ATracy Roberts Handyman Service LLCI made appointment with Mr. Roberts to meet me at the property for estimate. Both of us had to travel some 90 miles to get to property. He was punctual and very professional. While reviewing the scope of work, he made suggestions on how to correct certain problems that would be more cost effective in the end. Mr. Roberts is very knowledgeable in all areas of construction and remodeling. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work performed, and that it was done in a timely manner. ABlinds, Shutters and More LLCWe are thrilled with our decision to install plantation shutters in our home and working with Blinds, Shutters and More was a breeze. Trey came out to do the initial estimate after we had met with Heather in the showroom. He was able to give us a quote on the spot. Heather emailed a copy of the quote within 30 minutes of Trey's visit. They kept in contact with us and the shutters arrived exactly in the time frame as promised. The installation was smooth and Trey took care not to leave a mess as he worked. He was quick, but so precise we sat in amazement at his ability. His years of experience are certainly apparent while watching him install a difficult shutter. We had a rather large arched shutter and he made it look like it weighed nothing. All in all we highly recommend this company and would use them again.- John H.

I do not know that I have ever contracted for a job to be done that I was more pleased with. I am not related to Jeff, nor do I know him in any other manner other than the experience of this job. He was prompt, very personable, and showed a genuine interest in helping me achieve everything that I needed in terms of my blinds and shutters. He went well beyond what any other contractor would normally do to make certain that I was satisfied and truly pleased with both the product and the installation. AALL PRO BLINDS & SHUTTERSJeff and the folks at All-Pro were fantastic throughout the entire process. He responded promptly to our request for a quote and worked around both of our busy work schedules to schedule the measurement. During the consultation, Jeff did a great job explaining why we would be better off to use the faux-wood blinds (the cheaper option) in the humid and high-UV environment of Florida. He gave several options for some of our "problem windows" (slightly arched front window, french doors with large door handles) and never tried to "up-sell" us to something we didn't need. After the consult he double-checked inventory and let us know that we could give ten-days notice prior to our desired installation, for him to place the order. The scheduling of the install went seamlessly - blinds arrived the day before closing and Jeff scheduled us for installation in the afternoon of our closing day (yay! we could shower and change without the neighbors getting a "sneak preview"). Jeff's installers showed up promptly at the stated time, and assembled the blinds in our garage, thus keeping the house free of debris and dirt. The two man team worked efficiently to install 13 blinds in around 45 minutes, including instructions on use and some tips on cleaning and care of the blinds. Overall I would recommend All-Pro blinds to anyone looking for a quick, hassle-free, and affordable experience. Be sure to ask for the 10% military discount if you are eligible!- James D.

We ordered the blinds five days before our original closing date on our new construction. He waited until we closed the following week. He was very professional. Installed the blinds in the two hours that he said he would. I also hired him a few days later to install all of my curtain rods which he did for $10 a window. None of my furnishings from my previous home were going to work in my new home. I placed my trust in Kathy and received a steady stream of pleasant surprises throughout. I did not want conventional furnishings and Kathy found specialty furnishings that are beautiful and of great quality. Kathy is very creative and has great taste and style. I was out of the country throughout most of this time. Kathy was personally involved and kept me informed with e mails, pictures, phone calls. She lined up labor to help me get out of my old home and into my new one with moving, cleaning, floor polishing. There was nothing I threw at her that she could not respond to with a solution. They agreed to do the job and I can't tell you what an amazing different these beautiful shutters have on the appearance of our house (inside and out)! DAfter their botched repair of siding at my house in 2018 after termite damage, I panicked and made the mistake of hiring them again to do flood damage repair after the 2019 July flood. While they did good demo work, and the crew they hired to put up new dry wall and paint was good, I was made many promises that weren't kept: they would replace all the faceplates, do the plumbing for a new sink, fix the base of our side door (which wouldn't latch), replace a moldy furnace room door, build a stand for our washer/drier. Not one of these things was ever done. They also disappeared completely for two months, leaving work on a side bathroom unfinished and exposed to water damage from the outside. They then had to replace much of the siding again, because termites had returned to the water damage area. I then paid for work for which I never received a receipt detailing work, nor did they complete the tasks they'd initially promised. I wrote to them directly last year documenting all these issues (and many more) to try and politely resolve them (which I had to hire other workers to fix, incurring significant extra expense), and they never replied. I strongly urge you not to use them, as they overcharge, don't complete tasks, and will go radio silent when you need them.

FIf I could give zero stars, I would. First, it was taking forever to get my order. When I looked at my order, they somehow had the wrong address (my former address from five years ago), so I contacted them to change the address. They assured me that the address was changed. A couple of weeks later, I was notified via email that my order was delivered but when I checked my front door it wasn't there, so I went to my old address, 30 minutes away and got lucky that the owner was there and had received my order. When I got it home the 3 roller shades that I ordered for side-by-side windows were all 4 inches too big. I followed the online measurement directions which suggested that you add 2 inches per side to your measurements for an outside mount. I should have stayed with my original measurements. When I called, they suggested that I keep an inch on each side. They re-made them, and AGAIN sent them to the wrong address - even after I re-confirmed that they had the right one. Again, I had to go to my old address to look for my delivery. This time, no one was home, so I took a chance and waited in front of their house for a while until someone may come home. Luckily, someone showed up within 90 minutes. This time they had showed up with 2 boxes! They re-made it twice (6 roller shades), all still too big! Due to the global pandemic and for personal reasons, I waited to address the issue. When I finally was able to contact them, I was sent a message that the CSR's supervisor determined that the blinds were made correctly. Therefore, they cannot offer a remake for this order. Their policy states that they will make up to 4 shades if the customer is not completely happy. However, they offered to remake the shades at a discounted price! I will not give them one more penny! Worst service ever! A $500.00 lesson learned - They stole my money and left me with 9 useless roller shades to get rid of. I do not recommend them!

FWorst company ever. Have waited over 10 months for them to complete a large plantation shutter order. They've scheduled installation 7 times and failed to show up each time. They do not reschedule or even let me know. Won't answer texts or calls . Haven't refunded my substantial deposit yet
