House/building, driveway, drivethru/parking lot, sidewalk, pool cage, patio, deck, lanai, sanitize, roof, sign, and the list goes on! When hiring a professional pressure washer such as Tidal Pressure Washing you can rest assure you will be getting someone with experience and know how to complete the job. We have the different machines so that we are well prepared to do the job. Power washing uses hot water to get deep down and sanitize. Pressure washing uses cold water for more of an every day use. Soft wash is just that soft or low pressure that is more chemical concentrated- would be used or roofing, pool cages, and areas that need the high chemical concentration. We service both east and west coast Florida. We are licensed and insured.

I was looking for an estimate and saw that Andy's had an "A". I called last week and again this am. No response! I then went back and looked at the reviews to better understand his "A" I discovered he has many D and F ratings for the same lack of responsiveness. After not showing up initially, Andy called me the following week and rescheduled. He did show up on time that time and gave me a price for the job. He told me he was backed up due to the weather, understandable, and that he would be at the job as soon as possible. He just finished the work 2 weeks after he gave me his price. The work was done professionally and there was no after cleaning for me ...

I called to schedule a time to look at/ do a small house gutter job. I told the provider that it would be difficult, but I would try to be home from work by 5 PM. He told me he would be at my home between 5 and 6, but he never showed or called to reschedule. After working so hard to rearrange my schedule I am very disappointed. Would not recommend.
