    Beware !!! Dishonest cheats !!! My BMW car was taken to German Car Depot for repairs on two occasions but unnecessary work was done , they charged a lot of money and the original car problem that the car was brought in for remained. The owner Alan also refused to give me the original computer test report as he was trying to hide the truth of the repairs that my car actually needed so he could charge extra money for unnecessary repairs. BMW repair center confirmed that unnecessary work was done, the car was not repaired, and it was in even worse and much more dangerous condition than it would have been before the supposed repair. The owner, Alan, and his management were informed of the problems that remained with the car. Initially, they promised to refund the money spent on the "repairs", but then the owner hid from me for months impossible to reach, and then refused the refund with a very harsh and nasty attitude. I am mortified at the disregard to customer safety that this company has and shocked that they would then mistreat their customers with abusive language when complaints are raised. This company is very shady and extremely disappointing !!! Do not trust this company, they will cheat you without hesitation! Stay away for your own safety and peace of mind!

    Bought my husband a new classic beetle for his 60 birthday. New Way was highly recommended by the dealer I bought the car from. Got in touch with Laticia who was very professional and signed up my deal. Gyselle, the dispatcher, got my car on the truck the same day. Excellent service. Couldn���t ask for better.

    I have been going there for regular maintenance for about 5 years now. If something comes up, I wind up going. They conducted warranty service on a recall. There was no charge. It was a Honda recall so it involved software upgrades to the car. They reprogramed some of the sensors. They follow up, they will contact the customer within 24 hours of completing a repair to check and see if everything was running as expected and everything was done to the customers satisfaction. I would recommend them to a friend due to their level of training. They are very well versed in all of the systems of the Honda brand. So they can handle just about anything that comes up and knows exactly what to do about it as opposed to others.

    They tend to miss some details. Say if they are replacing a tire they don't replace the little plastic things that go on the air plug. It's just annoying to have to go buy new caps when they should have been replaced. It drives me crazy, it's something so tiny, but important. If they are doing a repair and have to remove the little plastic pins they don't replace those either. It's the little details they are missing.

    The service department at Warren Henry Infiniti is to be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. Unless you are having warranty work performed, GO ELSEWHERE. Example - I left my G37 for a scheduled 30k mile checkup and received an email from my 'service advisor' Gerald indicating that I needed breaks and tires. Small problem, Gerald - my tires had been replaced less than 7,000 miles earlier and were perfectly fine. That was a BIG RED FLAG to me and I declined all of their recommendations. I then took my car to a local shop to have the breaks inspected and - surprise - they were well within spec. THESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTISTS. STAY AWAY.

    I can't recommend Richie highly enough. He is trustworthy, knows his stuff, and goes out of his way to provide great service. He will diagnose your problem accurately and will tell you honestly when something doesn't need fixing. For example, a problem that I had which I thought was going to be a big, costly job, he fixed for under $100. I am pretty amazed that such a mechanic actually exists in Miami. I am so happy to someone that I can trust and depend on for auto repairs.

    The salesman was so nice. We got a long really well. He was very helpful. They were practically closing when I finally got the car but he took the time to show me how do things work and all this other stuff. He was great. I live the car. The car ha features on it that most of the cars have. There's a camera on the passenger side mirror. The display is larger than what I've seen on other cars. I've driven other cars that had rear view camera and the display is tiny, you can barely see anything. This is a nice big display. You can see what's behind the car, you can see what's beside of the car. After having a car like this, I would never go to a car that didn't have it.

    I was assigned to a person who does the intake and he was horrible. I made a complaint, I don't know if they did anything about it. I will go back to them but I won't use this guy. I'll probably write a letter to the head of service. This guy just tried to sell me everything under the sun. I was there for an oil change and they changed the battery and I was there for three hours. That's a little outrageous. It depends on who your in-take consultant is. There are some who are terrific and who are very professional, making sure that all the work is done in a timely manner. Then you have this guy that I got the last time who, in my opinion should be fired and to never be able to work with a customer ever again.

    The salesman was so nice, we got along really well because he was from Dominican Republican and I used to live there. He was super nice and very helpful. They were practically closing when I finally picked up the car, but he took the time to show me how the things worked and all this other stuff. So, he was great. I would definitely buy my next car from there, with the same salesman. I love the car.
