    The initial appointment was with the head prostate guy but he was unbearable. We landed with a younger surgeon who was wonderful. The pre-op and post-op care was excellent and the nursing and other staff very caring.

    The nurse was "too busy", and kept sending in the aide.  I had to call 911 from my hospital bed and asked to be transferred to another hospital before the nurse finally came in.  She was very angry, and did not apologize when she found out that  I was hemorraging and had lost seven units of blood into my abdomen.  As a result, my recovery was long and excruciatingly painful.  I still have psychological trauma from that event.  Being a nurse, I knew how critical my condition was, yet was powerless to get any medical attention.  That nurse should have been fired.  What if I did not have the medical knowledge that saved my life?

    My husband passed away from heart failure in January while under the care of Dr. Foster. On our last trip to the emergency room due to difficulty breathing, he told the ER doctor to tell us to call hospice because there was nothing more he could do. That is the last we heard from him. No follow up or follow through, not even a condolence after he passed. If you have care needs for a heart condition, find a doctor who cares as this is a very difficult and stressful disease to deal with.

    I went in for headaches but in her testing I didn't realize that I had left side sensitivity and thought the numbness on my left leg was due to the way I was sitting. I am in the process of having MRI's to rule out some issues.

    My husband is very satisfied with Dr. Portu and I'm very satisfied with Dr. Becker. We have no problems with availability. We're located in Naples, Florida. So when it comes to availability, out of season, down here you have no problem with availability. In season, it takes a little longer to get an appointment.

    Unable to give all details. I was disappointed in this physician and am looking for a new group. Unprofessional and in a hurry to go to the next patient.  No testing done. If you want any blood work they say call them. They should set up appointments, not the patient.

    Dr. apparently ordered two tests to clarify things. I have gone through this before only a couple years ago and knew both of them to be unnecessary. However, to appease the doctor (and satisfy any of my own doubts) I agreed to ONE but not both, tests. The doctor apparently ordered both to be done at the same time and when I registered at the hospital I found this out when I was faced with a $600+ bill. Fortunately my registration agent was new at her job so after I refused flatly to pay and explained why for about 15 minutes, she finally got her supervisor. The supervisor tried to dismiss this by saying she couldn't countermand the doctor. Understandable. But she never once volunteered to try to get in touch with the doctor/doctor's office. She finally saw that I was ready to walk out the door and so only charged me for one test. (Results: I only had one test and didn't need that.)
    Conclusion: Yes, I'd go back if the doctor I was working with wanted me to. I'm comfortable with the quality of general medical care there, its the administration I have extreme difficulty with.

    Physician Assistant Calamari was caring, detailed, and thorough. She spent quality time and exhibited great compassion. I received excellent care. Dr. Medina followed up to confirm PA Calamari's diagnosis. Labs and tests are available onsite. I had previously been to a doctor in my home state and a local walk-in and my medical condition (potentially life-threatening) had not been diagnosed even though they had access to the same information.
    The registration desk was pleasant and efficient and the nursing staff were excellent.

    I'm pretty happy with the service there. I have no negative things to comment about them. I like the care, the physicians and the attention that they give to patients. That's why I go there primarily.

    My experience was excellent. They have got both urgent care center and the normal practice and so I can go to my normal doctor. The urgent care center has been great and they have all the same records. They have been very responsive. They are pretty quick. They get back to me very quickly. Their hours are fantastic and they keep Saturday and Sunday hours. If we use them for urgent care and normal physicians it is great because we can go there after hours for urgent care and they know exactly who we are and what's wrong.
