  Window Genie, owned/manged by Dragan, conducted a very poor job overall cleaning our house. The first time they came out, they splatter bleach over my cedar shakes that looks terrible, had to come back to stain them. Destroyed my plants by trampling all over them. Dragan sent out inexperience workers who were clearly poorly trained, and then sent them back out again to resolve the poor job they did only to send out another crew back to fix what the first crew did not - three times they have come out and they were even worse! They chipped paint along by balcony by dragging their hoses across it. WORSE pressure washing company I have every hired, which I will never do again. Buyer Beware!

  Flantastic Enterprises

  The owner was exceptional at communicating quickly and with professionalism. A staff of two came and spent over 3 hours on our house. They left the house looking brand new! I kept going from room to room, so relieved and happy with how well it looked. They even cleaned out the fridge! I would defintely recommend them. The owner will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy!

  I. D. Cleaning Service

  I scheduled with this place to clean a house I just moved out of - I scheduled it 3 weeks in advance. The day before she was supposed to come clean I called just to confirm. Thank goodness I did since apparently she was having car trouble & didn't bother to call & tell me she wouldn't be there. This is literally two days before I'm supposed to be fully out of the place & the new tenants move in...meaning I had literally two days to scramble & try to figure out what to do. I understand that people have problems come up - apparently this persons car was having issues - I get it. What gets me is if I hadn't called & checked on this I wouldn't have found out until she just didn't show up...she never bothered to call & let me know she wouldn't make it. When confronted with this she actually said to me that she's never cleaned for me before - as if this was some sort of excuse...so since she's never cleaned for me before it's OK to just not show up??? Supposedly she does great work. But I would definitely not risk relying on that since it doesn't matter how great that work is if she doesn't show up when she says she will. If you can't make an agreed upon appointment you cancel - that's how it's supposed to work. It's not only professionalism it's common courtesy.

  Did an amazing job.  The crew arrived early, worked very fast, cleaned up after themselves and my windows have never looked as good since new.  Would absolutely hire them again without question.  Highest possible recommendation.

  Pink Cleaning LLC

  Provider was hired to do a deep clean and said she it would take 3 to 4 hours.  We let her in and then left to go run errands, so as not to be in her way.  She called one hour later and said she was complete (1 hour and 11 minutes to be exact as we checked the security camera).  We returned to inspect the work and nothing was clean. Nothing had been dusted. All of the surfaces that were glass had been wiped with a dirty rag and were smeared.  The floor had been swept and not very well.  The toilet was not clean.  The floors were not clean.  The walls had not been dusted or wiped.  The base boards were not clean.  The door handles or light switches had not been touched.  Nothing had been done but a quick wipe mop and vacuum.  
  
  All of the items to be completed were on a list that was left for her. These items were gone over in detail and agreed upon a week prior during the assessment and estimate.  When we arrived home we called her to make her aware of our major concerns and hopefully have her return to complete the work or at the very least discuss how so much could have been lost in translation. We attempted calling her more than 5 times over the course of three days with no return call.  Finally she texted and said she would call the next day and never did.  I called her because I was going to the police to see if I could file criminal theft charges on her, and told her if she just wanted to bring the money back I would not proceed.  I told her she was a con artist and a thief and that she had done nothing she had agreed to in our meeting that was listed on paper.  She said she would bring back the money the next day.  She went to the police station and figured out that it was a civil matter and I would have to sue her to ge back $160.  Once she figured this out she drove by our house and flipped us off while we were sitting outside on our porch.
  
  This woman is a thief, a liar, and a scumbag.  Please do not let her in your house.  WE ARE MISSING ITEMS BUT CANNOT PROVE SHE TOOK THEM.  We should have not paid her in advance and we should have not left her in our house alone with her brother. considering the size (1000 sq ft) she had ample time in 3 hours to complete the agreed upon task and she did not she should not have agreed.

  I contacted First Coast and an appointment was scheduled for an estimate. The young lady discussed all services and walked through the house then provided an estimate. I opted for the $135 bi-monthly which includes my Angie's List discount. I was scheduled the following week for my first included and added a $50 baseboard cleaning for a fresh start. The Team Leader, Bonnie, called before the visit and did a great job. The next cleaning was great too. Very thorough and Bonnie is easy to talk to as well which is very important to me as she gets to know my home. I hope the great service continues and I will recommend highly!

  The team arrived exactly at the time they were scheduled and went to work immediately.  They were very systematic and thorough and very understanding about our pets.  They worked steadily for over three hours and when they left the house was absolutely spotless.  We couldn't be happier with their work and highly recommend them.
