Dr. Sevigny looked at my skin and talked about different things on my skin. She told me everything was fine. She looked at everything I had a question about and assured me it was OK. She took the time to answer all my questions. My appointment was right on time. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I did not wait long for an open appointment.

The clinic is a part of a chain. The doctors rotate between offices. As a chain and they move lots of people through each day. Very impersonal.  I stopped going because when they moved me onto to a specialist... no body followed through on making an appointment with the specialist.

Some of the aides are nice.

She's wonderful.  They have three offices and she's at all the offices.  She is good with all skin assessments and she is very good with cosmetic work like Botox or Juvederm.  I have an appointment later this month.

I went to the Port Orange location, made my first appointment which was about 3 weeks out. Appt was for 3:10, I pulled into the parking lot at 3:00 and walked out at 3:11 without my mole. Amazing, fast, friendly, professional experience. I'll use Parks of Port Orange again in the future.

Biopsy done on lesion. Removed a wart-like growth on chin line by freezing. Would not remove the keratoses because they were cosmetic, even though I would have gladly paid out-of-pocket if my insurance company had denied the charges. Performed quick skin cancer check but didn't look at scalp, feet, or between toes. Office required me to pay entire cost at time of service even though claim would be submitted to my insurance company. Received refund from office 6 months later after insur co paid all charges except office copay. Noted that office billed using procedure code that would have permitted removal of 14 lesions. Biopsied area healed but left a deep dark scarred area even though, as an RN, I followed their wound care instructions to the letter, and additionally covered the area with small band aid for 3 wks after it healed. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with the results of the procedure and with their billing practices. Next appointment will be made with another dermatology office.

Dr. Sevigny's staff was amazing when I arrived. I was made instantly comfortable by their cheerful and professional approach. My appointment was with the RNP, but she felt that Dr. Sevigny needed to take a look at the spots on my fingers. Dr. Sevigny recommended a biopsy, which they did at that time.
The biopsy came back and Dr. Sevigny wasn't satisfied with the results so she actually called the lab and had them run additional tests to make sure that nothing was wrong. Going the extra mile really impressed me - so many doctors don't take the time to do this. I feel that with this doctor and her staff as my dermatologists, I will always be in very good hands.
My only and quot;complaintand quot;, if you can call it that, was that I had to wait over two months for an appointment - because the doctor is so popular! She was worth waiting for. I highly recommend this doctor and her staff.

After my third treatment, I was told that I would have to reschedule my final visit because Dr. Davis had decided to close the office that week as she would be away.  I explained again that rescheduling was not an option since I was leaving the country.  No effort was made to reschedule  that final treatment with another dermatologist.  When I asked about a refund, I was offered  $197.00.
As promised, my condition did get worse before it got any better.  Since my last visit, it has improved to the point that the brown spots on my face are marginally better that they were before I spent $1900 to have them removed.  I understand that the office no longer offers this treatment.
The bait-and-switch tactic used by Dr. Davis' office is unacceptable.  It is the equivalent of purchasing an airline ticket to Hawaii, then being left in Los Angeles.  A full refund should have been offered.

It has not returned.  However, when I went back for a follow up, she wanted to immediately rush me into surgery, and actually had it scheduled.  I did research, and if needed, I would opt for a surgical procedure that she does not even perform.  I have found another DR. who does perform it, if needed.  She also sent me a certified letter after I cancelled the surgery, which she used as a scare tactic because I cancelled.
