    Ms. Taylor was extremely rude and uncaring.  She wasn't concerned about his condition and learning about all that he had been through prior to his appointment.  We had sent lab work, etc. for her review but she wasn't interested. During the scope, my son was in extreme pain and she just kept going and made rude comments about his difficulty in repeating the letter "e." My son was verbally abused and felt that she didn't care at all about his condition.  It was a horrible experience and we will never return to this office again.

    He is very well respected in the community and by other physicians.  He is very easy to talk to.  He has a great bedside manner.  I can tell that he is listening to me, he makes eye contact and he is relates well with me.  I can talk to him almost like a friend but he is very professional in doing that.

    It went fine. I was admitted efficiently, kept over night, tests were run and doctors that might diagnose the reason for my fall from fainting were consulted. They each spoke with me individually and gave their opinions on what might have caused the problem. They appeared caring and competent. They made referrals and set up a treatment plan. Billing was handled and like in many situations involving emergency medical care, I received a bill repeatedly for services performed that I was unaware of with doctors I could not remember and I had written down each doctor.s name. As it turned out, many of the people billed were the people behind the scenes (such as labs, radiologists and medical personnel who provided medicine while in the hospital). I am not convinced that I received the services listed on this long billing statement but as a patient you have no recourse. I have asked for clarification but have not found anyone knowledgeable iin telling me the answers. The hospital did not automatically send my records to my primary care physician and when I requested those records I was told that they were actually in another location and not at the hospital. Some of the records were eventually faxed to my physician.

    My biggest concern was confusion that occured in my hospital room with the person in the second bed as related to my case.

    Three times they came into my room to administer medication and the woman in the bed next to me became loud and angry saying that it was her medication. Her daughter told me that she was an addict. I was very uncomfortable with this and feel that someone who needs the type of help that this woman did should be either in a private room or a room with patients being treated for similar problems. She screamed and yelled all night, her family got angry and screamed and left and another person came in. It was a very difficult situation and I am trained to work with addicts and I know that this is not appropriate. I was billed for a semi-private room and yet it had the conitnuous noise level of a large ward. I was actually admitted and released from this hospital in less than 7 hours. My statement for this is still not clear. At this point I have been billed over $21,000 with insurance covering $17,000+ and I cannot find anyone who can explain this bill to me. It contains an inaccurate date of admiision and discharge.

    Dr said on first visit i would never walk again, without either previous visit or exam or test results...

    HORRIBLE! After calling for two weeks and repeatedly leaving messages for his nurse to call us back we got a message (Think this through) that the phone number we gave was incorrect. They left us a message. They called us to confirm appointments. They called us for billing. Our number had not changed. They have caller ID I am sure for all the hundreds of times we called. I called and wanted to speak to Dr. Miller and he actually yelled at me! The nurse must be his mother. Needless to say we went elsewhere. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone.

    The doctor was fine; in fact, he moved to another practice and I'm going to follow him there. The support staff seemed to always be lackluster in professionalism; responsiveness and demeanor always seemed less than what you'd expect from a doctor's office. I would guess that's why my Dr left.

    Actually saw Nurse Practitioner Michelle Powell on 2 occasions. She has good communication skills, listens to your concerns, and is thorough in her exam. Only negative was that office approved a change in my medication to a generic that was requested by my new insurance company without consulting with me first. Mail order pharmacy charged me for a 3-month supply of a medication that I am unable to take and of course will not accept return, so I am out the cost of that med in addition to the cost of the med I can take. In spite of that, I will continue to see Michelle for medical care nice I feel she is competent.

    He is terrific. He is the old fashioned doctor that comes to your home with a nurse. There is a number to call to schedule appointments and he comes to your home. He does everything your family practitioner does. If he is doing an annual physical, he will give you a slip for your labs or whatever tests you need to do. If you have to have lab work done, he will call a company that will come to your home and take your samples. It's a new idea and it's a great idea. It's terrific especially for elderly people. Dr. Jetton is very smart and knowledgeable. He takes his time and listens to you and there is no rush because he comes to your house. He will makes referrals if it needs be. It's no different than going your doctor, it's just this doctor comes to you.

    It was a long frustrating day, I would get the automated answering machines, hold for a long time to be told they were not accepting new patients. When I finally called Dr. Perry's office I was so shocked to actually get a human and they were so polite and took me that afternoon. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I did not have to wait. I really liked Dr Kimberly Keller and will go back.
