    I trusted Mr. Binning and he violated that trust. Issues with his crew walking off the job, every room had something unfinished. Subs he hired performing subpar work and his response was, ���I won���t use them again.��� But I am left with paint splattered on my terra cotta tile floor, my fireplace tiles and grout, doors primed but not painted. It took me days to clean up after the painters. Mr. Binning put in a new window in the master bedroom but there were large gaps/holes in the stucco around the window on the outside. Mr. Binning promised, on a weekly basis, to provide receipts and a spreadsheet of labor costs. That never happened! He also left all the construction debris in my garage and out back. I had to pay a few hundred more to get rid of it. So disappointed with the quality of the work and at the lack of integrity. I am heartedly disappointed and feel taken advantage of. Cannot recommended on any level.

    It went wondefully! The entire frame was rotten. They repaired the framework and cement base. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They were pleasant and explained what they were doing as they worked. This was important to me as I had a previous unpleasant experience with another company. When they came out for the estimate, the man was thorough in checking the situation and gave me an accurate estimate. There were no surprises when it came time to pay. I had 2 other estimates that were grossly inflated! I am very happy with my doors. They are beautiful and work perfectly.

    January: A1 windows and doors initial contact at the Tampa Home Show, Februrary 1st: Home visit with owner/sales [Jim] and product review/measurements, February 21st: Master installer & team leader [Joe] completed purchase agreement-order placed, May 29-31: Planned 2 day install turned into 3 day partial incomplete-install, problems, damaged materials, other ... installers wanted balance due $6k+, calls made by home owner to A1, June 7: Phone consult with master installer/team leader [Joe], plan: home meeting/review, June 9: Home walk thru with master installer/team leader [Joe], damaged window [sash] and damaged screen reordered, misc... Plan: reorder items from factory then install upon receipt, July 5: Rec'd call from A1, [some] parts in, they want to install, wanted balance due $6k+ August 3: A1 [J] sent over to install replacement sash and screen and complete misc to complete install, [J] attempted to collect balance due $6k+ when install was not complete yet, August 6: Building inspection scheduled for August 7th, August 7: Bldg inspection [windows and door] failed, subsequent multiple calls by this owner to A1, August 8: Approx 10:20 am-1:00 pm, master installer/team leader Joe and [J] correct problems, building inspection rescheduled for August 9th. [Note: Once onsite and with tools in hand, master installer/team leader [Joe] stepped up to the plate correcting the previous installation problems & preparing for bldg inspection #2], August 9: Building inspector passes window/door installation. [J] returns in the afternoon [2:30 pm - 6:30 pm] to complete installation [and misc other punch list corrective items not completed]. August 9 6:46 pm, this homeowner left a voice message on master installer/team leader [Joe's] voicemail with update [install complete, 2 checks given to [J] and misc feedback for Joe-A1 given. Install complete as of August 9, 2018, 6:30 pm. End.

    Am extremely pleased with all of the work. Everything was done with professionalism. The wonderful thing with DSHR is that there are four employees, and it is not like dealing with a one man operation. I am an extremely cautious individual when work is being done around my home because of the horror stories you read about concerning Florida contractors. Rest assured Mike and his employees are very knowledgeable and skilled. Mike also referred me to a locksmith who also was very good. I will certainly be using this group in the future, and have recommended them to friends.

    My story is very similar to the other review. Mr. Binning betrayed my trust. Work was not completed to satisfaction or left undone. Rehab workers walked off the job due to disputes with him. Week over week I asked for budget updates and he promised to deliver spreadsheets and receipts. Doors primed but not painted. Paint on tile floors and fireplace brick. Construction debris and broken glass left around the property and it cost me a few hundred dollars to have it cleaned and hauled away. Beyond all the costs unaccounted for, work not completed or left half done and poor quality work, it was being taken advantage of the stings the most. Like the other reviewer I had to hire another person to come in and finish the job I paid him to do. Don���t fall for his ���I���m a Christian��� or ���Army Veteran man of honor��� he is none of those things. Shame on me for trusting him and shame on him for violating that trust.

