    I am very dissatisfied with my recent experience with Friendly Kia. I got a guaranteed price through TruCar for a Kia Optima. I was not given the TruCar price when I picked up the car at Friendly Kia. As I calculate the price I was overcharged by $2265. When I brought this to the attention of Friendly Kia I was told that I was in fact overcharged but by only $831. I showed them an additional obvious $400 mistake resulting from omiting my military rebate. Friendly Kia did admit that they made an additional mistake and overcharged me by $1231. This was two very obvious mistakes in the purchae price. I still believe that Friendly Kia overcharged me by an additional $1034. I attempted to show them the additional obvious mistake but they started throwing out so many convoluted numbers that had nothing to do with my purchase that it was a hopeless exercise in showing them their additional mistake. I was not satisfied but I was totally frustrated and decided to accept the $1231 overcharge for the two mistakes that Friendly Kia admitted to making and cut my losses. Friendly Kia did acknowledge the two mistakes after I brought them to their attention but at no time was their any kind of apology. If I had not caught Friendly Kia mistakes I would have been out $2265.

    Drove the car home and found many issues, very unsafe, told Teddy I wanted a safe reliable car for my daughter and her 3 small children. Now we are out $3500 and no vehicle. He refused to make it right...BUYER BEWARE

    The job was aweful the second time around! The seats in my car were not cleaned at all, he missed the bugs on the front bumper all together, he refused to take a check made out to Mobile Care Care...AGAIN. I told him that was the only way he would get paid. McDonald's was having a promotion at the time, one where a tab could be pulled off drinks and French fries. It was the Monopoly game they have. One of my kids (8 year old son) had a free medium French fry coupon that was in my center console. I don't care about French fries, but when kids win something like that, they think they hit the lottery. Well, Mr. Bill Swisher, the "CEO" of Mobile Care Care STOLE my son's monopoly piece and some loose change in the center console I had. I didn't clean it out since I really didn't think a "CEO" of a company which has "hundred's of franchises across the US" would need to steal a coupon worth $1.50 and .80 cents from me. The guy is a fake and a fraud, who demands paid with checks made out to him directly. If you use this creep, make sure you write a check to Mobile Care Care only, not to Bill Swisher or give him your credit card. He tried to get me to use mine but it was with a square reader which would guessed it.....directly to Bill Swisher's bank account, NOT to Mobile Care Care the company. He charges $140 for the initial detailing, pushing the $25 unlimited for life details thereafter and that's because the guy will never come back and never send any other employee to detail either, because, guess what? There are no other employees! Not even a "secretary". Don't fall for this guy and his crap!

    The company was unable to meet the originally scheduled appointment. I agreed to a change of date and location. They we're professional and punctual, but I specifically requested attention to one part of my vehicle that was completely missed, and one of my floor mats was lost (?)
