    Larry's Handyman Maintenance Services
He was cleaning up on his last job for the day before heading home. Came straight over; saw what I wanted and went right to work on it. Because of the framing it took a little forethought, but the job was performed to our satisfaction. He is a true handyman and we would highly recommend him.

    Hydrotech Pools Inc
The personal sent by Hydrotech were very nice. The pool finish resurfacing looks good HOWEVER the water line tile and pool edge were completely botched. Tile were placed before the deco tile was delivered. In order for that to fit properly additional space needed to be cut on the pool edge. It looks bad. There are also 21 places where the tile was nicked with the saw destroying the tiles. In addition the deck had to be done three times due to bubbling finish. And the problems continue to grow. The pool light has fallen out of its hole. I have contacted the owner Damian numerous times in order to have these things addressed. So far nothing.

    Paver Protectors
The owner spoke with me about the process and was invested in excellence in the workmanship as well as overall service. The young men who completed the job were punctual, polite and deliberate in their work. The familiarity of the products and process was very apparent as reflected in the end result. I appreciated the care that was taken to keep the pool and plants protected from any sand or sealant. I plan on using the company again for an annual enhancement. Highly recommend!

    Premier Aluminum
We are still waiting for the work to begin. The estimator came quickly and was very responsive, but nothing further has happened in several months. We now expect that the work will not begin until a full year after the damage was done, so we remain in "limbo" with only a partial cage.

    Nassau Pools Construction Inc
The owner came over in February, and took complete measurements for a new pool cage, a travertine paver deck, and a pool resurfacing/retiling. After I received the owner's voice message saying that my time window to complete the job was not feasible, I both texted and spoke with the owner, telling him that the job could be done during the summer, in order to accommodate both his and the pool cage subcontractor's schedules. He thanked me for being flexible, and said he'd have the estimates for me within the week. I never heard back from him again. I guess things must be going well at a company when its owner can just blow off a $40,000+ job, especially one involving a prospective client who was serious enough to have shopped for pavers, and sent photos of his selection.

    Gen X Remodeling
I want to update a poor review I wrote on Feb. 3rd because Tom has since returned and finished the work he had promised. UPDATE: February 28h My update is GOOD NEWS and I want the same for everyone! I am relieved and actually quite pleased with the final outcome. Sadly, it took far more energy and time than it should have but in the end, I am feeling Tom honored his word, work and financial commitment. He finished the job and it looks very well done. He took care in the project and delivered what I knew he was capable of when I first met him and saw his screen work. I believe he is a good man with good intentions and when he does the work promised the results are excellent. He has very good knowledge, skills, experience and pricing. He is very talented at what he does and I wish the best for him and his company and believe he can do well with continued clear communication, honest answers, showing up when he says he'll show up and completing very good work. That is what I received from Tom in the beginning of my relationship with him and at the end of the job. He is more than capable of doing this for all his clients and I believe he will continue to work very hard to improve in areas where he falls short. Definitely worth giving him a chance, I saw change and I believe you will be happy as I now am. Now I say, Thank you, Tom. Job very well done!

    Hydrotech Pools Inc
What they did with the pool looks very good, but, if I couldn't be home clean-up after themselves was minimal. In addition, the pool box was not set up with the FPL work to permit them to borrow power- That's illegal. They unplugged the power to the sprinkler box so I lost new plantings.. They still have deck work to complete. I get a day, general time, no one shows up and no one bothers to call. Everyone there blames everyone else. Their internal communication must be very lacking.. Work is not complete so I have not paid the bill yet.

    Hydrotech Pools Inc
The planning process was fun and informative. The designers and managers were easy to reach. The workers were respectful to our privacy. We chose them for competitive cost, their reputation and positive reviews. We were so satisfied with the outcome that we hired them to handle our monthly Pool service. Honestly an A+++ experience in home renovation

    Hydrotech Pools Inc

They would schedule a time to do the work and not show up.  When the contractors did show up they didn't seem to know what they were doing.  The new pool tile was not floated in a straight line and all the "grout" is coming out in big chuncks.  The pool job of painting the pool deck is coming off.  I called the manufacturer of the paint company and they said that they needed to do a 2 step process before painting or it would just peel off and they did not do that.  I have to basically redo the entire pool over.  One of the worse companies that I ever did business with.  I would not recommend them to anyone.
