    The first time they said they knocked on the door and no one answered. I was sitting in the house waiting for them. They said they called but they said they did not record my number correctly. I ended up calling them and asking for a written estimate and they said they didn't do that. I paid about $95 and can't get a written estimate. That's pretty poor.

    The repair person was there within 2 hours of my call. He stated two parts needed to be ordered and it would take 2-3 days. 10 days later, its not fixed nor have I gotten an answer as to when it will be repaired. Emails have not been answered either. I called 5 days, 7 days and now 10 days after the visit. If the parts are difficult to obtain or late in arriving, it would be professional and the correct thing to do is SAY something. But by not, they are looking shady.

    I���m not sure how so many people have had a great experience, and I did not. Scheduler was friendly and technician was prompt. From there it went south, quickly. Technician diagnosed the issue as the oven needing a new control board. He quoted labor/parts at close to $400 (the cost of a brand new oven). A quick Internet search shows the part to be less than $140 and labor should be a little over $100 - far less than the price quoted by ALC. Then, the technician charged a service fee of $85. The service fee on Angie���s List is shown as $60. I despise companies who take advantage of other people.

    Excellent. I called yesterday, Monday, and Chris was sent out today. Couldn't ask for more responsive service. He called a half hour before arriving so I could put my dogs away. In about an hour he had diagnosed and repaired the problem, no parts required. Very nice guy, very pleasant to deal with. I almost feel like I should have some minor complaint, just so this review sounds authentic, but I'd have to make one up. The best service company I've dealt with in years, bar none.

    This was a multiple week process on both the refridgerator and the stove. They had to come out 4 times for the refridgerator - a process of elimination but got it fixed. For the stove, they came out twice - the first replacement control panel was faulty. I was only charged for the original parts and labor. I will say this, Danny is a business owner determined to do the right thing for his customers. He is a very good detective in running down tough problems.

    They had to come out 4 times to eventually get it fixed. Ordered 2 different parts over 3 weeks. Went a few days without a functioning refrigerator. Eventually was fixed. I also had them order a new touch pad for my stove 12 days ago. They have not returned my call or set up an appointment to fix yet. I had to pre-pay. I might have to down grade if they don't call soon.

    Our refrigerator had quit cooling. All Brand arrived as scheduledand diagnosed the problem quickly. They had to order a circuit board but the fridge was repaired two days later. I appreciate their timeliness and professionalism.

    Very quick to respond to troubleshoot both my Samsung and GE refrigerator.  Shot down the Evap assy in the Samsung and shot down the Ice Route assy in the GE.  They had to special order both parts.  ALC called in a few days to schedule an appointment to replace the parts.  They were able to work with me on my work schedule.  They had to reschedule due to their work load that day but came out on time on the rescheduled day.  ALC had good communication with me.  The GE refrigerator job was cut and dry with no problems.  The Samsung malfunctioned Evap assy was frozen thick and caused some problems.  The repairer had equipment problems when his heat gun burned up during melting of the ice.  He had to use my house water to hose the coil to melt the ice.  Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend them to other customers.  90 day warranty on parts and labor.

    Initially I thought that he should have used a Van instead of a small car but turns out that was not important. He seemed very knowledgeable, Answered questions easily and was Friendly. Turned out the unit was not reparable without spending more than it was worth. He had recommendations but did not push in any Direction.
