Cand S called and scheduled the work to start on Monday the 24th of October. Cand S also called on the 24th to explain they were on their way. The first thing we did was completely review the scope of work to make sure we were in agreement. Once that was done, Cand S immediately started work. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Repaired rotted and shifted wood in eves (soffit and facia) on both first and second stories of my two story house. Painted all eves. Prepared and painted columns supporting the front door overhang. Prepared and painted wood trim on leaded and beveled glass glass at front door. Prepared and painted inserts in arched windows on first floor. Repaired/replaced/painted rotted wood on rear door trim. Repaired roof vents. Prepared and painted metal over windows.
