  • We would like to share with you my HORRIBLE experience renting an RV motor home
    with RV Broward company, in order to prevent other people from suffering so
    much like me.
    Last March I rented a class C RV motor home. I had some issues, but Mr. Iunu, who works
    for RV Broward, gave me a good customer service. This is why I rented again
    with them, a class A RV for the week of June 6th, to visit Fort Wilderness
    Camping in Orlando with my wife and two of our grandkids.
     We wanted a five star RV, which costs about $3,500.00 a week.
    As soon as we got to the camping, we realized that from the three AC units that
    the RV has, only one was actually working. This is when the calls and texts
    started, mainly with Christina Hurst, Manager of the company. This woman is a
    complete liar! She told us that she had requested Road Assistance for us. We
    waited for three days without anyone coming. Those days, we couldn?t go to the
    parks with the kids.
    At first, they were telling me that it was probably a problem with the electricity
    of the camping. I ended up calling Road Assistance myself, and they recommended
    a company, Accurate Mobile RV Service, that could come a take a look. The
    gentleman that came could not believe the bad shape of the RV and its lack of
    maintenance.
    I asked him to talk to Christina directly, who after resisting a lot, authorized the
    repair of the AC units that weren?t working. At this point, three out of the
    seven days had already past. When the person from Accurate Mobile RV Service
    tried to repair the AC units, he realized that the damaged was so bad, the only
    way of repairing them was replacing the AC units for new ones. After he said
    that, we could never reach Christina again. She completely disappeared. 
    The RV had other problems. However, in comparison with the 90 degrees inside the RV
    and how much we were sweating, they seemed minor:
    In the living room area, there were two sofas that converted into beds. One of
    them was so old it couldn?t be used. The other one was broken, so they put an
    inflatable mattress in its place, that needed to be inflated every night, and
    deflated every morning.
    Satellite TV did not work.
      
    Other TV that is used to watch when we were outside, did not work either.
        
    Icemaker machine from fridge did not work.
         
    Water dispenser from fridge did not work.
     
    Black out in most of the curtains did not work.
     
    Toilet was broken, with no water at all. So we had to clean it every time it was used.
        
    All doors from exterior deposits to put luggage and other things, did not work
    properly, and could be closed ONLY when closing them really hardly.
    The carpet in the back room was disgustingly filthy and smelled like pee.
        
    When closing the extensions to come back from the trip, there was so much water
    coming inside that it was scary.
     
    There is no way that anyone could think that this is a five star RV
    Apart from that, I had rented a class A RV #180, and three days before picking it up,
    they told me that it was broken, but I was going to get a better and bigger one
    instead, #154. I went to pick it up, and was forced to pay $340.00 for
    insurance. When I asked about this payment, they told me that in RV #180
    insurance was included in the contract, but in #154 it wasn?t. At that point,
    my grandkids were already waiting for me, so I had to pay and couldn?t do
    anything else about it
    If this company doesn?t change its manager, it won?t be able to keep its clients,
    and without clients, companies are gone.

  • I needed shuttle service at 6:45am from my mom's condo to the Ft Lauderdale Airport. I sent a message via the website and within 10 minutes I received a return call. We discussed the what, when where and how much. The appointment was confirmed the day before. He was there precisely at 6:45am as promised. The van was clean. He was very personable and professional. He got out of the driver's side and came around to open the door for me. We had a nice discussion on the drive. He was a very safe driver. I used this service for the first time and I will definitely use it again. Highly recommended.

  • I had been booking my travel with Ron's Travel for sometime now and it never occurred to me to review this great company on Angie's List.  If you are looking for a small family owned business that truly appreciates the value of customer service to book your travels then these guys are it!
    My last trip to Europe is just another example of their attention to detail and how much they cater to your every need.  I spoke with Gabriel (I think he is the owner), when booking my travel and all of his recommendations where right on the ball.  He recommended specific hotels, restaurants, and sight seeing locations that we would have never thought of.  The reason he is so good at this is that he has been everywhere... I mean like not literally, but it certainly feels like it because of all the places I've been to he has already visited :).
    I've had to make changes to flight reservations after booking the flights and it has NOT cost me a penny (I think there is a time frame he can modify flights without penalties).  I used to book directly through airlines and they charged me $75 to $150 to makes such modifications.
    Anyways, overall I believe their prices are fair to competitive but their service is out of this world.  Their quality service is what really sets them apart from all the different companies I've dealt with.  Thanks Ron's Travel!

  • This was for my sons wedding. We had 4 of us going to the airport and then 8 of us returning with various stops. We were exceptionally impressed with the services. Our flight on the return was cancelled and we eventually arrived 5 hours later then expected.  They were there waiting for us in a 15 seater bus.
    Highly recommend them . I have already booked another 2 transfers with them
