    Top Choice Windows & Doors
From the initial sales proposal through project completion, this was a great experience and I would happily hire Liviu and his team again. When getting quotes from several companies, Liviu was the only window company that recognized this was a remodel so he didn't try to retrofit standard door and window configurations to fit my needs. As a result, the finished product replacing the original 1980 style awning window lanai enclosure transformed the space as if it was always built that way. Couldn't be more impressed with Liviu's knowledge, experience, professionalism, and courtesy throughout. There were a couple of issues encountered resulting in a delayed completion but Liviu handled everything for us until everything was done. Would absolutely recommend.

    Pool and Deck Concepts
We found Naples Pool and Deck Concepts to be professional, responsive and competitively priced. Though not the least expensive we believe we received value for what was paid. They also stand behind their work. When we pointed out a problem with the paver decking after the screen enclosure was repaired, they readily acknowledged the issue and corrected the problem at no additional charge to us.

Ace Screen Repair & More, LLC.
Great, I have known Katie with Ace Contracting for several years and have done work with her many times and have also referred her to family, colleagues, and friends who have also been very pleased with their work. She is reliable, hard working, and always produces great products and services.

    Naples Outdoor Living
Naples Outdoor Living quickly responded to my call inquiring about a pool enclosure. I was recommended to NOL by my Landscape Designer. NOL came by within 48 hours to visit the site and had an estimate in my hands a few days later. They were very kind in their follow up to estimate and won the job. They committed to having the enclosure completed within 30 days of my deposit. They beat that time frame and did a super job. We love the enclosure!

    Hydrotech Pools Inc
Could not possibly be more pleased. Irmas removal of our pool cage served as the impetus for a complete re-do of the deck and pool. Pricing on the travertine pavers, done in a French pattern, was competitive, and beat estimates from 2 well known local companies (in one case by a country mile). The work on the spa involved the removal of the deco glass block wall, and rebuilding the wall with concrete/rebar. Work started pretty much right on schedule. They had a well thought out game plan, and there was minimal down time (most of that weather related). The stone suppliers mistakenly delivered 4 wide coping instead of the 24 wide bullnose coping wed ordered. The mistake was corrected in 48 hours. I have to give kudos at this point to our project super, who was on top of everything as work progressed. The super, Rob Rogers, monitored things closely, and was in phone or text contact with me daily. He did a superb job. After the deck work was finished, the pool resurfacing job got underway. There must have been 12-15 men here that day (with threats of rain almost throughout the day); during the one or two occasions it began to lightly rain, plastic tarps were immediately deployed to cover the just poured pebble tec surface, with large fans activated to keep the pool bottom dry and the tarps raised. Everything looks tremendous, and Ive gotten nothing but compliments from neighbors and friends. I plan to share some before and after photos, but not just yet; hopefully, these can be added to my review afterwards. The orange contractors fence that still surrounds the decks perimeter has seen better days, and its presence in the background will sorely detract from any photos taken right now. As soon as Hydrotechs subcontractor gets the cage put up, I will prepare an update to this review, and provide some before and after photos which will speak for themselves. OK, I suppose that qualifies as a nudge, and a request that the cage contractor begin its work sooner rather than later. I just dont want stains (from leaves which drop to the bottom daily) to end up ruining our beautiful new pool. I highly recommend Hydrotech, and, once again, commend the work done by Rob Rogers in pulling everything together with such efficiency. (Note: the cost provided, below, includes the price of the pool cage/enclosure)

    Premier Aluminum
We are still waiting for the work to begin. The estimator came quickly and was very responsive, but nothing further has happened in several months. We now expect that the work will not begin until a full year after the damage was done, so we remain in "limbo" with only a partial cage.

    Nassau Pools Construction Inc
The owner came over in February, and took complete measurements for a new pool cage, a travertine paver deck, and a pool resurfacing/retiling. After I received the owner's voice message saying that my time window to complete the job was not feasible, I both texted and spoke with the owner, telling him that the job could be done during the summer, in order to accommodate both his and the pool cage subcontractor's schedules. He thanked me for being flexible, and said he'd have the estimates for me within the week. I never heard back from him again. I guess things must be going well at a company when its owner can just blow off a $40,000+ job, especially one involving a prospective client who was serious enough to have shopped for pavers, and sent photos of his selection.

    Jordan Andrew Construction, Inc.
Excellent. Jordan Andrew Construction was quick to respond to hurricane damaged enclosure and saw to all of the details, including permit and drawings. Communication and administration were spot on as well. I would recommend this company.

    SuperView Screen Enclosures, Inc
WARNING!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I found out the hard (and expensive) way. This Company is taking deposits and not doing the work. Do your research. I only searched SuperView Screen Enclosures, Inc. and I got taken along with my next door neighbor here in Naples. They took a deposit in November 2017 to build my new screen enclosure which was destroyed by Hurricane Irma. Over 3 months later and nothing has been done. Nothing but excuse after excuse as to why they were behind. I requested a refund which they said they would return to me. This never happened and they will no longer answer my calls. They are just operating under a new name. Andre Chestnut and Suzy Fisher started this company in 2017. Google their names and read the numerous complaints with the BBB and on the Ripoff Report about them and the other businesses they operated. They operated under a number of other companies with a track record of taking money and not doing the work. Companies such as USA Screens, Chestnut Screen Depot, New Image Screens, New Image Aluminum. They list their address in Coral Springs, FL. This is not their actual location. It is a PakMail Shipping location with mailboxes that they use to appear to be local. I had the Coral Springs Police Department inform me of this when they went looking for them. The address for the License Holder is an Apartment in Weston Fl. The Broward County Sheriffs Office visited the apartment and the lady living there claimed to have never heard of them. I am currently having them investigated by the Economic Crime Unit of The Broward County Sheriff. Also contacted the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and they are VERY familiar with these individuals and all the Companies they are associated with. They had also received numerous complaints. I have also filed a complaint with them. You can contact the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation at 850-487-1395 to verify this. SuperView Screen Enclosures, Inc now seems to be targeting SW Florida after the Hurricane. STAY AWAY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH.. UPDATE......Just got a call from another homeowner that was also taken by this company. He and his neighbor are both out $10,000 each. They gave Andre Chestnut deposits 5 months ago. Absolutely nothing done. Thats another $20k stolen from Naples residents. .

    Fabri-Tech Screen Enclosures Inc
Since my cage was only 2.5 years old I tried to contact Fabri-tech of Fort Myers who constructed the cage for my pool contractor. Since their phones were down, I sent a notice via their contact page on their web site on September 11th. When I did not get a call back, I continued to send notices until I finally reached them on the phone on September 22. The lady who answered said that I would be put on a list and hung up. I then called my pool vendor who said they were forwarding a priority list to Fabri-tech and that I was on it. I called back on September 28th and talked to Rebecca (I think) and she said that I was not on a list but would put me on their list. I called back on October 9th and talked to Dana (I know this name). She looked up my info and could not find it. She said that I was not on a list, she then transferred me in to voice mail ****. I was never able to speak with a human again. I tried to call again on October 17th and the person who answered would not give me any information. When I asked if my pool company had sent a preferred list and if that would help she said no and hung up. Overall, I have four contacts through their web site and 13 phone calls to them and cant even find out if I am on a list to get an estimate. When calling other cage companies, they tell me that due to the volume of calls they can only handle their previous customers which i understand I guess this tells me what Fabritech thinks of their customers
