    This is how car buying is supposed to be, people! With car buying, you may think if it isn’t nightmarishly hard that you’re doing it wrong. Not so. I did my homework. I knew which car I wanted. I knew my target price after researching recent comparable sales on multiple sites. The guys at AutoNation worked out this deal within a few emails back and forth. They offered to talk by phone, too, but never required it. It only took a few questions and points of clarity — but I literally bought my car in a day. While other dealers were throwing the standard nonsense and games at me — requiring dizzying phone calls to get anything accomplished — the guys at AutoNation were cutting to the chase and offering me a very fair deal. Then, after we agreed on details and price, they invited me in to wrap things up. I was nervous they’d change things up once I got there. Nope...everything was mapped out exactly as we agreed. Not only was this an easy transaction, they actually made it fun and approachable. I loved this place so much I may even drive the hour to get service there. I just can’t believe what an amazing team this is. Thank you Kevin, Dino, Shivas, Yanni, Tony and Tyrone for an outright awesome customer experience. I’m almost sorry it’s over!

    Horrible. Do Not go to Chad last. Go there first and find out what the top price is. As you probably do, I asked for best price up front. After MANY phone calls, the best they could do was a 2019 model (21 months old) not in the color I wanted and (get this) for only $500 MORE than a 2020 in my color would cost elsewhere. (And that is with Chad himself quoting the numbers). We are talking about an Odyssey Elite, so this is not a small low end vehicle. I ended up buying the Elite AND a 2020 Insight Touring Hybrid, and we purchased full protection plans for both (mechanical, dent, exterior, interior, power train, etc) So the bottom line is LOVE Honda lost out because they overvalue their name and/or do not understand the true value of the cars they sell. Let me repeat. Go to Chad FIRST. Then talk with 8 or so other dealers and find out what a real deal is. Here we are 3 weeks after the purchase and they are STILL contacting me, about the offer. I have told 3 people in writing, have spoken with the dealership on the phone several times and have spoken with Customer Service. Once that have your name they will not let go. However, if you enjoy being squeezed and you are looking to pay more than anyone else is asking: LOVE Honda is the dealer for you

    Completely awful experience: REPEATED (4x) overpromise and under-delivery on requested information and return communication from sales rep Robin, and her “manager“, Chris. Insight: IMMEDIATELY after a vehicle showed up on my purchase watchlist, I called and made a full price offer to buy it, along with an extra warranty and protection packages, if available from this dealership. The vehicle was a 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali 4WD with the miles/trim/packages criteria I was looking for (AT listingId 552694070). 24 hours after waiting, I’m informed by email it’s in the shop having a recall cured. Fine, let me know about putting down a deposit or financing. Another EIGHT hours of waiting, called and left voicemails with reception. Promises for callback, LIES! Copied to people and phone called, more than eight communications over 48 hours, nothing wasted promises on taking a deposit or putting my name on the vehicle. I made it clear from the beginning that was my goal and there is 0% chance anything was miscommunicated (listened to my own call recordings!) Finally, on the third day of attempting to purchase the vehicle, I called and requested an escalation for a callback. Was able to schedule a time to speak with someone on the phone (Chris), who informed me the vehicle was then “under contract”. COMPLETE GARBAGE! IMHO: Just a bunch of lazy, mediocre employees at a half-grade car-lot. Big waste of time for professionals looking to do business and spend money.

    Reprint of emails/voicemails that were never returned by Crown GM. Wanted to write you regarding my purchase of a 2018 Elantra last August. Mario was my salesperson, and was dishonest with me. Telling me he would sell me the car for 19K out the door (17k+ and fees). I was unaware I paid full price until after I got home. My mother was dealing with Mario, and told me he was lying, I told him something along the lines of just deal with me. I have Traumatic Brain Injury from a motorcycle wreck that almost killed me, as well as a Doctors letter stating this, I crashed onto my head with no helmet, emergency surgeons gave me a 75% chance to die during my 2 week coma. Last year had recent infected knee replacement problems-5 surgeries in less than the last 2 years, with leg amputation discussed. I sure I was angry, bitter, mad at the world, no reason to lie and cheat. I did not see the finance guy the day I came to get the car. Only saw him once, over a week before closing. On the day of closing I waited around for a good while, and was told by Mario something had come up regarding him being able to be there. Mario placed X's where I needed to sign, and rushed me thru it.

Jon followed up with us on an item we left in the car, and arranged to send it back to us. It was totally professional from start to finish.

    Medium pressure. Generally professional. The finance department are azzes. When you walk in with a low 800 credit score and the finance dept wants to give you a loan for 8% but you can get 1% at the credit union and they pressure you about it.  That's bad.

    The salesman was really good, nice, and professional.  I wish that it had been a little lower on the price.  The first car that I looked at, the payments were kind of high, so we had to go and get a different model.  We didn't get the actual model that we wanted.  We just had to get a downgrade.  They took care of all the financing and everything like that through Nissan.  They were the ones that did all the work on finding the financing.  We didn't have to go talk to a bank or anything like that to get the financing.  They took care of all of that so we didn't have to do anything. It took a little time for them to do everything.  I kind of thought they could have taken a little less time to do it.  We had to wait quite a long time, which I thought that was kind of bad.  I thought they could have done it quicker.  I don't think it should have taken as long as they did.  I think the process took longer than it should have. On quality, the car is really good.  On responsiveness, I think that would go in with taking too much time to do everything. The guy was quick to come up to us, but it took a long time for him to go talk to the manager and all that kind of thing.  The guy that we talked to didn't have the authority to do certain things.  I think that is one of those ploys that it changed prices and stuff- that all the car dealers do.
