    Red Cap Plumbing and Air
Better than expected. Old equipment was still working so we were surprised at the quick appointment time given the demands of the season. Technicians were on time, courteous, and knowable and it was obvious they wanted to do a professional job. Lennox 10 year parts and warranty was a nice addition.

Mauro's Air Conditioning & Heating, inc.
Mauro's A/C&H is an excellent choice for your air cooling & heating requirements. Owner has many years of experience in this field, hires and trains the best employees, installation with no hitches and prices extremely competitive. Mauro's A/C excels in good customer service. Owner came by to inspect final installation and cleanup, didn't approve airflow and had techs come back next day to double their previous efforts. Would highly recommend Mauaro due to his honesty, integrity and product knowledge.

National Heating & Air Conditioning Inc
After an inspection the technician said that the AC unit needed two replacement parts very soon (said they were blackened and burnt) or I would end up having a major repair bill. His price was very high so I decided to get a second opinion. The second company inspected the parts that National said needed to be replaced. They said the parts looked like new and took clear pictures to prove it. The pictures showed the true condition. I considered National to be dishonest after seeing the pictures and would never hire them.

    LAMBERT AIR
Our air stopped working on a Friday night and by Saturday afternoon someone from Lambert was able to come out and determine what the problem was. Unfortunately, we needed a new part and that couldn't be obtained until Monday. Their responsiveness and communication was excellent, the repairman talked us through what the problem was (and even took video on his phone), and they did what they could to make it as affordable as possible. Will definitely be making Lambert our new A/C people and will recommend them to others!

Cornerstone Air, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical
I had Cornerstone replace the complete HVAC system, in 2 of my homes. 1 was uneventful so far, the other has been a headache. They had to return at least 3 or 4 times in the week after installation, to keep the unit working. It was finally corrected and the unit has been working fine ... until this week. The unit and installation is less than 3 years old. My tenant called last night, to tell me the HVAC was not working. Cornerstone, to their credit, sent a technician, at 9 pm on a Sunday night. They discovered a "fan" needed to be replaced, which of course, is under the warranty ... which according to the manufacturer, doesn't not include "Labor", only "parts". So ... I paid $69.95, for the Dealer to determine a warranty item needed to be replaced. Imagine if that happened on your automobile? If your Dealer charged you, to diagnose and it was a warranty problem? So the fan needs to be replaced. The typical cost for a fan of this type, is probably about $150. In this case, the fan was provided to Cornerstone FREE, from the manufacturer. It took the technician about 15 minutes to replace the fan. I was changed $498 for the "Labor" portion of the warrantied repair. Cornerstone seems to do quality work and their responsiveness is exceptional ... expect to get price gouged for the privilege.

    Rock Solid Home Inspections
Charles was awesome! He was on-site early. Polite, courteous, thorough and and Charles made sure I understood what he was testing, the results and possible fixes for cosmetic issues. The report was detailed, with descriptions and pictures of potential issues or those items in working order; it was more than I expected. Well worth the price for a thorough inspection I can trust! I would definitely hire again and would recommend to anyone!

    Schmitt Inc
I have used this company since April 2012 and have found that the customer service has become increasingly poor over the past several years. In 2015 Schmitt replace my HVAC and I experienced some issues with the crew who did this installation. I had discussions of the problems with the HVAC service manager, Rick McClearly, who offered 3 free years of service maintenance, which I accepted. This is when the issue of poor customer service began. The main issue stems around the customer service agent, Diane. Diane is rude and has a very bad habit of interrupting me when on the phone. Diane has admitted to me that she knows she has a bad habit of interrupting people. On Thursday September 20, 2018 I called to schedule annual maintenance on my HVAC. Diane said I did not have any service left under my last service agreement and I would have to pay for the service call. I kept trying to tell Diane that that I was owed a service due to some errors on their end in scheduling, prompting her to tell me that she was trying to answer the phone and get service to someone who did not have AC when it was hot and was trying to leave for the day. Diane continued to argue that I did not have any service left under my last service agreement. I asked to speak with a manager and was blind transferred to the Customer Service Representative Atlanta Swatey and had to leave a voicemail. Atlanta returned my call on Monday September 24, 2018 as she was not in the office on Friday September 21, 2018. I explained to issue and Atlanta confirmed that within the notes on my profile in their system I was owed a service and explained my issues with Diane and that I tried to explaining that I was owed service, but Diane would not listen. I mentioned to Atlanta that I have previously spoken to her regarding Diane and relayed that people I know that use Schmitt refer to Diane as the rude one and told her that Diane admitted that she interrupts people and knows its a bad habit. Atlanta seemed very concerned and said she would speak to others regarding Diane. Atlanta then scheduled me for service on October 12, 2018 between 8 AM and 12 PM. On October 12 the service technician did not show up for the scheduled service. I called Schmitt at 12:03 PM and spoke to Atlanta about the no show. Atlanta admitted that it was her fault as she did not schedule the service properly and it was not put on dispatch schedule. She apologized, but I told her that was the nail in the coffin with them. She offered to send me an email about what happened and after some discussion, I told her to send me something in writing on Schmitt letterhead after she spoke with the owners. She assured me she would do that quickly. She wanted to reschedule service and I told her that they have lost my business for good. On October 19, 2018 I received a call from HVAC service manager, Rick McClearly, asking What can we do to get past this situation were in. I asked why he was calling since Atlanta said she was sending letter. He informed me the owners asked him to call. Told him they lost my business and he kept asking what they could do and I informed him that they need to tell me what they were going to do and getting free service was not something I wanted. Said I needed something in writing and he said he would talk to owners. As of October 26, 2018 no letter or call has been received. The only bright spot with Schmitt has been the people who come to do periodic service maintenance on the HVAC system. The people of who come out to do anything on the HVAC system know what they are doing.

    Airbourne A/C, Inc.
John, the owner, was hired to fix a fan in the home I rent. He came out and didnt have the part and said he would return the next day. Three days later we finally gave up and called him, he said he would come out and be able to get it running but he didnt have the part. Once he arrived he was very rude and belligerent. He fixed the unit with wire ties sticking out of the fan grate with another promise to return to fix the unit. He never did. The unit failed again and he was called out. This time he arrived and once again was rude from the time the door was answered...first thing he said was, it feels cool in here (mind you it was 86 degrees in the house and a very humid day). He then goes to the unit and says its running fine...however the unit was powered off from the breaker and he says its running fine. He didnt like that I told him the unit had no power on so he went to fix it. I then asked him about the wire ties to ensure it wasnt being rigged up like he left it last time and he once again became biligerent and said forget it, you can stay hot. Left the unit pulled apart and left. He was paid for the fan to start with that he never did anything but rig up. Stay away from this guy, hes a joke and unhinged.
