    Poor experience. Dentist was not concerned with the level of pain I was experiencing during the removal of the temporary crown that was placed three weeks prior. The crown looks like an anvil. I only accepted the crown because I could not stand the thought of going through the pain of having the temp put back on and removed again in another 3 weeks. I should have been shown the crown prior to the removal of the temp.

    I usually don't post negative reviews because I understand what it can do to a small business and like to give the benefit of the doubt. I can no longer do that with Trinity Dental Arts. They have been misleading and unethical at best with their treatment of my husband and I. Both of us have been patients of Dr Gjelaj for a little over a year now and in April, I had an old crown bothering me so I went in and they stated I needed to replace it. I said fine and made the appointment. They gave me a proposal of cost, my out of pocket would be close to $2000 and insurance would be billed for about $1000. All is good and dandy, get the temporary crown put in and for a week am in excruciating pain, the second day, I had to go back when they first opened because it popped off. They put the permanent one on the following week, pain was still there. Got their follow up call to see how I was doing, they explained it was normal to have pain for about a month, I said ok, hopefully it'll be gone by my next follow up (July 10th) well the pain is not gone and the follow up had to be cancelled. I had another dentist take a look and they state a crown should not have been placed without a root canal first. Aside from the work being done incorrectly, we receive a bill 2 months later for $1100 which is the portion they stated the insurance would be billed for. We call and they say, we have not heard back from the insurance so you are responsible. I say ok let me call the insurance and see what is going on. Insurance tells me the dental office has opted out of accepting Delta Dental as of January 1st 2018. My work was done in April 2018. I call the office manager (Piru) with the insurance company on the line and tell him what they are telling us he tells them well why don't you pay out of network, they say this plan doesn't have out of network. He states oh then customer is liable. I ask him why did he not tell me he no longer accepted our insurance before getting work done.. his exact words were "we do not have the responsibility to go the extra mile, my only responsibility is to fix the tooth and get paid for it" I said so you have no ethical responsibility to not mislead your patients with false proposals when you know you no longer accept their insurance they have had for the past year and he said no I don't. So instead of risking losing a customer by being honest and up front about this back in April, he has now lost two customers for good. Hopefully Dr Gjelaj wises up and no longer allows her practice to be ran like this by her shady husband.

    The last time my daughter saw Dr. Graff, she told me she was standing near the door to leave the inner office area when Dr. Graff got up from his desk, came out of his office, walked over to her and said, ���You���re pretty,��� then walked away. When I asked her for more details, she said it has happened before. Told me while she was being treated by Dr. Graff he rubbed her arm, told her she was pretty and ���a good girl.��� I talked to my other daughter and she matter-of-factly told me the same things happen to her whenever she has an appointment. She said he touches her shoulder, rubs her collarbone, and tells her she���s pretty while she���s in the chair. She said the tone is very creepy and makes her uncomfortable. Before I found out about this, she had posted about it on her social media account. She said subsequently two girls from her school shared similar experiences. One told her, ���I���m sorry you have to go to him, I used to be his patient but switched doctors because he did the same thing to me.��� A second girl and current patient reported he tells her she���s beautiful and makes her uncomfortable with touching and other inappropriate comments. My daughters won���t be returning as patients.

    When I went back to Dr. McCaslin about 2 weeks later to have the crown put on, they were efficient, made sure I was comfortable as the work was being done, and created and placed the crown on my tooth in that one visit. It's been about 2 to 3 weeks now and the work that was done has felt completely natural and comfortable.

    Terrible. Crown made wrong, had to be removed. Four fillings at other teeth, caused so much pain went to other dentist for review/2nd opinion. All fillings had to be removed/redone. Not all of tooth decay had been removed prior to new fillings put in. Both crown and fillings caused infection. Had crown redone by other provider, requested refund of crown only as not completed by Dr. Rudman. Sent 3 letters with no response and no refund. Cost double for crown as had completed by other. Would not recommend dentist, staff great.

    Procedure okay,they changed the price on my second visit,on the middle of my treatment.they added a lab charge I had not agreed to originally.had no choice as my treatment was on progress.they were unwilling to even explain the charge.also push VERY hard for you to finance thousands for dental work....

    I just want to thank Dr. Lewis and his staff for above and beyond professional service I received on 3/8/17. Experiencing severe pain, his office staff was able to squeeze me in the same day I called. The Dental Assistant patiently, and thoroughly listened to me explain my symptoms, concerns, and theories as to what the problem was. His Assistant was then able to communicate these effectively to Dr. Lewis and I didn���t have to repeat them when he came into the room. Dr. Lewis���s diagnosis was spot on, and alternative treatments were discussed. After selecting a course of action, Dr. Lewis was able to, (again without having been scheduled an appointment previously), treat my problem immediately. Dr. Lewis���s touch is always extremely gentle, and treatment was immediately effective, and painless. (He and his staff are always concerned for the comfort of the patient.) Instructions for aftercare were discussed, and have proven effective for pain management. I can���t recommend Dr. Lewis���s dental practice strongly enough! As I am older than he, and save relocation, he will be my dentist for the rest of my life! Thank-you Dr. Lewis, and Staff.

    The extraction and implant were both totally pain free. After 3 months I went back to finish the implant procedure, and again, no pain, all went exceptionally well. A very caring Doctor as well as a most pleasant staff.

    There are two dentists There. Dr. Davis and Dr. Kissel. They're both super. They take their time and do excellent work. They're patient and pleasant. They take their time, so their dental work is exact. You never feel like you're being rushed there.

    They need to improve on just to understand the billing more and every time they don't seem to know what I already paid for basically. For the things I already paid for they are still billing me. With punctuality there's an issue with getting in to see a dentist.
