Mr. Cuenya has built very large shopping centers, storage facilities, automobile dealerships, hospitals, and a variety of other large commercial buildings. He has also built more than a hundred of large luxury custom homes in and around the Naples Fl area. He is in charge of running the construction projects and managing all details of the job, including the trades personnel. He is involved in all aspects of the company and works closely with team members, clients, sub-contractors, designers and vendors. He supplies many builders with materials to build their homes with. Mr. Cuenya, was also a Preferred Builder in “Collier’s Reserve”, where he built more than 40 homes in the development, ranging from $750,000 to $2,500,000. Preferred Builder in “Isla del Sol”, high-end custom homes in “Fiddlers Creek.” From $2,150,000 to 2,600,000.Preferred Builder in “Tuscany Isle” at “The Colony Golf and Beach Club” in Estero, homes from $2,200,000 to $2,500,000. Preferred Builder in “Quail West” constructing homes from $1,500,000 to $2,500,000. He has also Built custom homes for clients in Barefoot Beach, Pelican Bay, Little Harbor (Aqualane Shores), and Marco Island in the SWFL area. Prior to moving to the US Mr. Cuenya Lived and built homes in Argentina, England and Spain. President and CEO of Crivelli, Cuenya, S.A. , directly responsible for major projects worldwide, including a turnkey hospital in Abidjan (Amalfi Coast in Africa) a 1500-unit housing development in Buenos Aires, a 53-kilometer aqueduct in Santa Fe province, the 28-story Guemes Hospital Buenos Aires, the 18-story Bank de Brazil office building in Buenos Aires, the 6-story, 60,000 seat World Cup soccer stadium with highway interchange in Mar del Plata, and the 20-story Sheraton Hotel and Park Towers in Buenos Aires. Mr. Cuenya is a licensed engineer in Argentina. In 1984 Mr. Suarez and his family moved to the USA to work on the Lincoln West Development Project, in Manhattan, New York City, a privately owned Residential – Commercial project with a budget of 2.5 billion dollars. After that he designed Commercial, Residential and Educational buildings in New York and New jersey, for several Architectural firms, including Schaffer Designs, Emery Roth and Sons and Fred Thomas and Associates. In 1992 he relocated to Naples, Florida to oversee the Barron Collier High School Addition, a project of approximately 174,000 SF. Upon completion he has worked for Randall Stoft Architects, and later took a position as the Supervising in-house architect for Imperial Homes of South West Florida, a local firm specializing in multimillion dollar residential homes and estates. During his tenure with Imperial Homes, one of Mr. Suarez designs, the Santa Ana Model, was given the Sand Dollar award in the two to three million dollar category. Simultaneously he became the primary architect of medical Radiation Clinics for the State of Florida, for 21st Century Oncology, a Company specializing in the treatment of cancer. He designed for a long period of time, and still does, Radiation treatment Clinics in different states of the USA, working as a Consultant for 21st Century Oncology. Recently with the creation of the Queen of Peace Monastery for the Benedictine Sisters he added a religious building to his expanding repertoire of Building Designs, in the Ave Maria University, Ave Maria, Florida. Mr. Suarez has worked in the Construction Industry for over thirty years directing projects, acting as Designer, Project Manager and Site Director, or as a Construction Manager, in a wide variety of projects. From Residential, Single Family Homes, Multifamily, Commercial, Educational and Medical. He has worked in the International field as well as in the USA, the States of New York, New Jersey and Florida.
