    GULFSIDE DOCKS COASTAL CONSTRUCTION
    I requested an estimate via Angie's list and sent a message via Angie's list. I didn't receive any response so I called the company. The lady who answered the phone said "we don't get any correspondence or messages from Angie's list" She basically cut me off mid-sentence then and transferred me. The gentleman who answered was very nice but said we don't do jobs that small and they just build new docks and demo old ones and suggested a handyman. Yet when I read other reviews, some jobs were as small as $60. The lady was rude at best and I just found it unusual that a dock construction company won't repair a dock. Disappointing but I guess I'm out of luck here.

    They did everything on time, on budget and without much hassle, and they cleaned up well.  It was a good job.  I called three different companies and they gave me the best price and they were the most responsive of the three companies.  When I build a new dock, they'll be the first one on my list.

    Quality Docks LLC
    Quality docks is a scam and nothing but lies. They came out and measured everything and gave an estimate. They required a deposit before I would be put on the list and had a waiting period of 8 to 10 weeks. So in August I gave them a $4,600 deposit.
    I was told they would be there in 8 to 10 weeks. At 8 weeks I called and was told they were around the corner at one of my neighbors and they would be there in 1 1/2 weeks. They were not. They were in another county. Every week I called and they would give me another lie as to why they were not there yet. This turned into over 4 months of frustration and worry that they had stolen my deposit.
    Finally on December 8th they informed me that they would be bringing the barge to my house and I would need to meet them at the neighborhood boat ramp to unlock it. Which they had told me earlier they had a key and didn't need a key. I ended up having to take the whole day off of work to help their incapable people get the barge to my house. After a whole day of getting the barge and pilings to my house they called me the next day and told me they would have to back out of the job and were unable to do it because the water was to deep for them. After having my money for over four months and taking me out of the market for over four months. All I got was attitude like I did something wrong. They did give me my deposit back, but if they had been honest up front and told me they couldn't do the job I could have hired someone else and I would have a dock and boat lift. Instead i am still waiting and still paying storage fees. Which the owner, David, told me he didn't care what he had cost  me. All he wanted to know was whether I wanted him to leave the permit open or not so he could charge me for it. I have never been lied to more than this and he was very arrogant. I have nothing bad bad things to say about Quality Docks and am passing along my storry and bad experience to all of my neighbors. They definitely do not live up to their name.

    We hire a town car to and from the airport instead of a taxi, expecting to pay more, but to get a nicer smoother ride. We've used them a few times before, it's hit or miss. One previous time they sent us an old junky Chrysler 300 and we specifically asked for a clear newer car. She pulled up in a beat up dented car, dirty and smelly inside, rattled worse than
    an old taxi. That is exactly why we pay for a town car hoping to avoid. I asked the driver how many miles was on the car, she said 222k. The main issue it the car was dented up and dirty and smelly inside - a rattle trap.  It was NO better than a taxi. Unfortunately, we have paid in advance for 3 more pickups in the next week. So, I called the office once we got to the airport to again request a better car. The lady who answered said, without a pleasant attitude: "Our cars are inspected regularly and I can do is make a note on your account". She clearly didn't care to honor my request so I asked her to cancel and refund and she stated they don't refund, so we are stuck using them 3 more times. If they pick us up in such a car again, they'll have 4 bad reviews.

    He does an amazing job. He's phenomenal. He puts everybody to shame, he's so good. If there was higher than an A, I would give it to him. We've used him about a dozen times for ourselves and for visitors, and everyone raves about him.

    I was told that no one reported the damage to my vehicle and their insurance only covers their company owned vehicles-So I advise people in the Tampa Area to use another parking for airport use.

    Rocky's service was outstanding. We booked him to take us to the airport and pick us up on our return. He was on time, very professional and made the trip to the airport enjoyable. His prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than leaving your car at the airport. I will be using him again.

    SUPERSHUTTLE
    On return from Tampa Airport to New Port Richey:
    1)We waited over 1/2 hr for the shuttle to arrive after we checked in at the SuperShuttle kiosk at the airport.
    2)After waiting 20 minutes for the shuttle, I went back to the service kiosk, but it had closed while we waited. The check-in screen was not working. The service phone was not answered.
    3) Our home is 1/2 hour north of airport, it took over 1 hour 30 minutes to get home after the shuttle picked us up. The saving factor was that it was around 2 a.m. and very little traffic, in traffic it would easily taken over 2 and one half hours. The shuttle first delivered 2 separate parties about 20 miles west of airport and then started north. (I didn?t really need a tour of Clearwater at 2 a.m. after having been traveling for over 12 hours.) There should have been a west shuttle for the other two parties and a north shuttle for our two parties. 
    4)Customer service? I filed a complaint online with SuperShuttle which was completely ignored by them. 
    5)Shuttles for off-airport parking were constantly arriving and leaving while we waited for SuperShuttle. Most parking is less than $5/day. It would have been much cheaper and more convenient than SuperShuttle. Will go that way next time-no more SuperShuttle!

    My wife and I were picked up in a spotless late model SUV right on time. Heavy bags for a long trip, were totally handled by Rocky.
    Besides riding in comfort, we were offered cold water. Conversation was informative, cheerful, respectful and entertaining.
    Besides handling the bags, Rocky met us at the airport just as soon as got to the unsecured area and took charge of the bags.
    This was the least expensive and best service I've ever received and Rocky's Limo will handle all my future limo needs. It's really great to be pampered by such a professionally run service. Price cited was each way for 1 or more passengers w luggage.

    I went into the RV dealer to see C class RVs. I waited for the salesman to get the keys for the one C class RV they had. The man walked me outside pointed to an RV somewhere in the back of the parking lot. I could not see it. He kept pointing and saying and quot;It's there I promiseand quot; and repeating and quot;just keep walkingand quot; . I asked how I could see the inside. He said and quot;it's open just keep walkingand quot;. (I waited for him to get the keys). He stopped walking and left me to walk on my own as he returned to the office. He disappeared so I could not ask any questions. I looked at the RV it seemed priced high compared to other RV dealers and striped model. I went in the office after I looked at the RV. He saw me and never spoke to me. He did not ask if I had questions or even say goodbye. I felt this was very rude and if this reflected the service I would go elsewhere. I went to Lazy Days in Seffner and was treated well and I will probably buy there when I am ready.
