    Mike Jacobs Flooring
Mike installed a new vinyl flooring, he ran out of supplies so he was not able to finish the kitchen floors, so he said that he needs to get additional 2 more boxes of the vinyl strips to finish off the kitchen floors. And then from that time, he did not came back because he injured his leg in the summer, but we were not informed about his injury and we talked to him once in august, and he said he would be coming in a couple days to check the work and finish the job, from their we never heard from him again, we were trying to contact him but he was not responding back to our calls. He never even contacted us back regarding the pending works that he has with us. He was already paid in full, but the works is still hanging, and the floors at least in 2 spots is now buckling out. We wanted Mike to complete and finish the job and make the necessary repairs on the buckling floors.

Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast
Excellent!!! Could not have asked for better vendor: honest, cost effective, professional and highly skilled technical support. Would highly recommend this company. Ask for Carlos as cabinet installer. He is a credit to the company that employs him.l Owner/operator Shane provides homeowner a realistic and cost effective plan. This company operates way above the expectations of the normal Florida home contracting business -- extremely honest and reliable!!!

    Floor Coverings International
Amazing! From Start to Finish. The President of the company, Bill Hess helped us in selecting the type and color of the floor. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He came to the house measured and then relayed to the workers what needed to be done. They did an awesome job installing all flooring and transitions! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The installers sent to do the job did not seem to understand how to property install the transitions and the baseboards. They also failed to level and prep the sub-flooring properly. The baseboards were poorly pieced together, cut to the wrong lengths in a couple of areas and then heavily caulked to fill the gaps, and cut with a damaged saw blade that chewed up the baseboards. Two areas were left completely unfinished. They were suppose to paint the baseboards with the paint I purchased. They took my paint, but failed to paint the baseboards. I did get my paint back. The Installer was also rude and argumentative when I pointed out the problems. A second crew was sent out to try to fix the issues. They did their best to patch up a poor job instead of fully starting over, which is the only way it could have been done to my satisfaction. I have never been so disappointed by a service I paid good money for.

    Yeager & Company Inc
Outstanding service and quality installation. Yeager worked with our schedule to remove old tile and carpeting as well as installing new tile and carpet throughout our entire home. We had a narrow window in order to accomplish the renovation and Mike Shorba, the Sales Manager, ensured the job was accomplished on time with no surprises.. We could not love our flooring any more than we do. They are not the least expensive in town, but you get what you pay for and we are extremely happy.

There are many mistakes in our floor. When asked if fix, he did come over but did not rectify the situation . And, we are still cleaning up the mess that he left behind. Pretty disappointed. We had carpet installed in one room that we are satisfied with.

    Mark Warfel Construction Services Inc
Mark Warfel Construction was hired to perform $40k+ of services to restore my home after major water damage due to broken upstairs waterline. In addition I also contracted Mark Warfel to renovate an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs bathroom. Construction services necessary to perform the work required drywall installation, painting, vinyl plank and tile flooring installation, crown molding installation, interior and exterior door replacement, window treatment installation, light fixture installation. The drywall, crown molding, painting, tub and toilet replacement, upstairs tub tile surround, vinyl plank flooring effort, window treatment, and light fixture installations were completed satisfactorially. The door installations are okay except that we are still having difficulty with opertion of door handle and deadbolt locks on two of the three doors. We are dissatisfied with the floortile installation in the upstairs bathroom, the floor flexes and grout is cracking. Our biggest issues are associated with the shower work performed in our downstairs bathroom. The shower floor tile job does not allow for water to drain properly. The shower wall tile job is poorly done. Tile gaps are not even, surface across tiles is wavy/lumpy and grout color is not consistent. There was a leak discovered in the plumbing behind the shower valve that required Mark Warfel to go back into the wall after initial effort and replace a defective fitting. This also caused a wet drywall issue in the adjacent room which he repaired. It was subsequently discovered that the shower is still leaking somewhere and flooding the living room floor if the shower is left on for a long period of time. The living room vinyl flooring seams show evidence of mold/mildew where the shower water got under it and we are avoiding use of shower until measures are taken to isolate and repair the leak. Mark Warfel has left the job in this state and is not responding to email or phone calls. I believe my next step is to hire another contractor to resolve this issue and attempt to recover what I spend from Mark Warfel. For this reason I am giving reviews of "Lousy" in the categories of Quality, Responsiveness, Professionalism, and Overall.

I have used Yeager flooring many times and I must say that they are wonderful to work with. Jim Yeager is friendly, professional and has a keen sense of what works. In addition, his showroom has a multitude of choices for your home. His crews are easy to work with and do an excellent cleanup after the job is completed. I highly recommend Yeager & Co.

    Trademark Garage Floors
Excellent employees and process from start to finish. All the employees at this business are excellent including the office staff and the employees performing the work. The floor is beyond nice. All the cracks and surface imperfections are gone. This is a seamless beautiful finish. The only painful part is emptying the garage. You can place most items back in the garage within 2-3 hours after the job is completed and the autos after 24 hours. The floor in the garage is now as nice as all the other floors in the house. Before it got so hot outside we were going out in the garage and setting just to admire the floor:) This family owned business has been located in New Port Richey for many years.
