    Poorly, I have had a heart transplant and could not lift the salt bags of 40 pds and mainly hired because of that. After I checked my salt levels with my calculated system and they were low, I called them they said they would be right out. No show. I went to place of business said they would be there that day. No show. I called again they said the used their equipment and it was fine. I said I was going by the standard of salt level from my pool installer and they pretty much told me I was wrong. I have been wrong before but in this case I was not.

    On the day the work of rescreening began, the wind was tremendous. John worked diligently despite what he was dealing with. He never slowed down all day. He was back promptly the next day and completed the beautiful job by lunch time. He moved all of the plants around the pool in order to access the areas needed for his work. The job was well done and we highly recommend his company.

    Neptune Solutions
    I received an offer in the mail about pool service from Neptune Solutions. The offer was weekly pool service for $59 a month, with the first visit $29. I called and they came out the next day and to see the pool. The guy apparently approved the pool and said the service would start later that week. I canceled my other pool service because this was half the price. No one showed up to do the work! I was expecting company and the pool was now green. They called and left a message saying they couldn't find the house this time, and would be out on the weekend. Another no? show. They stopped answering their phones or returning my calls! I left at least 2 messages to cancel the 'service'. I never heard back? just got a bill for $129 for services rendered!!!!! The bill says that they came 2 weeks in August and billed me for the month of September. AND added Stabilizer semiannual fee!! THERE WAS NO SERVICE AND NO STABILIZER!! THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS 'SERVICE'

    Great. The Pool Butler is always personable, professional, and complete in the services provided.  If we need a referrel for other services they are always willing to provide names that I can research on Angie's List before employing.  If we were not completely satisfied with this service we would not continue to use them year after year for weekly pool maintenance.

    He knows when we are out of town and if there is a dry period he takes the time to add water.  If it has rained too much, he takes extra time to syphon water from the pool.  If he knows our son's three dogs are out by the pool he comes around to the back and lets them bark to warn us that he is there and then he goes back out to the side of the house to wait while we bring in the dogs. He takes the time to explain things we need to know about our pool, spa and equipment.  I recommend The Pool Butler and promise that if you have a problem he will immediately attend to your requests.

    We signed our contract on 10/11/2012 and swam 12/20/2012!  We swim most everyday and thoroughly enjoy our pool.  It was a pleasure working with Nils and Chad Erickson.  They are friendly, professional, conscientious, polite, reliable, and responsive to all of our questions and concerns.  We had a wonderful experience working with them and their sub-contractors.  It was obvious from their own disclosure the day we met them, recommendations from previous customers, talking with their sub-contractors, and watching them work everyday that they are knowledgeable, experienced, and know what they are doing.  They made us feel quite comfortable from the day we signed our contract to the day of "pool school."  They were always accessible by phone and email.  They returned phone calls and emails within 24 hours.  Their attention to customer service was outstanding.  We always felt confident while working with them.  We highly recommend them to anyone building a pool.  We obtained estimates from other pool construction companies, but we chose All Aqua Pools Inc. because of the quality of their workmanship, quality of products and materials, and the design they created for our lifestyle and needs.

    Four Seasons Pool Service
    Four Seasons Pool Service has cleaned and maintained the pool in my rental home for the past 2 years, and I continue to contract with them.  I tried 2 other pool services before I found Eva and Paul at Four Seasons, and they are the best!  Eva does the day to day maintenance, and Paul now does any repair work needed.  The pool had been neglected and poorly maintained for at least a year prior to contracting with Four Seasons, and they worked with me to replace needed equipment and make needed repairs.  They keep the pool clean and properly chlorinated, and let me know when repairs are needed.  They service the pool once a week, and Eva is always there on her scheduled day.  She is dependable, efficient and knowledgeable.  My pool has never looked so good!  I highly recommend this company.

    What would I have done differently? We had a seating area added in the deep end of the pool. It was supposed to be wide enough to seat 3 adults. When they dug the pool I could have asked what that "little" area was and the crew would have told me. It was the requested seating area, but it was very small. Had I said something it would have been corrected and I would have a large seating area. Instead we have a small seating area large enough for 1 adult or 3 kids. Moral of the story. What may seem large enough in drawings is often not in reality. So, closely monitor your pool during the dig and during the subsequent structure building. Believe it or not, that is my only issue.

    We started on May 31, 2012.

    The pool company, knowing we would have custom pool work done, still said it would take 3-4 weeks.  By July 1, we had a large trench in our yard and almost nothing done.  One the second week of July they started the stone water fall.  They finished 2 levels of stone.  The water fall was not worked on again until late October and they did not finish the grouting until the end of November.  We were told we would be able to use the pool for the summer, but they did not finish the resurfacing of the pool until late September.  We were finally able to use the pool by the second week of October, but by then it was too cold and the swimming season was over.  We did make some changes in how the job would look, but still this should not have taken 6 months to complete.  It could easily have been done by the end of July or at least mid August.  There is not excuse for taking 6 months to complete the work.

    It took 6 months to complete.  They failed to show up when they said they would.  A typical week would include one employee showing up for a few hours one day once a week.

    They would go weeks without showing up. At end, it was close to a month.  We also had a problem with our exterior siding on the pool deck, which was damaged when the exhaust from one of their pieces of equipment got too close and meted and warped a 3x3 section. They are willing to replace it or pay for the damage, but it will cost about $200 to repair.

    They do not have enough employees to finish the job in a timely manner.  They would not even call us, I had to call them before they would show up again. 

    The pool company said it was my fault that I did not order the pavers and tiles in time, but we had them all delivered by the first week of July.  We had 5 pallets of pavers, the tiles, and all of the new pool equipment.  None of it was installed by the beginning of October.  The pavers were not even laid until September.

    I was told by some of the employees that they had too many jobs at one time and they were spread too thin.

    The entire pool rework was gorgeous, as was the custom stonework and waterfall, but I am not sure I would use them again since they did not show up when said would.  I do not think it was the employee's fault, they were wonderful, it was the management in the company that was the problem.
