Fantastic service, super attention to detail and great work! Happy wife, happy life really applies here. What we had done: Cabinet refacing (new doors and drawer faces, new soft close hinges, custom spice rack, custom trash (dual) area). Everything came out awesome, to compliment our new granite countertops and sink area. This company (John, Will, Orlando and crew) covered every detail and were always respectful of our time... and kept everything super clean during the renovations). If you only have time to read this first paragraph, rest assure that you've found the right company and a good price... and they actually have better service, better quality cabinets and great ideas! If you have more time, read the below for the specifics... Over the past year, my wife and I decided to "redo" our kitchen through "refacing" our kitchen cabinet doors and drawers. We shopped all over, including the "big box" stores, but the same name kept coming up... John Fish - owner of Accurate Cabinet Refacing in Naples, FL. John and Will's experience were invaluable and just what we needed for our kitchen. Will came out to measure and give us some ideas and showed us many many photos of other jobs that turned out beautiful. He gave us valuable tips and some custom pieces that would really make my wife happy (such as the spice cabinet they built custom for us!) They came out on time, as promised... and Orlando was super meticulous and very clean... you could tell he took pride in his work. Overall, we are VERY satisfied with everything that was completed and it looks like we have a brand new kitchen! They fulfilled all of our needs (double trash area, custom slide out drawers, spice rack, etc). We would use accurate cabinet refacing and John Fish again in a heartbeat... They also have excellent follow up "after the sale" and installation. We had a soft close hinge that failed and John came right over and took care of it, which was very much appreciated! We liked doing business with loyal, small businesses vs. the commercials you see on tv, radio, etc... The biggest thing with John Fish and Accurate Cabinet Refacing is that they came out when they promised, did everything they said they were going to do and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We really appreciated that vs. some companies that don't keep their word. Feel free to contact us for more information about our experience with them... I am normally a "tough grader," but they truly earned an A+ ... 5 out of 5 stars - highly recommended.

Divine Design & Floor Covering Inc
Contract was signed May 24, 2019. As of today, September 16, 2019, the second bathroom is not complete. Contractor did bring tile sub-contractor over to evaluate project, prior to start. However, he did not bring a plumber. When, at the last minute, we decided to switch the order of the projects, he did not mention that the work (for that bathroom, which included removing the bathtub) had to be permitted and and that he had not contacted the plumber to start the process. However, he did start the demolition, which denied us the use of that bathroom for several weeks (because we needed to get a construction permit). After he contacted the plumber the first time, I had to initiate the follow-up calls to the plumber. He went through three (3) separate tile sub-contractors to complete the first bathroom. I had to order and pick up the sink cabinet. My wife and I had to shop the different marble and granite tradesmen to select the cabinet top. We also had to shop for the shower fixtures. In addition, we had to visit the store that provided quality shower enclosures to order the new shower enclosure. The contract did not include replacing the baseboards or patching and painting the walls and ceiling. I installed and painted the baseboards and painted the trim, ceiling and walls. While the guest bathroom looks very nice, there is a small hump in the shower floor that requires us to squeegee the floor to move trapped water to the drain. Since the first bathroom was completed several days prior to Labor Day, I proposed that the master bathroom work start the Tuesday after Labor Day. The contractor wanted to wait until the following week, to which we agreed. Early on Friday, September 6, I contacted the contractor and texted him that we wanted different sub-contractors for the work that was to start the following Monday. He texted back that it was no problem and that he would find someone else, and that we would talk on Monday. He was unable to find another sub-contractor for Monday, but didn't let me know that he wouldn't be coming on Monday until nearly 4:00 p.m. I had taken off work to be home that day. He wasn't able to come on Tuesday but did come on Wednesday with two laborers to take up the tile. In a concession to my wife's health, he did decide to wait to pull out the toilet until the shower was plumbed and everything could be done in a short time period. The laborers had to borrow my wheelbarrow, a hammer and a pry bar. The laborers piled the debris at the end of the driveway (with my permission) as I expected that it would be picked up that day. It was not. On Friday, I was able to get rid of most of the debris and cleaned up the rest on Saturday. No one came to work on my project either Thursday or Friday. I took off from work Friday, September 13, to be here. I also took off today, September 16. I contacted the contractor about concerns I had for the preparation for the new shower pan. I also sent him photos. He stated he will be over some time this afternoon. I informed him that I needed to leave at 2:30 to take my wife to her medical treatment. His response was a non-committal, ""Ok." Given what I have learned from this experience, I believe I could have (and should have) taken this project to either Home Depot or Lowe's and managed it myself. I would have been less aggravated, had more control of this project, and probably have spent less money. As much as I believe in the need for small businesses, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this one.

    Don DeFlavis Construction LLC
The kitchen remodel went well and I am very pleased with my new kitchen and flooring. The job manager Dave was really nice to work with and available to ask questions and gave good input on the remodel. The GC, Don and office staff were pleasant to work with as well and were helpful thru the process. This was the first time Id ever hired someone to do a job of this scope so I was a novice going in and very nervous about the whole thing but now Im really happy with my home and beautiful kitchen and floors. Thank you Don DeFlavis Construction.

