.  We decided to hire him.  
    A little after a week later all our product was ready.   Paul came with everything.  All was perfect.
    We recommend this company and Paul 100%.

    I had Fantastic4Blinds give me an estimate and install my new window treatments.  Let me start by saying this is my first Angie's List review....First of all, Laura at the shop was really nice. Willy ( the owner) ALWAYS answered my calls and is very knowledgeable about his products.  He gave me an estimate and did not try to charge me more by getting Hunter Douglas. Many other companies that I got estimates from said HD treatments are "so much more money."  When Will called me with the estimate, he said the HD treatments were the exact same price as the Mermet treatments (he told me HD owns Mermet, which they do).  So I paid the exact same price for HD as the Mermet costs and with a Somfy motor.  I was thrilled. 

    They ordered the treatments and told me they would be in in approximately 2 weeks.  They arrived on time, and we set up the appointment for installation.  I love that the owner of Fantastic4Blinds actually does the installation himself (with his sons).  He was on time and his communication by phone was superb!  He always let me know when he was on his way too. 

    Will and his sons installed the blinds but we had a little "issue" with the blinds.  Will came back to assess the situation and came up with a solution (at no charge).  Will and Laura came on a Sunday to fix the "issue" and I am extremely happy with the final project.

    I put in two 12 foot motorized White Hunter Douglas solar screens with a Somfy remote control.  The whole project was $3600.

    I am very happy with my choice to work with Willy and Laura at Fantastic4Blinds and would definitely use them again!

    Amazingly magnificent. From the first phone call to the installation date, Carlos was/is a true professional. On the date of installation he himself made sure everything was to grade A standards, and it was. I am thrilled I installed the shutters, the quality is magnificent. With so many mediocre companies out there, I feel so lucky to have found his company; it went without a hitch. Also a big kudos to his installation team, awesomeness!

    A Shade Above Window Fashions
    Bruce was amazing! My husband and I have no idea what we're doing. After we told him what we needed to use it for, Bruce took us right to the product we needed. Not only that, he took into consideration our budget...who does that? He didn't force on us the most expensive item.
    Next, we needed a valance...again, my husband and I know little. We had no time to go to a fabric store to pick fabric. A Shade Above has a very good selection of fabric and Bruce helped us select the perfect color. All based on a picture we brought of the room. The shades and fabrics are of high quality. 
    The installation took little time and his expert installation person, Emilio, left our home spotless. I will definitely use A Shade Above in the future and you should too.

    They were local and the service was excellent. I called and spoke to a lady that was very nice. She followed up with every call. In fact, she over followed up. When she couldn't get in touch with me, she followed up in other ways. We finally decided on a phone call where I would be more reachable. She got in touch with me constantly and she kept backing it up. Tony came out and he did a thorough job of explaining and measuring. He measured properly and everything worked properly. They set up the appointment to put it up in relationship to my schedule. It was convenient for me. They did the work in a couple of days and cleaned up and took everything old out of the house. They gave me instructions to make sure the blinds work in the future. I was absolutely satisfied with them.

    When Maria came to our home, she seemed like such a nice person and appeared to know exactly what we wanted. She took measurements and we showed her pictures of what we were looking for. She made it all sound so simple and as she took our deposit, she stated that we would have window treatments in 4 weeks. I had also asked to have a chair re-upholstered. On 05/03/12  my husband and I stopped by the shop to select the material for the chair.  A few days later, she called to say that she had ordered so much material for other customers and was given a great deal on the price, therefore she would pass on the savings to us, providing we paid her the balance and paid in cash. We agreed and her employee stopped by on 05/07/12 to drop off the chair and to pick up the balance in cash. By mid  June, I began calling since it was over 4 weeks and I had not heard anything from her and had to leave message after message on an everyday basis asking when to expect installation. She finally returned my call and informed me that she would have to "go check to see how far along they were" and call me back. I never received a call and once again, I began the task of calling and leavin messages until finally she called me back on the 17th of July to tell me that installation was scheduled for 07/18/12. The installer arrived on 07/18 and was only able to hang the treatments for the tv room because the remainder for the dining room were completely off in measurements. That which he did hang were inappropriate, the tassles had too many of the strings longer than others, strings were hanging out of place in the trim, there were tassles that had been sewn over the trim instead of under it and the length at each end were shorter that the window sill which was not what we agreed on.  The batch for the dining room was sad to look at, there were inserts in between each of the windows that should have been the same length all the way around and they were not, they did not line up with the length of those in the tv room (tv room runs into the dining room). The installer suggested that he could cut the wood frame to make them fit but I declined. I called Maria in desperataion and full of anger, and she never returned my calls. The installer called her and she did not answer his calls. I told him to take everything away. She finally called me 4 hours later and stated was not going into the office and would review the problem the following day! She came by on 07/19/12 to see what was still hanging in the tv room and agreed that they were all wrong. She told me that the installer would return to remove them. Late that afternoon she called to say the installer was behind schedule and wouldn't be there until the next morning. She stated she would re-do all the drapes and promised to have them in exactly 2 wks. The excuses and lies continued until she finally brought the final product on 08/09/12 after several threats of law suits. I was so disappointed in the final product, they are not centered, they are not the same length but at this point, I just wanted to get RID OF HER, despite her promise to have the seamstress come to repair the lengths.  Guess what? I am still waiting........... To this date, I can not enjoy my drapes, due to the lack of detail and the nightmare of an experience!!!!! Soon, I will have saved up enough money to have them re-done by a REAL PROFESSIONAL!!  If you have any questions, feel free to call me.

    Michael came for a consultation about all of the needs in our Miami Beach condo. He was polite, laid back, helpful, practical and gave great advice about blinds (including simple ways to save $$). He drew up a written quote on site, including potential limitations. We went with the proposed plan. His foresight proved excellent. On issues about which I wasn't so sure, his advice was always best, especially on some colors and the type of blinds in the master bedroom. Installation was scheduled within about 1 week with Pablo, the lead installer. That went great. They guaranteed the work for the life of the blinds they installed, and when one string/chain was out of line, Pablo came back and repaired it promptly on 2 separate occasions. The blind was borderline too heavy for the chain/assembly, but the issue was taken care of to my satisfaction. That resolved the issue completely--no charge for the follow up visits, as guaranteed.
