    Service America Enterprise Inc
    Service America came to service the subzero refrigerator 3 times within a 3.5 month period and each time failed to correctly diagnose the problem and repair correctly. I was forced to call in an authorized sub zero tech who was able to diagnose the repair needed and replace the parts required. I have had a service contract with Service America for 18 years and will not be renewing. Their standard of service has plummeted in the last 2 years. and most frustrating is that its impossible to speak with someone (even a supervisor). Recent reviews of Service America on numerous websites prove that many others have been disappointed with Service America.

    Sears Appliance Repair
    The first technician came after 9 days as scheduled. He came with a brand new garbage disposal and I told him that my disposal was perfectly operational, all I needed was the washer changed. He did not like it, so he left. I called Sears again and they sent another technician. This technician when he tried to unscrew the screw which connected washer and the slide metal flange, he broke the screw . a part of the broke screw remained in its hole which he could not take it out and the garbage disposal had to be discarded , but I also made a mistake and paid the technician $59 for the service caii. I went to Sears and bought a brand new garbage disposal for $298. 05 which included $100 for its delivery and installation. The technician came to my house and installed it . The next day , I noticed that the garbage disposal was leaking water.I called Sears again and they sent another technician who stopped the leak. I had bought parts for $32.61. Sears, in its invoice said they were returnable within 350 days and I was only refunded $21.35 and they kept the parts which they did not refund for. In conclusion, my total loss is $338.50 after they had given me a 10% discount on the garbage disposal's price, and enormous loss of time from my life which is irretrievable

    John was able to make an exception and come a day early when I explained to him I had to work the next day. He called before his arrival as promised. He knew exactly what he was doing. He solved my issue, was very professional and reasonably priced. If you need anyone for your major appliances I highly recommend him.

    He came into my home without introducing himself and walked right past my father like my dad did not exist. When he did answer our questions about the refrigerator he was very short, curt, and rude. He then told us what was wrong and called us three days later to give us a quote on repairs and it was a very high price.

    During our service call Nelson was very attentive and really listened and asked probing questions, to make sure he fully understood the problem for each refrigeration unit to find the best repair approach.
    Once on site, he called our office to explain each problem in detail and his steps to resolve the problem. He also gave us very insightful information on the commonly known issues for each refrigerator model, and what we can do to maximize efficiency for both units.
    In the end, we had to replace both control panels as this is a common issue for the new wave of refrigerators in this unit line. Total cost was  $ 420 for each service call but it was worth it. The system was non responsive, but with his knowledgeable support and preparation both of our refrigeration units are now running properly and both tenants are happy.

    I have a $1800 gas cook top, electric oven Kitchen Aid Superba. it is 12 years old. I flooded it with the pot filler faucet. He told me up front what could of happened to the expensive computer control panels, but when he got here, he did not try to up sell me, it was a cheap thermostat part that shorted out. He helped me order it online and showed me how to put it in when it arrives. He only charged me for a service call. It could have been much worse. Reliable, honest, integrity, professional, has all the right tools for the job, highest recommendation, He is my go to guy on my appliances period. Love him.

    My dryer lost power to the circuit board on this date (Friday 7/24).  I called Tom Wright, and told him the problem.  He was totally booked, but said he'd try to work me into his schedule, otherwise, he'd be able to visit the following Monday.  I was hesitant, as I needed the dryer over the weekend.  So he said he'd do what he could.  Shortly thereafter, Tom called again and said he'd send over someone who works for him when he's overbooked,  if that was ok with me.  I said "sure" and was happy about that.  The gentleman he sent (Arc) was efficient, on time, solved the problem immediately and got the dryer running in less than an hour.  I was so grateful!  Thank you Tom, thank you Arc!  I'll be sure to call again whenever I need appliance repairs!
