    Jos�� is my new best friend! My parents' gas oven stopped working. I found this company on Angie's List and called them on a Friday afternoon. Jos�� called me back within minutes. He came on Saturday morning (exactly when he said he would.) He was friendly and polite and (most important!) competent. Diagnosed the problem (ignitor), located the needed part, checked the rest of the range, cleaned up after himself, and got everything in working order in less than an hour.

    Very well. He gave a very clear and correct diagnosis of the issue and offered me money saving options and instructions for fixing. I did my best weekend warrior work - needless to say my "fix" didnt last very long. On his 2nd visit (to correct my work) he did a very good job replacing the heating element. And charged me only for a single visit. I would recommend him anytime, especially because he seemed quite knowledgeable about various equipment including A/C systems.

    He came into my home without introducing himself and walked right past my father like my dad did not exist. When he did answer our questions about the refrigerator he was very short, curt, and rude. He then told us what was wrong and called us three days later to give us a quote on repairs and it was a very high price.

    During our service call Nelson was very attentive and really listened and asked probing questions, to make sure he fully understood the problem for each refrigeration unit to find the best repair approach.
    Once on site, he called our office to explain each problem in detail and his steps to resolve the problem. He also gave us very insightful information on the commonly known issues for each refrigerator model, and what we can do to maximize efficiency for both units.
    In the end, we had to replace both control panels as this is a common issue for the new wave of refrigerators in this unit line. Total cost was  $ 420 for each service call but it was worth it. The system was non responsive, but with his knowledgeable support and preparation both of our refrigeration units are now running properly and both tenants are happy.

    I had a really bad time with them. The service called and told me that the guy would be out at a certain time. I told them to make sure that he calls before he comes. The next day he showed up at 8 o'clock, I had just dropped my daughter off at school, that was why I needed them to call. He said that my appointment was between 8 an twelve. He got rude and yelled at me. I told him to go away and I didn't want him at my door or in my house. They called back, reset the appointment, and I told them that I didn't want them to send him back. I told them that I didn't want him at my home. The next day it was the same guy. He disguised his voice, and I asked him why he was at my house. He did apologize. He said that he could do the repairs or he could leave and they could send someone else. I thought that was so unprofessional. He apologized and did the work. It turned out to be a clogged drain. He looked for something else to fix. He charged $79 for the service call. I didn't think that I should have paid anything else. They service Sears appliances, they get a percentage of anything they fix. I requested him not to come back and he did. They were overpriced. They did call me back, but didn't rectify the situation and his punctuality was good. He showed up. Once he apologized he was very professional.

    Responded by phone very quickly to a message I left for him, and arrived soon after.  He diagnosed the cause of the cooling issue and immediately solved with a low cost fix to get me back in business.  I am still deciding whether the old refrigerator is worth the cost of a "restore to new" solution.  It's working now.

    My dryer lost power to the circuit board on this date (Friday 7/24).  I called Tom Wright, and told him the problem.  He was totally booked, but said he'd try to work me into his schedule, otherwise, he'd be able to visit the following Monday.  I was hesitant, as I needed the dryer over the weekend.  So he said he'd do what he could.  Shortly thereafter, Tom called again and said he'd send over someone who works for him when he's overbooked,  if that was ok with me.  I said "sure" and was happy about that.  The gentleman he sent (Arc) was efficient, on time, solved the problem immediately and got the dryer running in less than an hour.  I was so grateful!  Thank you Tom, thank you Arc!  I'll be sure to call again whenever I need appliance repairs!