    Daniel Ehorn Remodel and Repair
We got off to a bumpy start and commented on this in a prior review. We have requested that Angie's List delete this prior review and hope that they will follow through on this request, as the Dan and his team quickly rectified the situation on time and on budget. We got off to a somewhat later start than anticipated, however, these few hours do not deserve a harsh review. Once underway, the job was done with a very high degree of professionalism - showing up on time, as promised - and getting the job done quickly and efficiently from removing the old tank water heater to re-wiring for the new tankless heater to installing the unit to fully testing it to repairing the drywall where patches were needed for running the new wiring and installing the needed breakers in the electric panel. We are very pleased with the job that was done and would recommend Dan Ehorn to anyone who asks.

Steve & Kitchens & Floors to Go were just the headache relief we needed! After numerous difficulties with other so called "professionals" and while at my wit' s end, thank heaven I called Steve. He showed up at my house the same day I called, quoted a more than fair price for his services, and I was able to turn all aspects of the jobs I needed done over to him and his company. Just when I had lost all faith in the local service industry, Steve came to the rescue and I was able to turn my focus back to things I actually like doing!

The work was originally performed on December 15, 2018. After the plumbers left, my husband discovered that one of the fittings was leaking and he tightened it. The 3rd week of January, I noticed that below the other sink, everything was wet. Lezgus was called to come back to fix the problem. It took my husband and I multiple phone calls, leaving voice messages, to get any response. On January 31st, Lezgus showed up and supposedly repaired the leak. When the two plumbers left, there were stains on the carpet and wall that had to be cleaned off. The leak continued. February 5th, we called again multiple times to schedule an appointment, always leaving them voice messages. The calls were never returned, but Lezgus showed up in the afternoon of February 7th. When they left, they said they'd fixed the leak. I put a pan under the drain and was letting the floor boards dry, when again today, I found water in the pan. To sum up, we paid $350 to have two brand new Moen faucets and sink plugs installed, and we just had to call another plumbing company to correct the problem.

    Royal Constructors, Inc.
Given the reviews on other sites and our visits with the Moulders to their job sites, we never expected to end the project with a terrible experience and such poor quality results. Our two-bathroom remodel at our condo in Naples was a terrible experience, for more reasons than I can list. Photos showcase their work clearly. --Royal Constructors counseled us that costly electrical and fire alarm work would be required on our job; when we refused to approve the several thousands of dollars of expected costs, we consulted with the Fire Marshall and the Collier Electrical Reviewer who supported us and confirmed no codes required the work that Royal Constructors was telling us was required by code. I have to wonder how many customers have spent thousands of dollars for work that was not ever necessary. --We offered to travel to the job site to review and approve all natural stone selections to ensure that colors matched across the mosaics. Christina assured us this was not necessary, not to worry, and that their tile setter would certainly not install if there was any issue with the colorssee pictures. Rodney made us pay out of pocket for replacement tile or threatened that the job progress would come to stop or be delayed (which we cannot have given our renter schedulea condition of the work he was well aware of)we gave him 4 months from the date of approvals to complete the work. --Royal Constructors blamed Lowes for the poor quality of tile selections and did not take any responsibility or accountability in the lack of oversight or communications; all of which could have been avoided. We selected and paid for a replacement tile that they installed over top the bad tiles. --Our glass tiles were improperly installed; resulting in bubbles on the entire wall of green tile. Our porcelain tiles were installed with several chips and the grout was discolored and inconsistent. --The tile floor of the shower with a linear drain at one end was set concave; water pools in the middle and does not drain. --The sheetrock and millwork were finished with exceptionally poor quality. This is all new millworkalthough it appears to be very old and worn in the photos when it should be pristine like what we expected based on the other work of theirs. We gave them multiple chances to make things right and they are no longer afforded the opportunity to fix what never should have been done so poorly to begin. We are seeking a partial refund for necessary repairs and corrections, but no response yet from the Royal Constructors team.

    Andi (Andreas) Turner
I will not hire Andi again. His estimates for a job and final Invoice amounts are very different. For example, the final balance on my new kitchen and bathroom renovation included additional labor charges that we have never agreed before nor that we have ever discussed it . He charged me for additional 20 hours of plumbing work to replace 3 valves in a bathroom and additional 6 hours of plumbing work to replace kitchen drain. He did not make any effort to check for water leaks. The leaks were discover by me. When he introduced himself to us he said that he is a master plumber from Germany. He demanded payment and was paid even thought the work was not completely done. None of his invoices includes warranty on material or labor. He said that he has business partner with builders license but I was never provided with his/her information.

Fantastic. Lea and Mike are extremely creative, sensitive to budgets, and accountable.. First class workmanship. Mike solved many problems with TV mount, pocket doors, and laundry. Lea was a dream to work with and she has tried and true subs. When we faced challenges, they always found a solution that would work. Project completed on time and on budget.

Mark Hevier Enterprises Top Solution Inc
I don't usually write reviews, but I was very pleased with Top Solution's work and how quickly they finished my project. I had a home office and bathroom that were significantly damaged by a leaking water pipe, so I needed new drywall, baseboards, flooring, painting and finishing work done. Top Solution provided a reasonable estimate, started the work quickly, finished early and exceeded my expectations in all respects. There were no surprise charges or problems. They even addressed unforeseen electrical issues and provided additional materials at no extra charge. Top Solution's workers were professional, did good work, and arrived when they said they would (which is rare for contractors in my experience). The rooms they reconstructed look much better now than they did even before the water leak. The company communicated well throughout the process, and were accommodating to our needs and schedule with a newborn baby in the house. I appreciate the exceptional service and will most definitely call Top Solution again for our next project.
