Trucks and workers were promp and worked all day preparing for the concrete. We had extended the width of driveway. They poured leveled and gave instructions to water it daily. Sounds strange but they said it has to for proper curing.

Excellent job by a crew of 4 very hard working guys. They spent most of the time from 9am to 7 pm under the house. Everything that was in the crawl space, and didn't belong, was removed and hauled away. Workmanship was great! I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

    APD Advanced Stabilization
He was fantastic and I want to give them a A+++. They cleaned up and left everything better than how they arrived. Their employees were nice and nice to have on our property. I took their business cards and I plan to hand them out to anyone who needs this type of service completed. I want to mention that I went out and received 6 estimates from different companies and we chose him, because I felt that they were extremely honest and that they were going to do the best that they could. I trusted them and after the work was done, the owner himself came out to check on the completed job; they made a great impression and they stand by their work.

Justin (owner) is a great communicator, great crew. Provided free estimate. They are : stabilizing foundation/structure of concrete building. Replacing any roof joist that are rotted. Masonry/foundation work. I think their price is fair compared to other quotes.

    Certified Foundations Inc
CFI has not honored their contract, have not completed the work, did not provide warranty, and did not perform work to county, state, federal codes. Spoke with owner James Collier after usual representative Bill Caulfield disappeared, and he was not receptive to the incomplete items we requested to be completed. He argued that he wasn't responsible because he personally didn't promise anything, but we know that Bill Caulfield was CFI's representative who made promises on behalf of the company. Bill Caulfield was the only representative who ever handled the this case. Bill Caulfield was the only representative that we were informed could handle any problems when we actually called CFI's office directly, months ago, about unresolved issues. We also received a very professional information sheet that indicated Bill would always be available to answer our questions. We are still missing documents, work was not completed to code, CFI never registered warranty with secondary party, CFI didn't complete additional work that representative promised, CFI didn't finish clean up and repair after damage was done by them during the work they performed, CFI did not reimburse for missing ladder as indicated after their departure. 1. We never received a signed contract from CFI, we were told we would get something from Bill Caulfield but never received any additional paperwork 2. We never received the release of lien from CFI 3. We never received any warranty registration documentation for 2-10 Home Warranty nor the CFI lifetime warranty (2-10 rep says you never registered it) 4. Reimbursement has not been made for the stolen ladder, the fence was never repaired, the carpet that was removed from the patio was never replaced, the holes drilled and filled in cement were not all filled level, and a patch of cement was left behind was never removed. These issues were supposed to be corrected according to Bill Caulfield. 5. Bill Caulfield additionally promised that CFI would provide new paint and a new roof as part of the remediation work . CFI was supposed to do all the painting work themselves but contracting out for the roofing work. Bill indicated he got approval from his bosses and that he was authorized and represented CFI in order to promise these items. He also indicated that $5000 was built into the price of each remediation job to offer this as an internal reimbursement for the work that was to be performed. 6. Finally, the remediation performed on this home was not completed according to code and in conformity with the National Flood Insurance Program, Florida Building Code, and Pasco County Code in regards to 50% rule as it does apply to sinkhole grout remediation. Not sure why CFI would pull a permit to do the work, when they weren't completing the job as it should have been bringing the structure up to code. This company has been unresponsive after being argumentative. In addition to our contract and good moral decency, CFI's Website indicates 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed... that's what we want.

    Barnhardt Construction LLC
From start to finish, Chris Barnhardt of Barnhardt Construction LLC. demonstrated he could get the job done, and done right. Overseeing all aspects of construction from the architectural design right down to the demolition, Chris was there every step of the way. He was timely and professional throughout the entire process, and the end result was nothing short of outstanding. He quoted me a fair price for the work and followed up with an honest and steadfast effort. I applaud Chris and his team for their efforts and I can't wait to work with them again when we open a second location in the near future.

This is the second time I've used APT personally, and I have referred them to friends and family that have had them perform work as well. I have dealt with this company over the course of the last 7 years. On each of the projects, the consistency of the desire to please the client was very refreshing. You may even miss the guys once your job is complete, because you can't help but grow fond of such wonderful people. The work they do is brutal, and can be disrupting to your normal routine. They seem to understand this, as they are always in communication with you to make sure any issues and/or concerns are addressed, and resolved. I highly recommend placing your trust in the good family of ADP.

Great people ! Fred, the sales rep arrived on time, surveyed my problem and gave me my options. He was straightforward, knowledgeable and courteous, what more could you ask for ? I told him to do the job and he sent me the papers and we moved forward. The workers were excellent. George and...sorry forgot the other guys name but both went right to work, explained what they were doing and goterdone. Nice, courteous guys. I highly recommend this company.

    Universal Soil Solutions,LLC
He walked around the house looking for cracks and found none except for some very minor ones that are probably settling cracks.  He scared us into calling the insurance company immediately and making a claim which was a bad thing to do.  After much testing by engineers hired by the insurance company nothing was found.  We now have a sinkhole claim against us on the record which may cause the loss of our insurance.
