    Atlas General Contracting Inc
We recently added a 3rd garage to an existing 2car garage at our home here in East Naples and made the horrible mistake of hiring JACOB H. (Atlas General Contracting Inc). We contracted (and he cashed our 1/3 down payment check) in September (2017) and did not complete the job until late December (2018). Sixteen (16) months to build a ONE car garage addition. 16 months of our property being a total mess! Months and months of having a huge dumpster in our yard ! We (and when I say WE I mean Atlas GC) failed NINE (9) separate Collier County inspections! Delay after delay, poor quality craftsmanship, complete lack of oversight, and a large dose of ignorance was the norm throughout the entire project. We currently have 13 (and counting) large cracks in the garage floor. Despite my protests . . . they poured the concrete during a torrential downpour. It looked like watery soup when they finally covered it that day. By contrast our existing (2 car) garage has one crack. In addition, there were gaping holes in the block walls mortar, and the list goes on & on. . . . I heard nothing but excuses and rhetoric throughout the entire project, and Im sure his response here will be of similar character. My advice take LOTS of pictures, keep detailed records, and stay clear of Jake H. and ATLAS GENERAL CONTRACTING.

    A+ Construction Group Inc
In September of 2017 our home was severely damaged by Hurricane Irma. The whole interior and exterior of our home would need to be renovated. As you can imagine after such a catastrophe we were overwhelmed. After extensive review and searching for contractors, I cant tell you how fortunate we were to have hired A+ Construction and Al Nazarko. We had an extensive and complicated claim process to navigate, and Al's years of experience managing insurance claim construction projects was invaluable. From the time of the storm to the settlement of our claim and renovation of our home took almost 9 months, and Al was there every step of the way for us. If I called he answered, If I emailed he replied. The level of attention and detail we received was something I have never experienced in my lifetime, and my wife and I have had 2 rather large homes built over the course of our life together. And this was while he was handling a large volume of post hurricane projects along with his regular workload. I don't know how he does it. Our home was gutted and completely renovated to include: - All new custom tile flooring throughout the home - A brand new custom kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz counter tops, beautiful tile back splash and all new high end appliances - All new master Bath with Calacatta Marble Tile showers, frame less glass, quartz counters, free standing tub, recessed lighting and custom cabinetry - All rooms painted beautifully - All new custom 5 inch baseboard and new moldings around all doors - All new hurricane windows and sliders, to include all new architectural wood framing and window sills - All new guest bathroom with marble tile, frame less glass and custom cabinetry - All new lighting and fans throughout - All new tile roof replacement - Exterior home repairs and painting, the home looks like new! After all of this work our punch list was minimal and it was taken care of in a day! And our home came out more beautiful than we could have imagined. I cannot say enough good things about this company and Al Nazarko himself....he should add a few more pluses to his company rating is A++++++!

Shower was rebuilt from top to bottom with custom cutouts for shampoos, new grab bar. What is behind the tile is built to code! The owner Russell Lallier was on site during the entire project. Always on time and on budget. I highly recommend Lallier Construction.

    SRS Sunshine Restoration Specialists
It was estimated as a full day job with a demolition hammer and grinding machine to get a smooth surface for a new coating. The price for this service was $1100.-. One Spanish speaking worker came and to my surprise finished the job in only 4 hours. When the company picked up the equipment later they immediately collected the $1100.- I told them that I found this amount too high for a four hour job and they should consider this when they make the offer for the coating that should be done during the next days. I never heard of them again and I can only rate this as a rip off.

    Silmar Concrete Pumping, Inc
Marcos was on time, he was very pleasant and professional. I couldn't believe that he showed up alone as we had estimated at least 3 guys for the job. This guy is a beast! He operated the concrete pump and finished the concrete by himself and he worked so fast.
Also gave us a great price which included material, labor and concrete pump. I guess because he didn't have to pay anyone else to help him he could lower his price. we checked other places and his price was the best.
My husband and I are very satisfied with the services provided by Silmar. We will definitely recommend and use again.

Their peeps were not supposed to access the condo units yet, at one point, we found our our patio door had been left open for who knows how long. This resulted in serious mold development in the unit to the tune of $19,000. Stuff happens, don't know why they were in the unit - my guess is to pee or have lunch in air conditioned space - doesn't matter. The problem is Walker's complete and total un-accountability for their employee's actions. They basically said "tuff nuggies" for you, sue us! Hire them if you want to; I would not recommend it!

    Jot & Tittle Concrete
It went outstanding. We poured a patio slab and the smaller truck made it easier to get in behind the house. The driver was very knowledgeable and helped in how and where the best way was to pour. He even got in and helped strike and level. For a DIY project it was a great help and resource. Would call for all future concrete needs.

Ecocrete of SWFL LLC - Naples

Not Well. Ernesto quoted a price for painting the concrete floor. He explained the job process. He explained the imperfections in the concrete, the ghosting of the old tiles onto the concrete floor and how his work would not be able to hide any cracks or imperfections. I was fine with the ghosting and cracks adding that those imperfections would add character to the floor.  During the consultation he spoke about money due him from other jobs. I assured him I would pay and he agreed to my time frame

Work was to start July 6, 2015 and finish July 10, 2015. He arrived late on Monday with the wrong equipment. He did not start to remove tile until around 2 pm. He did not contact me until the third day on the job to let me know the concrete was coming up with the tile, creating pitting of the floor.

His paint job is deplorable. It is gray and he sprayed white paint to look like dots on top of the gray. The floor space is 1300 sq. feet and you can see where the care of the job stopped because the dots begin to look as if he splashed white paint precariously on the floor from a paint brush.

He scratched the tiles at the entrance to the building and splashed paint at the doorway. Neither was cleaned or repaired before he left.

Now the job is complete and I still need to find someone to fill in the many pits and smooth out my floor.