    Team of 2 worked diligently and cleaned/ adjusted all tracks and replaced all the old rollers, adding 2 rollers and replacing the 2 older ones for a total of 4. Everything works great. The cost adds up quickly. It was $150/ panel.

    Ray's team made of three were professional, courteous, neat and respectful young men. Ray arrived each morning by 7:30 and made sure all was in order for his crew. I will give them the highest rating but most importantly I will always recommend Bozarth.

    It did not go as well as it should. The service department was, for the most part, pleasant enough but not efficient. The young man who actually came out and did the work was very new and unsure of himself but very good to work with. When we first started this process in September, they were out here very quickly, assessed the situation, took photos of the two windows, said we needed new balancers, and the front door needed a new flush bolt, and said he would talk to the manager who would then get back to us after collecting a $30 charge for the estimate. Then things seemed to fall apart. We didn't hear from them again about an estimate. We called several times before we got an answer and the young man, wish I recalled his name, he was extremely nice, came out and picked up the screens to be changed to pet screen, took more photos and said they couldn't find the parts for the windows. He also couldn't find a flush bolt that would fit the front door stating that they didn't make them any longer for doors that old. The door was 4 years old! I then gave him a copies of the original paperwork for the windows and doors that included parts and model #s for each. He said I could call the parts manager and let him know this information but I felt that was his job, not mine. He agreed and took the information and said they would call us when the screens were ready. We waited almost a month for those to come back. He installed them on October 19 and then fixed the front door finding it didn't need a new flush bolt at all but had been postponed incorrectly by a delivery person and had jammed. Then he said they found the parts (balancers) for our windows but the warehouse said they only shipped in a box of 6 (a cost of $18.65 each) for a one time fee of $25. We needed 4, they would send 4 but would charge us $25 shipping fee per balancer as a result!!! That made no sense so I told him to order the 6, we would keep 2 in reserve and it would be cheaper overall. He said they might like to have the extra 2 on hand in case another customer came in with the same window problem. He told me again to call the parts manager to discuss all this with him. Again I suggested that he should talk to the parts manager. He agreed and said they would call me shortly when things were ready. We've called many times since then, we've been told that they'd get back to us the next day (they never did). Once we were told they had never heard of us and had no record of us ever doing business there. We gave them the number of the work order that was on our receipt to help out. Later, they found the work order where we'd paid $661 for the screen work and would "get back to us soon" when they got the balancers. Still, no response since then to a few more calls trying to get this taken care of. Maybe the worker who was here didn't deliver the message. We do not know. Bottom line, we don't recommend them. The screen job was great, no argument there, but as for the rest of this we felt they weren't interested. For the record, no one there ever raised their voice or was rude or unkind and neither were we. We have simply given up and will find another company that can do the small jobs. In case you're wondering, the company that originally installed the windows ten years ago is out of business which is why we called Pasco Window & Door, we live in the same town and like to support local businesses, and the recommendations on Angie's List helped too.

    Karoly was the only owner who came from a company to give an estimate. He not only gave a competitive quote, but, he also promised to install weeks ahead of the other companies. As with any big project, there were some hiccups, but, everything was taken care of. Employees were knowledgeable and professional and windows arrived on schedule. Everything looked beautiful after the installation. However, we have waited to write our review to check things out throug the year. Our yippee dogs, who barked at EVERYTHING and EVERYONE who went by outside, rarely every lift their heads at noises now because of such an improved sound dampening. Our electric bill went down about $30 month in the summer. Now, we are enjoying the easy to open and slide windows with the cool air. And the inside the door window blinds are amazing. Most importantly, as Hurricane Irma approached a few months ago, we simply watched out our windows while everyone else was running to get boards at the hardware stores. Our neighbors couldn't believe how loud the wind was during the storm. But, we slept through the night and barely heard the wind! We purchased Simonton Stormbreaker Plus windows and they are coastal approved for hurricane protection. If we every move within this area, I would not even consider another company other than Karoly Windows or another window brand other than Simonton. Thank you!

He listens to what you want and doesn't forget. He is phenomenal. If you call him, you'll have a wait, but he is worth the wait and he's a really nice person.
